Sheet 22 may be rectangular or polygonal.
In a specific embodiment, the light bar 15 is a COB panel or includes a plurality of LED chips.
The reflection film 21 is attached to the upper surface of the plate 22, and is similar to an automobile adhesive film or a mobile phone adhesive film, and the principle is that the reflection film 21 is arranged on the upper surface of the plate 22 through a film coating process or is realized by utilizing the pressure intensity or the pressure difference of air.
The curved edge 221 is arc-shaped or dog-leg shaped. Sheet 22 may be provided as a magnifying mirror.
The handle lower shell 16 is provided with a fixing buckle 111, the reading plate is provided with a fixing groove 222, and the handle and the reading plate are buckled and connected through the fixing buckle 111 and the fixing groove 222. The material of the plate 22 is glass, crystal, acrylate, polystyrene, polycarbonate or polyether ether ketone, and has high mechanical strength, high transmittance and optical performance, the high mechanical strength can make the transparent plate 22 as thin as possible (can serve as a bookmark), the high transmittance can make the paper surface 30 as clear as possible, and the good optical performance can reduce the diffraction of light and restore the real situation of the paper surface 30 as far as possible.
Referring to fig. 4 to 6, which are cross-sectional structural views of the present invention, the reflection and refraction of light can be visually explained. Reflected ray 151, refracted ray 152, and direct ray 153.
Light emitted by the light bar 15 enters the transparent plate 22, and a part of the light is reflected to the high-transmittance light-reflecting film 21 on the upper surface of the plate 22 and then reflected to the paper surface 30 below the reading plate; a portion of the light is refracted through the sheet material 22 onto the paper surface 30 beneath the reading sheet; a portion of the light is directed to the curved edge 221 of the sheet 22 and is reflected by the curved surface on the inside of the edge mirror shade 23 onto the paper surface 30 under the reading board;
because the sheet 22 is not a solid of uniform density and there are particles or holes in the sheet during processing, some of the light will also diffract, but will eventually reach the paper surface 30 under the reading board through the three pathways.
The upper surface of the plate 22 is adhered (or plated) with a high light transmission reflection film 21, the exposed edge is curved (circular arc or fold line shape), and is connected with the fixing buckle 111 of the shell through the fixing groove 222 after being fixed with the mirror surface shading strip 23 with the same shape. The handle upper shell 11 and the handle lower shell 16 are made of light-tight materials, are connected with the reading board, and are internally provided with a light bar 15, a rechargeable battery 12, a switch 13 and a control circuit board 14; the plate 22 is made of a material with high mechanical strength, high transmittance and good optical properties, such as: glass, crystal, acrylate, polystyrene, polycarbonate, polyetheretherketone, and the like. The high mechanical strength allows the sheet 22 to be as thin as possible (acting as a bookmark), the high optical transparency allows the paper surface 30 to be as clear as possible, and the good optical properties minimize diffraction of light and restore the reality of the paper surface 30. The sheet 22 may also be processed using the principle of a lens, acting as a magnifying glass for reading.
The high-transmittance reflective film 21 may be attached to the upper surface of the plate 22, or may be directly plated on the upper surface of the plate 22 during the production process. In order to reflect more light onto the paper surface 30 as much as possible while reducing the real condition of the paper surface 30, the abrasion resistance of the surface of some of the boards 22 is increased.
The inner surface of the light-shielding strip 23 of the mirror surface is processed to be matched with the edge of the plate 22, the curved shape and the mirror surface are used for controlling the incident light to be reflected downwards onto the paper surface 30 below the reading plate as much as possible, so that the light loss is reduced, meanwhile, the incident light does not leak to the area outside the plate 22, and the light pollution and the unnecessary energy waste are avoided.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not to be construed as limiting the invention, and any modifications, equivalents and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention.
