[ detailed description ] embodiments
For better understanding of the technical solutions of the present application, the following detailed descriptions of the embodiments of the present application are provided with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present application, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The terminology used in the embodiments of the present application is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the application. As used in the examples of this application and the appended claims, the singular forms "a", "an", and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
Embodiments of the present application may provide an electronic device, which may be any electronic device including a camera application. Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, an electronic device 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application may include a response module 21 and a camera module 31. Wherein, the response module 21 may be located at the application layer 20 of the electronic device 100. The camera module 31 may be located at the frame layer 30 of the electronic device 100.
The camera starting method provided by the embodiment of the present application can be applied to the response module 21 located in the application layer 20.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a camera starting method according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, the camera starting method may include:
step 101, when detecting that the camera is opened, starting to configure an image window and a preview window.
In response to the received camera start instruction, a camera start instruction may be sent to the camera module located at the frame layer. The camera opening instruction can be used for instructing the camera module to call the camera and open the camera. Then, a camera opening response sent by the camera module can be received, and the camera opening is determined.
In the embodiment of the application, the configuration of the image window and the preview window can be started when the camera is determined to be opened. Or, in order to increase the starting speed of the camera, the steps of starting the camera, configuring the image window and configuring the preview window may be executed in parallel after receiving the camera starting instruction.
In the embodiment of the present application, the image window may be a software-based window, and may be, for example, an ImageReader. The preview window may be a hardware-based window, and may illustratively be a Surface.
Further, configuring the image view can include: a first buffer area of the image view is configured. The first buffer area may be used to store image data captured by the camera. Configuring the preview window may include: and configuring a preview window and a second buffer area corresponding to the preview window. The second buffer area can be used for storing image data shot by the camera, and the preview window can be used for displaying the image data shot by the camera.
Step 102, after determining that the configuration of the image window is completed, sending configuration information of the image window to a camera module located on the frame layer, so that the camera module configures the first data flow channel.
Software-based windows are faster to configure than hardware-based windows. Thus, the image window in the present embodiment is configured before the preview window.
After the configuration of the image window is completed, the embodiment of the application may directly send the configuration information of the image window to the camera module without waiting for the configuration of the preview window. Specifically, information of the first buffer area may be transmitted to the camera module. Furthermore, the camera module may configure the first data stream channel according to the information of the first buffer area. The first data stream channel may be, for example, a camera session channel. Therefore, the parallel configuration of the first data flow channel and the preview window can be realized, and the starting speed of the camera is increased.
Step 103, after determining that the configuration of the first data flow channel is completed, sending a preview request to the camera module, so that the camera module stores the image data shot by the camera in the image window through the first data flow channel.
In the embodiment of the application, after the configuration information of the image window is sent to the camera module, a response message sent by the camera module can be received. The response message may indicate that the first data flow channel configuration is complete.
After determining that the first data stream channel configuration is complete, a preview request may be sent to the camera module. The preview request may be for requesting to acquire image data captured by the camera. Illustratively, the preview request may be repeatedly transmitted at set time intervals. Thus, image data taken by the camera can be continuously acquired.
After sending the preview request, image data sent by the camera module through the first data stream channel may be received. The received image data may then be stored in a first buffer area of the image view.
And 104, after the preview window is determined to be configured, adding configuration information of the preview window in the preview request so that the camera module configures a second data flow channel, and displaying the image data shot by the camera in the preview window through the second data flow channel.
As can be seen from the above description, the preview window is configured slower than the image window. This step may be performed after determining that the preview window configuration is complete.
After the configuration of the preview window is completed, the configuration information of the preview window can be added in the subsequent preview request sent. Illustratively, information for the second buffer area of the preview window may be added. Furthermore, the camera module may configure a second data stream channel according to the information of the second buffer area. The second data stream channel may be, for example, a camera session channel. The second data stream channel may be used to transmit subsequently acquired image data.
After the preview request carrying the preview window configuration information is sent to the camera module, image data sent by the camera module through the second data flow channel can be received. The corresponding image data may then be stored in the second buffer area of the preview window. When the image data stored in the second buffer area is larger than the set threshold value, the image data can be displayed in a preview window of the preview window. The value of the set threshold can be set according to requirements. For example, the set threshold may be the size of the storage space of the second buffer area.
The camera starting method provided by the embodiment of the application can be used for simultaneously configuring the image window and the preview window. After the configuration of the image window is completed, the subsequent process can be started immediately, so that the subsequent process and the configuration of the preview window are executed in parallel. Therefore, the starting time of the camera can be shortened, and better user experience is provided.
