Claims (7)

1. The non-woven fabric production equipment is characterized by comprising a motor (1), wherein two sliding rails (1-1) are arranged on the upper surface of the motor (1) in parallel, the sliding rails (1-1) are connected with two sliding blocks (1-2) in a sliding manner, each sliding block (1-2) is connected with the two sliding rails (1-1) in a sliding manner, each sliding block (1-2) is fixedly provided with a dividing mechanism (2) for dividing non-woven fabric leftover materials, one side of each dividing mechanism (2) is provided with a smoothing mechanism (3) for smoothing non-woven fabrics, each smoothing mechanism (3) is fixedly arranged on the corresponding sliding block (1-2), and the two dividing mechanisms (2) and the smoothing mechanism (3) are arranged in an opposite manner respectively;
two upright posts (1-3) are fixedly arranged on one side of the motor (1), a through mounting groove (1-4) is formed in each upright post (1-3), and a winding mechanism (4) for winding non-woven fabrics is rotatably connected in each mounting groove (1-4).

The non-woven fabric production equipment according to claim 1, wherein the dividing mechanism (2) comprises a base (2-1) fixedly arranged on the sliding block (1-2), a conveyor belt (2-2) is rotatably arranged on the base (2-1), a support rod (2-3) is fixedly arranged on one side of the conveyor belt (2-2), a dividing motor (2-4) is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the support rod (2-3), and a dividing wheel (2-5) is coaxially and fixedly arranged on a motor shaft of the dividing motor (2-4);
a dividing cover (2-6) is fixedly arranged on the support rod (2-3), the dividing cover (2-6) is sleeved on the outer side of the dividing wheel (2-5), a pressing wheel (2-7) is rotatably arranged on one side of the dividing cover (2-6) departing from the dividing motor (2-4), and the outer surface of the pressing wheel (2-7) is attached to the outer surface of the conveying belt (2-2);
the cutting device is characterized by further comprising guide plates (2-8) arranged on one sides of the cutting wheels (2-5), wherein the sides, departing from the pressing wheels (2-7), of the guide plates (2-8) are arc-shaped.

The non-woven fabric production equipment according to claim 1, wherein the smoothing mechanism (3) comprises a mounting frame (3-1) fixedly arranged on the sliding block (1-2), the mounting frame (3-1) is provided with two smoothing units (3-2) for smoothing the side edges of the non-woven fabric in a rotating way towards one side of the dividing mechanism (2), and the two smoothing units (3-2) are oppositely arranged and rotate in opposite directions;
the flattening device is characterized by further comprising a transmission unit (3-3) used for driving the flattening unit (3-2) to rotate, wherein the transmission unit (3-3) is arranged on the other side of the mounting rack (3-1).

The non-woven fabric production device according to claim 3, wherein the transmission assembly comprises two smoothing wheels rotatably arranged on the mounting frame (3-1), each smoothing wheel (3-31) is coaxially and fixedly connected with one of the smoothing units (3-2), each smoothing wheel (3-31) is engaged with one intermediate wheel (3-32), and the two intermediate wheels (3-32) are engaged with each other;
the device also comprises a smoothing motor (3-33) fixedly arranged on the mounting rack (3-1), and a motor shaft of the smoothing motor (3-33) is coaxially and fixedly connected with one of the smoothing gears (3-31).

The non-woven fabric production equipment according to claim 4, wherein the smoothing unit (3-2) comprises a roller (3-21) fixedly connected with the smoothing gear (3-31), a plurality of groups of support frames are arranged on the side wall of the roller (3-21) in an array mode, each group of support frames comprises two fixing frames (3-22) respectively arranged at two ends of the roller (3-21), one roller (3-23) is rotatably connected to each group of support frames, and the axis of each roller (3-23) is intersected with the projection of the axis of the roller (3-21) on the horizontal plane.
