The air conditioner performs a cooling/heating cycle of the air conditioner by using a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator. Wherein the refrigeration cycle includes a series of processes involving compression, condensation, expansion, and evaporation, and supplies a refrigerant to the air that has been conditioned and heat-exchanged.
The compressor compresses a refrigerant gas in a high-temperature and high-pressure state and discharges the compressed refrigerant gas. The discharged refrigerant gas flows into the condenser. The condenser condenses the compressed refrigerant into a liquid phase, and the heat is released to the surrounding environment through the condensation process.
The expansion valve expands the high-temperature and high-pressure liquid-phase refrigerant condensed in the condenser into a low-pressure liquid-phase refrigerant. The evaporator evaporates the refrigerant expanded in the expansion valve and returns the refrigerant gas in a low-temperature and low-pressure state to the compressor. The evaporator can achieve a refrigerating effect by heat exchange with a material to be cooled using latent heat of evaporation of a refrigerant. The air conditioner can adjust the temperature of the indoor space throughout the cycle.
The outdoor unit of the air conditioner refers to a portion of a refrigeration cycle including a compressor and an outdoor heat exchanger, the indoor unit of the air conditioner includes an indoor heat exchanger, and an expansion valve may be provided in the indoor unit or the outdoor unit.
The indoor heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger serve as a condenser or an evaporator. When the indoor heat exchanger is used as a condenser, the air conditioner is used as a heater in a heating mode, and when the indoor heat exchanger is used as an evaporator, the air conditioner is used as a cooler in a cooling mode.
An air conditioner according to some embodiments of the present application includes an air conditioner indoor unit installed in an indoor space. The indoor unit, i.e., the indoor unit, is connected to an outdoor unit, i.e., the outdoor unit, installed in an outdoor space through a pipe. The outdoor unit of the air conditioner may be provided with a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, an outdoor fan, an expander, and the like for a refrigeration cycle, and the indoor unit of the air conditioner may be provided with an indoor heat exchanger and an indoor fan.
A method of controlling an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 5. Note that the step numbers such as S1 to S5 in the present application are only for convenience of describing the present embodiment, and are not to be construed as limiting the order of the steps. That is, the execution order of steps S1 to S5, for example, may be specifically determined according to actual needs, and is not limited to the control in the order of steps in the following embodiments.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, a flowchart of a method for controlling an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided, wherein the method for controlling the air conditioner includes steps S1-S5, which are described as follows.
S1, responding to a start instruction of starting a mute or sleep mode, and controlling an indoor fan to reduce the rotating speed.
When the air conditioner is in an operating state, a user selects to enter a mute or sleep mode, for example, a start instruction for starting the mute or sleep mode is sent to the air conditioner through a remote controller of the air conditioner, a touch-controllable electronic display screen in the air conditioner, a mobile terminal and other modules with a human-computer interaction function, and the air conditioner responds to the start instruction to enter the mute or sleep mode. The air conditioner should have an indoor fan with a second gear or above, and after the air conditioner enters the mute or sleep mode, the rotating speed of the indoor fan is reduced, for example, after the mute or sleep mode is started, the indoor fan can be operated by reducing the first gear, or before the mute or sleep mode is started, the indoor fan is operated at the lowest gear, and after the mute or sleep mode is started, the indoor fan is still operated according to the lowest gear. Taking the indoor fan with the function of three wind gears, namely a high wind gear, a medium wind gear and a low wind gear as an example, if the indoor fan operates at the high wind gear in the front room in the start-mute or sleep mode, the indoor fan is reduced to operate at the medium wind gear after the start-mute or sleep mode, if the indoor fan operates at the medium wind gear in the front room in the start-mute or sleep mode, the indoor fan is reduced to operate at the low wind gear after the start-mute or sleep mode, and if the indoor fan operates at the low wind gear in the front room in the start-mute or sleep mode, the indoor fan still operates at the low wind gear after the start-mute or sleep mode. The noise of the air conditioner can be reduced to a certain extent by reducing the rotating speed of the fan.
S2, acquiring the temperature of the coil of the indoor heat exchanger.
In an embodiment, the indoor heat exchanger includes a coil therein, and a temperature sensor may be provided in the indoor heat exchanger to detect a temperature of the coil. After the indoor fan is controlled to reduce the rotating speed, the running time of the air conditioner is recorded, the running time reaches the preset time, and the temperature of the coil pipe of the indoor heat exchanger is obtained. The preset time period can be set according to needs or under laboratory conditions, for example, the preset time period can be set to 2 minutes, that is, the coil temperature is detected 2 minutes after the air conditioner enters a silent or sleep mode, and the detected coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is stable.
And S3, adjusting the wind swinging angle of the indoor wind swinging structure according to the temperature of the coil pipe of the indoor heat exchanger.
The indoor air swinging structure can comprise indoor air swinging fan blades arranged in the vertical direction and air swinging fan blades arranged in the horizontal direction, wherein the air swinging fan blades arranged in the vertical direction can swing left and right to change the left and right air outlet directions, and the air swinging fan blades arranged in the horizontal defensive line can swing up and down to change the up and down air outlet directions.
For example, in the heating mode, when the coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is low, the indoor air swing structure is controlled to be adjusted to the minimum allowable air swing angle, for example, the angle of the air swing fan blades arranged in the vertical direction is controlled to be adjusted to the minimum angle, and the angle of the air swing fan blades arranged in the horizontal direction is controlled to be adjusted to the minimum angle, or when the coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is high, the current air swing angle of the indoor air swing structure is maintained unchanged. For another example, in the cooling mode, when the temperature of the coil of the indoor heat exchanger is high, the indoor air-swinging structure is controlled to be adjusted to the minimum allowable air-swinging angle, for example, the angle of the air-swinging fan blades arranged in the vertical direction is controlled to be adjusted to the minimum angle, and the angle of the air-swinging fan blades arranged in the horizontal direction is controlled to be adjusted to the minimum angle, or when the temperature of the coil of the indoor heat exchanger is low, the current air-swinging angle of the indoor air-swinging structure is maintained unchanged. The air swing angle of the indoor air swing structure is further adjusted on the basis of reducing the air speed of the indoor fan, so that the noise of the air conditioner is effectively reduced.
And S4, acquiring the indoor environment temperature. Wherein a temperature sensor may be provided to collect the indoor ambient temperature.
And S5, adjusting the rotating speed of the outdoor fan according to the indoor environment temperature.
In an embodiment, the indoor ambient temperature is the temperature most directly sensed by a human body, and the main purpose of the air conditioner is to adjust the indoor ambient temperature to meet the user's demand in a cooling mode or a heating mode.
In the cooling or heating mode, after the mute or sleep mode is started, the air speed of the indoor fan and the swing angle of the indoor swing structure are adjusted to reduce the noise of the air conditioner, but if only the air speed of the indoor fan and the swing angle of the indoor swing structure are adjusted, the cooling or heating effect of the air conditioner may be affected. For example, after the air speed of the indoor fan is reduced or the air swing angle of the indoor air swing structure is controlled to be reduced, the problems of poor refrigerating or heating effect and the like can occur, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is adjusted according to the indoor environment temperature adaptability, and the noise of the air conditioner can be prevented from causing too large interference to the indoor environment while the comfort of a user is ensured.
Specifically, for example, in the heating mode, if the indoor ambient temperature is low, the heating effect of the air conditioner needs to be improved, and the heating effect is improved by adjusting the outdoor fan to operate at a higher wind level. Or in the refrigeration mode, if the indoor environment temperature is higher, the refrigeration effect of the air conditioner needs to be improved, and the refrigeration effect is improved by adjusting the outdoor fan to operate at a higher wind shield. Through adjusting outdoor fan rotational speed, guarantee the refrigeration or the heating capacity of air conditioner, can not cause too big interference to indoor simultaneously, compare in the mode that promotes indoor fan's wind shelves in order to promote indoor ambient temperature, the noise of production is littleer. For another example, in a heating or cooling mode, if the indoor environment temperature is appropriate, the heating or cooling effect of the air conditioner does not need to be improved, the outdoor fan can be controlled to operate at a lower wind level, and the noise generated when the outdoor fan operates is reduced while the heating or cooling effect is ensured.
According to the method for controlling the air conditioner, the air swinging angle of the indoor air swinging structure is further adjusted according to the temperature of the coil pipe of the indoor heat exchanger on the basis of reducing the air speed of the indoor fan when the air conditioner enters a mute or sleep mode, so that the noise of the air conditioner is effectively reduced. On the basis of reducing the rotating speed of the indoor fan and adjusting the swing angle of the indoor swing structure, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is adjusted according to the indoor environment temperature, the indoor environment temperature can be adaptively adjusted, the refrigerating and heating effects of the air conditioner are guaranteed, the comfort level of a user is guaranteed, and the noise of the air conditioner can be reduced to a certain extent.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, there is a flowchart of a method for controlling an air conditioner according to another embodiment of the present invention, wherein the swing angle of the indoor swing structure is adjusted according to the coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger, i.e. the above step S3 includes steps S31-S33, which are as follows.
And S31, detecting the heating mode of the air conditioner.
In an embodiment, after the air conditioner is started to operate, the air conditioner is detected to operate in a heating mode, and at the moment, an indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner is used as a condenser, and an outdoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner is used as an evaporator.
And S32, determining that the temperature of the coil pipe of the indoor heat exchanger is lower than a first preset temperature, and controlling the indoor air swinging structure to be adjusted to the minimum allowable air swinging angle.
Wherein, the first preset temperature is recorded as T1, the first preset temperature T1 can be set according to the requirement or under the laboratory condition, and the value of the first preset temperature T1 is more than or equal to 45 ℃ and less than or equal to 65 ℃. Specifically, since when the coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is close to 60 ℃, the evaporator temperature is easily caused to be too high, so that the compressor pressure is caused to be too high, the compressor protector is triggered to protect and stop the machine, and then the first preset temperature T1 can be set to 55 ℃.
In an embodiment, in the heating mode, when the collected coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is less than the first preset temperature T1, the coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is low, and the indoor swing structure is controlled to be adjusted to a minimum allowable swing angle, for example, the swing fan blade angle arranged in the vertical direction is controlled to be adjusted to a minimum angle, and the swing fan blade angle arranged in the horizontal direction is controlled to be adjusted to a minimum angle. The air swing angle of the indoor air swing structure is further reduced on the basis of reducing the air speed of the indoor fan, so that the noise of the air conditioner is effectively reduced.
S33, determining that the temperature of the coil pipe of the indoor heat exchanger is greater than or equal to a first preset temperature, and maintaining the current swing angle of the indoor swing structure unchanged.
Specifically, when the coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger who gathers was greater than or equal to first preset temperature T1, the coil temperature of indoor heat exchanger was higher, and the evaporimeter temperature probably was too high this moment, maintained the current pendulum wind angle of indoor pendulum wind structure unchangeable, thereby can prevent the evaporimeter high temperature and cause compressor pressure too high to trigger the condition that compressor protector protection caused the shut down.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, which is a flowchart of a method of controlling an air conditioner according to another embodiment of the present invention, wherein the rotation speed of the outdoor fan is adjusted according to the indoor ambient temperature, i.e., the above step S5 includes steps S51 and S52, as follows.
And S51, determining that the indoor environment temperature is lower than a second preset temperature, and controlling the outdoor fan to operate at a first speed gear, wherein the second preset temperature is lower than the first preset temperature.
The second preset temperature H can be recorded as H, and a value of the second preset temperature H can be set in a system debugging process of the air conditioner or under a laboratory condition. For example, when the second preset temperature H is set to 12 ℃, if the indoor ambient temperature is lower than the second preset temperature H, the outdoor fan is controlled to operate at the first speed.
Specifically, for example, the outdoor fan of the air conditioner includes two rotation speed gears such as a high gear and a low gear, the high gear is set as a first rotation speed gear, the low gear is set as a second rotation speed gear, and if the indoor ambient temperature is less than a second preset temperature H, the outdoor fan is controlled to operate at the high gear. For another example, the outdoor fan of the air conditioner includes more than two rotational speed gears, such as a high gear, a medium gear, a low gear, and a low gear, etc., the high gear and the medium gear may be set as a first rotational speed gear, the low gear and the low gear may be set as a second rotational speed gear, and if the indoor ambient temperature is less than the second preset temperature H, the outdoor fan is controlled to operate at the high gear or the medium gear.
Under the heating mode, when indoor ambient temperature is less than the second and predetermines temperature H, indoor ambient temperature is lower, needs to promote the effect of heating of air conditioner, is first rotational speed gear through adjusting outdoor fan rotational speed, can keep outdoor fan operation in higher gear, promotes the effect of heating, can not cause too big interference to indoor simultaneously, compares in the mode that the gear that promotes indoor fan promoted indoor ambient temperature, and the noise of production is littleer.
And S52, determining that the indoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to a second preset temperature, and controlling the outdoor fan to operate at a second rotating speed gear, wherein the rotating speed corresponding to the second rotating speed gear is less than the rotating speed corresponding to the first rotating speed gear. In this case, the second predetermined temperature H is 14 ℃.
Specifically, taking the example that the outdoor fan of the air conditioner includes two rotation speed gears, such as a high gear and a low gear, the high gear is set as a first rotation speed gear, the low gear is set as a second rotation speed gear, and if the indoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to a second preset temperature H, the outdoor fan is controlled to operate at the low gear. For another example, the outdoor fan of the air conditioner includes more than two rotational speed gears, such as a high gear, a medium gear, a low gear, and a gentle gear, etc., the high gear and the medium gear may be set as a first rotational speed gear, the low gear and the gentle gear may be set as a second rotational speed gear, and if the indoor ambient temperature is greater than or equal to the second preset temperature H, the outdoor fan is controlled to operate at the low gear or the gentle gear.
Under the heating mode, when the indoor ambient temperature is greater than or equal to the second preset temperature H, the indoor ambient temperature is proper, the heating effect of the air conditioner does not need to be improved, the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is adjusted to be the second rotating speed gear, the rotating speed corresponding to the second rotating speed gear is smaller than the rotating speed corresponding to the first rotating speed gear, the outdoor fan can be kept running at the lower gear, the heating effect is guaranteed, and meanwhile, the noise generated when the outdoor fan runs is reduced.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, there is a flowchart of a method for controlling an air conditioner according to another embodiment of the present invention, wherein the swing angle of the indoor swing structure is adjusted according to the coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger, i.e. step S3 above further includes steps S34-S36, as follows.
And S34, detecting the air conditioner operation cooling mode.
In an embodiment, after the air conditioner is started to operate, the air conditioner is detected to operate in a cooling mode, and at the moment, an indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner is used as an evaporator, and an outdoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner is used as a condenser.
And S35, determining that the temperature of the coil pipe of the indoor heat exchanger is greater than or equal to a third preset temperature, and controlling the indoor air swinging structure to be adjusted to the minimum allowable air swinging angle.
The third preset temperature is recorded as T2, the third preset temperature T2 can be set according to needs or under laboratory conditions, and the value of the third preset temperature T2 is more than 0 ℃ and less than or equal to T2 and less than or equal to 8 ℃. Specifically, since when the coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger approaches 0 ℃, the evaporator temperature is easily caused to be too low to be frozen, thereby affecting heat dissipation, the third preset temperature T2 may be set to 2 ℃.
In an embodiment, in the cooling mode, when the collected coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is greater than or equal to the third preset temperature T2, the coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is higher, and the indoor swing structure is controlled to be adjusted to the minimum allowable swing angle, for example, the swing fan blade angle arranged in the vertical direction is controlled to be adjusted to the minimum angle, and the swing fan blade angle arranged in the horizontal direction is controlled to be adjusted to the minimum angle. The air swing angle of the indoor air swing structure is further reduced on the basis of reducing the air speed of the indoor fan, so that the noise of the air conditioner is effectively reduced.
And S36, determining that the temperature of the coil pipe of the indoor heat exchanger is lower than a third preset temperature, and maintaining the current swing angle of the indoor swing structure unchanged.
Specifically, when the coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger collected is less than the third preset temperature T2, the coil temperature of the indoor heat exchanger is low, the temperature of the evaporator is low at the moment, the current swing angle of the indoor swing structure is maintained unchanged, and the evaporator temperature is prevented from being too low to freeze so as to influence heat dissipation.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, there is a flowchart of a method of controlling an air conditioner according to another embodiment of the present invention, wherein the rotation speed of the outdoor fan is adjusted according to the indoor ambient temperature, i.e., the above step S5 includes steps S53 and S54, which are as follows.

For example, when the fourth preset temperature C is set to 29 ℃, if the indoor environment temperature is lower than the fourth preset temperature C, the outdoor fan is controlled to operate at the second speed gear.
Specifically, for example, the outdoor fan of the air conditioner includes two rotation speed gears, such as a high gear and a low gear, the high gear is set as a first rotation speed gear, the low gear is set as a second rotation speed gear, and if the indoor ambient temperature is less than a fourth preset temperature C, the outdoor fan is controlled to operate at the low gear. For another example, the outdoor fan of the air conditioner includes more than two rotational speed gears, such as a high gear, a medium gear, a low gear, and a gentle gear, etc., the high gear and the medium gear may be set as a first rotational speed gear, the low gear and the gentle gear may be set as a second rotational speed gear, and if the indoor environment temperature is less than the fourth preset temperature C, the outdoor fan is controlled to operate at the low gear or the gentle gear.
Under the refrigeration mode, when indoor ambient temperature is less than fourth preset temperature C, indoor ambient temperature is comparatively suitable, need not to promote the refrigeration effect of air conditioner, is the second rotational speed gear through adjusting outdoor fan rotational speed, can keep outdoor fan operation in lower gear, when guaranteeing the refrigeration effect, reduces the noise that outdoor fan produced when operation.
And S54, determining that the indoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to a fourth preset temperature, and controlling the outdoor fan to operate at a first rotating speed gear, wherein the rotating speed corresponding to the second rotating speed gear is less than the rotating speed corresponding to the first rotating speed gear. Wherein, the fourth preset temperature C is 31 ℃ for example.
For another example, the outdoor fan of the air conditioner includes more than two rotational speed gears, such as a high gear, a medium gear, a low gear, and a gentle gear, etc., the high gear and the medium gear may be set as a first rotational speed gear, the low gear and the gentle gear may be set as a second rotational speed gear, and if the indoor ambient temperature is greater than or equal to the fourth preset temperature C, the outdoor fan is controlled to operate at the low gear or the gentle gear.
Under the refrigeration mode, when indoor ambient temperature is more than or equal to the fourth temperature C of predetermineeing, indoor ambient temperature is higher suitable, then need promote the refrigeration effect of air conditioner, be first rotational speed gear through adjusting outdoor fan rotational speed, and the second rotational speed gear corresponds the rotational speed and is less than first rotational speed gear and corresponds the rotational speed, can keep outdoor fan operation in higher gear, promote the refrigeration effect, can not cause too big interference to the indoor simultaneously, compare in the mode that the gear that promotes indoor fan reduces indoor ambient temperature, the noise of production is littleer.
