The working principle is as follows: when the device is used by a worker, firstly, the stepping motor 211, the servo motor 513 and the straightening system 112 are started through the control panel 111, the stepping motor 211 can drive the transmission rod 212 to rotate after being started, so as to drive the first gear 214 to rotate, the first gear 214 can drive the mutually meshed fixed plate 311 to rotate after rotating, meanwhile, the fixed plate 311 cannot be separated from the fixed plate to rotate due to the limit of the sliding groove 315 and the pulley block 316, the fixed plate 311 can drive the ejection column 313 to rotate together after rotating, and the second conveying wheel 515 can be driven to rotate after the servo motor 513 is started.
The scaffold pipeline is fed from one side of the straightening system 112, the straightening system 112 can straighten the pipeline and drive the pipeline to continuously move after feeding, then the pipeline continuously moves and is gradually sleeved on the ejection column 313, the ejection strip 314 is driven to jack the inner wall of the pipeline by the rotation of the ejection column 313, meanwhile, the rust removing hair wheel 412 rotates along the pipeline along with the fixing rod 312, so that the inner wall of the pipeline is polished, the partition strip 414 can block iron rust on the rust removing hair wheel 412, and the edge scraping knife 611 is polished by the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the ejection column 313.
After the straightening system 112 pushes the scaffold short pipe to move continuously, one side of the pipeline enters the second conveying wheel 515 and the first conveying wheel 514, then when the side of the pipeline which moves continuously is separated from the straightening system 112, the first conveying wheel 514 and the second conveying wheel 515 can drive the pipeline to advance, finally, pressure is generated on the pressure sensor 319 when the pipeline advances to a certain position, so that the pressure sensor 319 transmits an electric signal to the control board 111, and the control board 111 outputs a reverse signal to the servo motor 513 and the straightening system 112 after receiving the reverse signal, so that the discharging work is completed.
