In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, when the enterprise user selects the sales mode, the system sends a type selection interface to the login terminal. The type selection interface comprises two types of selection keys of the target commodity to be sold, wherein the two types are a lower commodity and a newly-built commodity. The lower shelf goods are: the enterprise has goods sold before but is off-shelf at present; the newly-built commodities are as follows: and selecting new commodities which are not sold by the enterprise, wherein the enterprise is selected according to the target commodities to be sold. When the type of the target commodity to be sold is the commodity on the lower shelf, after the enterprise clicks the commodity on the lower shelf selection button, the system receives a commodity on the upper shelf request and the identification information of the target shop. The target shop is a shop related to the target account, and the identification information is unique identity information of the shop. And the system transmits the stored list of the commodities which are placed on shelves and correspond to the target shop to the login terminal. The listing of the sold goods includes all the names of the goods sold by the target store and not sold currently. The enterprise clicks the target commodity to be sold on the shelf in the commodity list which is already placed on the shelf, and then the selection instruction can be sent to the system. The system receives a selection instruction of the enterprise aiming at the target commodity to be sold in the off-shelf commodity list.
And the system stores commodity display page information corresponding to all commodities on shelves of the enterprise. The system calls out commodity display page information corresponding to a target commodity to be sold according to the target commodity to be sold corresponding to the selection instruction of the enterprise, and sends the commodity display page information to the login terminal, so that the login terminal displays the corresponding commodity display page, the enterprise can recheck the commodity display page, and if the information in the commodity display page is required to be modified, the page can be edited and then submitted to the system; if the information does not need to be modified, the commodity display page information can be directly submitted to the system, and the sales request can be sent to the system, wherein the sales request comprises the commodity display page information of the target commodity to be sold and the identification information of the target shop. The commodity display page information is commodity display page information finally submitted to the system by the enterprise. And the system adds the received commodity display page information to an on-sale commodity list corresponding to the target shop. After a consumer clicks to enter a target shop, the commodity name of a target commodity to be sold can be clicked in the commodity selling list, and then the commodity display page corresponding to the commodity name can be accessed for browsing, so that the enterprise user can conveniently and quickly put on the shelf of the commodity.
In one embodiment, when the enterprise user selects the sales mode and the type of the target commodity to be sold is a newly-built commodity, after the enterprise clicks a newly-built commodity selection key, the system feeds back a commodity newly-built page to the login terminal, after the enterprise user finishes filling, the system receives a display page newly-built request of the target commodity to be sold, and the display page newly-built request comprises a commodity name to be sold, a commodity price to be sold and a commodity picture to be sold. The system stores historical shopping commodity names of enterprises, inquires in the historical shopping commodity names, judges whether the shopping commodity names consistent with the commodity names to be sold exist or not, generates commodity display page information of the target commodities to be sold based on information filled in a display page new establishment request by the enterprises if the shopping commodity names do not exist, and sends the commodity display page information to the login terminal; otherwise, sending the verification failure information to the login terminal. For example, the audit failure information is: "you apply for sale of the commodity failure audit, please reselect the commodity". Therefore, the examination and verification of the goods on the shelf of the enterprise user can be realized, and the behavior of the enterprise user in buying and selling backwards on the platform can be reduced.
In one embodiment, the consumer account is an individual user, after the consumer enters a purchasing mode through a consumer terminal, the consumer inputs a commodity searching keyword for searching, and the system matches a target commodity to be sold in an enterprise store according to the commodity searching keyword. After the system is matched with the target commodity to be sold, the commodity name and the commodity price of the commodity are obtained in a preset commodity database. When the enterprise creates the commodity display page information, the enterprise can set the commodity preferred customers of the current commodities to be sold, and set the preferred customer prices of the current commodities to be sold aiming at the commodity preferred customers. The system judges whether the consumer account is a commodity preferred customer of the target commodity to be sold, if so, the commodity price is adjusted to the preset preferred customer price from the preset common customer price, and the preferred customer price is lower than the common customer price, at the moment, the commodity price on the commodity display page information displayed by the consumer terminal is the preferred customer price, and otherwise, the preset common user price is the commodity price.
In one embodiment, after the consumer purchases the goods and completes the transaction in the store, the enterprise selects the corresponding sales order and clicks the billing button, thereby sending the billing request to the system. The billing request includes the order number and the total amount of the order corresponding to the order number. And after receiving the account distribution request, the system processes the total amount of the order according to a preset account distribution rule to obtain the real income amount and the platform snapshot amount. The billing rules are set in advance by system staff. For example, the billing rule is: the total order amount of each order is 10% on the platform, the total order amount is 1000, then 1000 × 10% =100 during the billing processing, then the platform snapshot amount is 100 yuan, and the actual income amount of the enterprise is 900 yuan. And after the system accounts distribution processing is finished, the order number, the calculated platform snapshot amount and the calculated real-time collection amount are sent to a login terminal of the enterprise, so that the later financial settlement of the enterprise user is facilitated.
According to the management method for the online transaction, when an enterprise needs to purchase commodities on a transaction platform, a purchasing mode in the system can be entered so as to select and purchase the corresponding commodities. When an enterprise needs to sell commodities on the trading platform, a selling mode in the system can be entered to put the products to be sold on shelves in shops corresponding to the enterprise, so that the buying and selling of the enterprise can be realized in the same system, the trading flow of the enterprise is simplified, and the efficiency is improved. The system has the functions of commodity purchase service, commodity sale service, order management service, ledger management service and the like, adopts a distributed architecture, can independently operate each service, is isolated from each other and does not influence each other, and can quickly locate problems when one service has problems. And the buying and selling are unified in the same system, so that the code reusability in the system is higher, the possibility of a large amount of redundancy of codes is reduced, the stability of the system is improved, and the development and maintenance cost of the system can be effectively reduced.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a management apparatus for online transactions includes:
the request receiving module 40 is configured to receive a login request of a target account, and feed back a mode selection interface to a login terminal of the target account, where the mode selection interface at least includes selection keys corresponding to a sale mode and a purchase mode;
the authority verification module 41 is configured to verify whether the target account has an identity authority corresponding to the target mode when receiving a selection instruction of the target mode, where the target mode is a sales mode or a purchase mode;
and the interface feedback module 42 is configured to feed back a service interface corresponding to the target mode to the login terminal if the terminal has the identity permission, and otherwise feed back a service permission application interface corresponding to the target mode to the login terminal.
In one embodiment, the request receiving module 40 is further configured to: receiving a commodity query request sent by a login terminal, wherein the query request comprises a commodity search keyword;
as shown in fig. 5, a management apparatus for online transaction further includes:
an information query module 51, configured to:
inquiring commodity information corresponding to the commodity search key words in a preset commodity database, wherein the commodity information comprises commodity names and commodity prices;
sending the inquired commodity information to a login terminal of a target account;
the request receiving module 40 is further configured to: receiving a commodity purchase request of a target account, wherein the commodity purchase request comprises shopping commodity names and commodity shopping quantity corresponding to each shopping commodity name;
an order generation module 52 for:
generating a commodity purchase order based on the commodity name and the commodity purchase quantity;
sending a commodity purchase order to a login terminal;
in one embodiment, the request receiving module 40 is further configured to:
receiving a sales request of a target commodity to be sold, wherein the sales request comprises commodity display page information of the target commodity to be sold and identification information of a target shop;
and adding the commodity display page information to an on-sale commodity list corresponding to the target shop.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, a management apparatus for online transactions further includes: an information determining module 61, configured to:
judging whether the target account is a preset specific user name or not;
if so, adjusting the commodity price corresponding to the inquired commodity name from the preset original price to the preset specific price.
In one embodiment, the information determining module 61 is specifically configured to:
judging whether the commodity name is a specific commodity name corresponding to a specific user name or not;
if so, adjusting the commodity price corresponding to the inquired commodity name from the preset original price to the preset specific price.
In one embodiment, the request receiving module 40 is further configured to:
receiving a commodity shelving request and identification information of a target shop;
sending the stored listing of the commodities which are placed on shelves and correspond to the target shop to a login terminal;
receiving a selection instruction aiming at a target commodity to be sold in the off-shelf commodity list;
acquiring stored commodity display page information corresponding to a target commodity to be sold;
and sending the commodity display page information to the login terminal so that the login terminal displays the commodity display page.
In one embodiment, the request receiving module 40 is further configured to:
receiving a new display page building request of a target commodity to be sold, wherein the new display page building request at least comprises a commodity name to be sold;
judging whether the name of the commodity to be sold is the name of the target account historical selected commodity;
and if so, sending verification failure information to the login terminal, and otherwise, generating and sending commodity display page information corresponding to the commodity to be sold.
In one embodiment, the request receiving module 40 is further configured to:
receiving a commodity searching request of a consumer account aiming at a target commodity to be sold through a consumer terminal, wherein the commodity searching request comprises a commodity searching keyword;
inquiring commodity information corresponding to the commodity search key words in a preset commodity database, wherein the commodity information comprises commodity names and commodity prices;
judging whether the customer account is a commodity preferred customer preset by a target commodity to be sold;
if yes, adjusting the commodity price of the target commodity to be sold from the preset common customer price to the preferred customer price;
and sending the commodity name and the commodity price to the consumer terminal.
In one embodiment, the request receiving module 40 is further configured to:
receiving a billing request corresponding to a target commodity sales order, wherein the billing request comprises an order number and a total order amount corresponding to the order number;
as shown in fig. 7, a management apparatus for online transaction further includes: an order ledger module 71 for:
according to a preset account distribution rule, carrying out account distribution processing on the total amount of the order to obtain the real income amount and the platform snapshot amount;
and sending the account separating information to the login terminal, wherein the account separating information comprises an order number, the real income amount and the platform snapshot amount.

Claims (8)

1. A method of managing transactions on-line, the method comprising:
receiving a login request of a target account, wherein the login request comprises identity information of the target account;
feeding back a mode selection interface to a login terminal of the target account, wherein the mode selection interface at least comprises selection keys corresponding to a sale mode and a purchase mode;
when a selection instruction of a target mode is received, verifying whether the target account number has the identity authority corresponding to the target mode, wherein the target mode is the sales mode or the purchase mode, when the identity information corresponding to the target account number is an enterprise user, both the sales mode and the purchase mode can be selected, and when the identity information corresponding to the target account number is a personal user, only the purchase mode can be selected;
if the identity authority is possessed, feeding back a service interface corresponding to the target mode to the login terminal;
when the target mode is a sale mode, after the service interface corresponding to the target mode is fed back to the login terminal, the method further includes:
receiving a sales request of a target commodity to be sold, wherein the sales request comprises commodity display page information of the target commodity to be sold and identification information of a target shop;
adding the commodity display page information to an on-sale commodity list corresponding to the target shop;
before the receiving of the sales request of the target commodity for sale, the method further comprises:
receiving a new display page building request of a target commodity to be sold, wherein the new display page building request at least comprises a commodity name to be sold;
judging whether the name of the commodity to be sold is the name of the commodity selected and purchased by the target account history;
and if so, sending verification failure information to the login terminal, and otherwise, generating and sending commodity display page information corresponding to the commodity to be sold.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein when the target mode is a purchase mode, after the feeding back the service interface corresponding to the target mode to the login terminal, the method further comprises:
receiving a commodity query request sent by a login terminal, wherein the query request comprises a commodity search keyword;
querying commodity information corresponding to the commodity search keyword in a preset commodity database, wherein the commodity information comprises a commodity name and a commodity price;
sending the inquired commodity information to a login terminal of a target account;
receiving a commodity purchase request of a target account, wherein the commodity purchase request comprises shopping commodity names and commodity shopping quantity corresponding to each shopping commodity name;
generating a commodity purchase order based on the shopping commodity name and the commodity shopping amount;
and sending the commodity purchase order to the login terminal.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein before sending the queried commodity information to a login terminal of a target account, the method further comprises:
judging whether the target account is a preset specific user name or not;
if yes, adjusting the commodity price corresponding to the inquired commodity name from a preset original price to a preset specific price.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the specific user name corresponds to at least one specific product name;
the adjusting the commodity price corresponding to the inquired commodity name from a preset original price to a preset specific price comprises:
judging whether the commodity name is a specific commodity name corresponding to the specific user name;
if yes, adjusting the commodity price corresponding to the inquired commodity name from a preset original price to a preset specific price.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to said receiving a sales request for a target item for sale:
receiving a commodity shelving request and identification information of a target shop;
sending the stored listing of the commodities which are placed on shelves and correspond to the target shop to a login terminal;
receiving a selection instruction aiming at a target commodity to be sold in the off-shelf commodity list;
acquiring the stored commodity display page information corresponding to the target commodity to be sold;
and sending the commodity display page information to a login terminal so that the login terminal displays a commodity display page.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein: after the commodity display page information is added to the list of commodities sold in the corresponding target shop, the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving a commodity searching request of a consumer account aiming at the target commodity to be sold through a consumer terminal, wherein the commodity searching request comprises a commodity searching keyword;
querying commodity information corresponding to the commodity search keyword in a preset commodity database, wherein the commodity information comprises a commodity name and a commodity price;
judging whether the consumer account is a commodity preferred customer preset by the target commodity to be sold;
if yes, adjusting the commodity price of the target commodity to be sold from a preset common customer price to a preferred customer price;
and sending the commodity name and the commodity price to the consumer terminal.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a billing request corresponding to a target commodity sales order, wherein the billing request comprises an order number and a total order amount corresponding to the order number;
according to a preset account distribution rule, performing account distribution processing on the total amount of the order to obtain a real income amount and a platform snapshot amount;
and sending account separating information to a login terminal, wherein the account separating information comprises an order number, the actual payment amount and the platform snapshot amount.
8. An apparatus for managing online transactions, the apparatus comprising:
