s3, dividing adhesive tapes according to the proper adhesive consumption of the product, placing the adhesive tapes on a workbench for standby, and checking whether a thermometer, a timer and a pressure gauge of the vulcanizing machine meet the specified requirements or not;
s4, opening a mold to clean the mold cavity, placing rubber on the mold cavity, closing an automatic starting button to vulcanize the product, automatically opening the mold after the vulcanization of the vacuum machine and the hinge mold products is finished according to a specified time, then taking up an air gun, blowing air to the center of each product, taking out the product and placing the product on a workbench;
s5, after the product is cooled, carefully tearing off the waste edge at the center of the product, and checking whether the surface of the product has defects.
Preferably, the small material comprises a promoter, an active agent and an anti-aging agent.
Preferably, the capacity of the nitrile rubber is smaller than that of natural rubber, on the premise of ensuring the mixing quality, the mixing time is shortened as much as possible to prevent the physical and mechanical properties of the rubber from being reduced and the production efficiency from being influenced due to over-mixing, and the speed ratio of the roller are proper, so that the mixing and the dispersion are facilitated, and the early vulcanization caused by too fast heat generation is avoided.
