Technical Field
The invention relates to a high-temperature non-stick coating, in particular to an inorganic non-stick composite coating and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The technical scheme adopted by the prior art aiming at the iron-based non-stick coating is as follows: the existing coating uses polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion and polyether sulfone resin as raw materials, and the iron-based non-stick coating is manufactured by adopting a form of mixing according to a certain proportion.
The disadvantages of this technique are:
(1) the high-temperature resistant steel is not scratch-resistant (a shovel cannot be used), and is not high in temperature (harmful gas can be decomposed when the temperature exceeds 260 ℃).
(2) The coating is easy to fall off, and the service life is short (pan sticking phenomenon can occur after one month of common use).
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an inorganic non-stick composite coating and a preparation and application method thereof, which are used for solving the problems of non-scratch resistance, non-high temperature resistance and short service life of an iron-based coating.
In order to realize the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: an inorganic non-stick composite coating comprises a top non-stick coating and a bottom corrosion-resistant layer,
the top non-stick coating comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight:
10-30 parts of first acrylic resin, 30-50 parts of glass powder, 10-30 parts of titanium powder, 8-10 parts of fumed silica, 40-50 parts of carbon fiber and 8-10 parts of graphene; the materials are put into a grinding cylinder in sequence and dispersed for 10 minutes, and then ground until the qualified fineness is less than or equal to 30 um;
the bottom corrosion-resistant layer comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight:
90-110 parts of second acrylic resin, 20-40 parts of low-temperature glass powder and 1-2 parts of an auxiliary agent; the materials are put into a grinding cylinder in sequence for 10 minutes of dispersion, and then ground until the qualified fineness is less than or equal to 30 um.

A preparation and application method of an inorganic non-stick composite coating comprises the following steps: a spraying process, a sintering process and a using method,
the spraying process comprises the following steps:
1) spraying: air spraying is adopted, and the technical parameters of the selected common spray gun are as follows:
the caliber of the spray gun: 1.0-2.0 mm;
spraying pressure: 2.0Kgf/cm2~4.0Kgf/cm2;
Spraying distance: 15-25 cm;
2) the process requirements are as follows:
(1) the spraying environment needs to be relatively dry, ventilated and dustless, and the influence on the spraying quality caused by environmental factors is reduced;
(2) filtering by using a 150-200-mesh screen before spraying;
(3) the thickness of the coating layer is 25-35 mu m thick; the thickness of the top non-stick coating is 15-25 μm;
(4) during spraying, attention needs to be paid to uniformity and flatness of the coating, and the phenomena of poor covering due to too thin coating thickness, easy sagging due to too thick coating and air bubbles are prevented;
the sintering process comprises the following steps:
1) the surface of the bottom corrosion-resistant layer is dried at 150-;
2) the curing temperature of the non-stick coating on the top is 150-170 ℃/5-8 minutes in the drainage working section of 1 section, 350-370 ℃/5-8 minutes in the glue removal working section of 2 sections, and 645-655 ℃/8-10 minutes in the curing section of 3 sections;
the use method comprises the following steps:
1) when the inorganic non-stick composite coating product is prepared, proper protective tools need to be worn;
2) when the waste is treated, the relevant regulations of waste treatment are observed;
3) emergency measures:
(1) when the slurry is splashed into eyes, the eyes are flushed by a large amount of clear water for at least 5 minutes and then treated by doctors according to conditions;
(2) when the decomposed gas is sucked, the decomposed gas is immediately conveyed to a place with fresh air;
(3) when the paint is stuck on the skin, a soap and water are required to be used for thoroughly cleaning;
4) packaging, storage and transportation
(1) The inorganic non-stick composite coating product should be stored in a dry, rain-sheltering and sun-shading environment and stored at the temperature of 5-40 ℃;
(2) the transportation is handled according to the rules of non-dangerous goods;
(3) under the normal storage environment, the storage period of the inorganic non-stick composite coating product is 6 months, and the storage period is longer than the storage period according to the change condition of the product.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the coating raw material is an inorganic material, and the coating cannot be decomposed in the using process and is safe to use; the raw materials of the top non-stick coating are reasonably matched, so that the coating which is non-stick and good in scratch resistance is obtained.
2. The bottom corrosion-resistant layer can prevent the base material from being corroded, and the main components of the corrosion-resistant layer and the non-stick coating are low-temperature glass powder and glass powder respectively, so that a high-density and stable inorganic glass state coating is formed, and the glass state coating is resistant to thermal shock, high temperature, scratch, adhesion and weather resistance.

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and examples.
The invention aims to solve the problems of non-scratch resistance, non-high temperature resistance and short service life of iron-based (low-carbon steel, cast iron, stainless steel, iron alloy and the like) non-stick coatings, and adopts the following technical scheme:
an inorganic non-stick composite coating comprising a top non-stick coating 1 and a bottom corrosion resistant layer 2, see figure 1,
the top non-stick coating 1 comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight:
