Abstract
The invention discloses a process for treating production wastewater of hemp, which is characterized in that the production wastewater is introduced into a filter to be filtered to remove internal suspended matters; introducing the wastewater into a sedimentation tank for sedimentation; taking upper-layer liquid in the sedimentation tank, introducing the upper-layer liquid into the tank body, and heating; introducing a neutralizing solution into the tank body, and continuously stirring the neutralizing solution; taking out the neutralized liquid in the tank body and introducing the neutralized liquid into the biological decomposition tank, and continuously stirring the liquid; leading out the liquid in the biological decomposition tank and continuing to carry out sedimentation operation; the gases produced in the meantime are reintroduced into the interior of the tank in step three via a condensation duct. The hemp production wastewater treatment process provided by the invention can filter large granular waste residues in wastewater by preliminary precipitation, filter internal granular residues by preliminary precipitation, activate substances in the wastewater by heating, reduce the corrosivity of the wastewater by neutralizing alkaline substances in the wastewater with neutralizing liquid, and remove harmful substances in the waste liquid by matching with biological decomposition, so that the treatment is cleaner.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of hemp production wastewater treatment, in particular to a hemp production wastewater treatment process.
Background
China-hemp, also known as Yama, Hanma, Huoman, etc., is also called as more than ten kinds. The garment and the clothes made of the garment have the functions of moisture absorption, ventilation, comfort, heat dissipation, mildew prevention, bacteriostasis, radiation resistance, ultraviolet protection, sound absorption and the like, and can be used for military use and civil use. The effect of producing antibacterial socks is widely appreciated. China hemp is the earliest natural fiber used for fabrics by human beings, has the reputation of national spinning source and universal clothes ancestor, has the planting history of at least 8000 years, is a raw material for various military clothes and high-grade clothes, and is expected to change the textile structure in the world at present; in the future, the mineral substitute can also be used as mineral substitutes of petroleum, coal and the like, and the environmental pollution caused by energy consumption is reduced. China hemp is an ecological, environment-friendly and renewable multipurpose plant, is changed into cotton wool like white flowers through procedures of degumming, silk drawing and the like, can be used for wool spinning, cotton spinning and blending, and is low in cost. The moisture removing performance of the hemp is 3 times that of pure cotton, and the hemp fabric can kill attached bacteria within 1 hour; the hemp fabric can shield more than 95% of ultraviolet rays, does not fade at the high temperature of 370 ℃, does not burn at the temperature of 1000 ℃, and has excellent heat resistance and ultraviolet resistance; the hemp bast can be used for spinning, has adsorption force and good air permeability, and can eliminate peculiar smell; the hemp stalk core can be ground to produce wood powder, active carbon and pulp for papermaking; the hemp leaves, the fried dough twists and the hemp roots can be used for extracting medicaments and have the effects of stopping bleeding, dissipating blood stasis, detoxifying, preventing miscarriage and the like; the hemp seed kernel can be used for extracting oil, and the content of unsaturated fatty acid of the hemp seed kernel is higher than that of deep sea fish oil; the hemp stalk core absorbs 11 times of formaldehyde of pine and has the special function of decomposing chemical harmful gas.
A large amount of waste water can be generated in the process of raw tea of China hemp, and the traditional treatment process cannot effectively clean internal impurities.
Based on the above, the invention designs a process for treating hemp production wastewater to solve the problems.
