Description

Printing color correction method, device and system for offset lithography
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of typesetting, publishing and printing, in particular to a method, a device and a system for correcting printing colors for offset lithography.
Background
The color of the printed matter comes from the color of light reflected by the printed matter perceived by human eyes. The four-color printing mode is a color register mode used in color printing, and a so-called "full-color printing" is formed by mixing and superimposing four colors in total by using the principle of mixing colors of three primary colors of coloring materials and black ink. The four standard colors are: cyan (C, cyan), also known as "sky blue" or "blue"; magenta (M), also known as "Magenta"; yellow (Y, yellow); blacK (K, blacK), the abbreviation used herein for the last letter K instead of the first B, in order to avoid confusion with Blue (Blue). From these four colors, many thousands of other colors can be reproduced in printing. The CMYK mode is a subtractive color mode and the corresponding red, green and blue (RGB) mode is an additive color mode.
The offset printing is a printing plate using a PS plate, a gravure plate, a multi-layer metal plate, a protein plate, a stone plate, or the like, and the printing plate performs printing using the principle that an image portion and a blank portion are immiscible with each other with oil and water, with the image portion and the blank portion being almost on the same plane. The color on the printed matter is formed by superposing four colors of yellow, red, blue and black (CMYK). The color viewed by the publisher editor in the RGB mode on the computer screen is affected by a series of factors such as the color difference of the CMYK color gamut being smaller than RGB and the printing, the ground color of the paper, the ink mixing ratio, the printing pressure, etc., when the color is converted into the printed matter, resulting in the color distortion of the final printed matter. Even if the printer adopts a 'sample tracing' mode of comparing with another color sample manuscript, the interference of factors such as field illumination, color perception difference of naked eyes of operators and the like still can be caused, and the distortion of the whole color or local color is caused.
In current solutions, expensive, special instruments are used to correct the color agreement between the publisher edited display and the print shop composed display under standard lighting, to "chase" the screen of the calibrated color with the final print, or to "chase" a draft of a standard color sample from the publisher. These solutions, which still require the operators of the printing plants, have a high sensitivity to color and are excessively dependent on experienced operators.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
For simplicity and clarity of description, the invention will be described below by describing several representative embodiments. Numerous details of the embodiments are set forth to provide an understanding of the principles of the invention. It will be apparent, however, that the invention may be practiced without these specific details. Some embodiments are not described in detail, but rather are merely provided as frameworks, in order to avoid unnecessarily obscuring aspects of the invention. Hereinafter, "comprising" means "including but not limited to", "according to '8230;' 8230;" means "according to at least '8230;' 8230;, but not limited to only according to '8230;' 8230;". In view of the language convention for chinese, the following description, when not specifically referring to the number of a component, means that the component may be one or more than one, or may be understood as at least one.
FIG. 1 is a flow chart illustrating a method for correcting printing colors for offset lithography according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 101: and printing the data file of the printing piece sending party by using a color digital printer to generate a digital proof.
Here, the print out contracting party data file having the electronic file format is first acquired, and then the print out contracting party data file is printed by a color digital printer to generate a digital proof. Here, the data file of the package sending party is a data file which is provided by the package sending party and needs to be printed; the digital proof is a paper file.
Step 102: and printing the printing piece outsourcing side data file by using printing equipment to generate a printing proof.
Here, the printing apparatus may be implemented as a letterpress, lithography, intaglio or stencil printing machine, or the like. The print proof is also a paper document. The printing device performs printing in the CMYK mode, preferably implemented as a lithographic offset press.
Step 103: scanning the digital proof to generate an electronic part of the digital proof, scanning the printed proof to generate an electronic part of the printed proof.
Here, the electronic parts of the digital proof are scanned by a scanning apparatus (e.g., an electronic scanner) to generate the digital proof, and the electronic parts of the printed proof are scanned by the scanning apparatus to generate the printed proof. The electronic part of the digital proof is the scanned image file of the digital proof, and the electronic part of the printed proof is the scanned image file of the printed proof.
Step 104: determining a color difference between the electronics of the digital proof and the electronics of the printed proof.
Here, the color difference between the electronic parts of the digital proof and the electronic parts of the print proof can be calculated (e.g., calculated based on the euclidean distance) using a color difference calculation program.
Step 105: adjusting an ink parameter of the printing device based on the color difference.
The color of the printing sample sheet has deviation from the color contrast of the digital sample sheet because the ink supply amount of the ink supply system for providing four inks of yellow, red, blue and black has deviation when the printing equipment is used for printing compared with the digital sample sheet. Besides the total ink supply amount of each color is increased or decreased on the printing equipment, the local increase or decrease adjustment can be carried out through ink discharging channels of the printing equipment (the number of the ink discharging channels can be different for different types of printing equipment). The printing apparatus generally includes a four-color ink-discharge amount adjusting plate having a four-color total amount adjusting plate and a plurality of ink discharge passages. The total amount of four colors can be adjusted by the four-color total amount adjusting disc, and the ink discharging amount of four colors of each ink discharging channel can be respectively adjusted by the four-color ink discharging amount adjusting disc of each ink discharging channel.
In one embodiment, step 105 comprises: the total amount of ink supply for the printing apparatus for each color in the yellow, red, blue and black is adjusted based on the overall color difference between the electronic parts of the digital proof and the electronic parts of the printed proof.
For example, when the overall color difference between the electronic parts of the digital proof and the electronic parts of the printed proof indicates that the printed proof is overall redder than the digital proof, the total amount of red ink supply to the printing apparatus is reduced. When the overall color difference between the electronic parts of the digital proof and the electronic parts of the printed proof indicates that the printed proof is overall yellow compared to the digital proof, the total amount of yellow ink supply of the printing apparatus is reduced.
In one embodiment, step 105 comprises: and adjusting the ink supply amount of each color in the yellow, red, blue and black in the ink discharging channel corresponding to the local part of the printing equipment based on the local color difference between the electronic part of the digital sample sheet and the electronic part of the printing sample sheet.
For example, when a partial area of the digital proof is red as a whole as compared with the partial area of the print proof, the amount of red ink supply in the ink discharging passage corresponding to the partial area in the printing apparatus is reduced. When a certain local area of the digital proof is yellow compared with the local area of the printing proof, the yellow ink supply amount in the ink discharging channel corresponding to the local area in the printing equipment is reduced.
In one embodiment, before printing the package side data file with the color digital printer to generate the digital proof in step 101, a process of verifying whether the print proof of the color digital printer is qualified is further included, and the color digital printer used in step 101 is a printer for verifying the print proof as qualified. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps: the process of verifying whether the color digital printer is qualified comprises the following steps: printing the electronic file of the standard color draft by using the color digital printer to generate a print proof of the standard color draft; scanning the print proof to generate an electronic part of the print proof; electronic parts for scanning the standard color draft to generate the standard color draft; when the color difference between the electronic part for printing the sample sheet and the electronic part for printing the standard color draft is smaller than or equal to a preset threshold value (for example, three percent), determining that the sample sheet printed by the color digital printer is qualified, and when the color difference between the electronic part for printing the sample sheet and the electronic part for printing the standard color draft is larger than the preset threshold value, determining that the sample sheet printed by the color digital printer is unqualified.
Preferably, the standard adopted by the standard color draft includes at least one of: PSA; c9; PSO; g7; g7 PC; fogra PSO; ugar PSO.
The above exemplary descriptions are of the standard adopted by the standard color draft, and those skilled in the art will appreciate that such descriptions are merely exemplary and are not intended to limit the scope of the embodiments of the present invention.
FIG. 2 is an exemplary schematic diagram of an ink feed channel adjustment according to an embodiment of the present invention.
After the digital proof and the printing proof are scanned respectively, the color-divided image is divided into different ink discharging channels for calculation, and a four-color correction curve (from the adjustment value of the channel 1 to the channel N, which is a color adjustment curve) and the total ink adjustment amount which need to be adjusted are obtained. When the printing press system supports auto-adjustment, adjustment data is automatically imported. If the printing press system does not support or is not compatible with automatic adjustment, it can be set up one by the printing staff at the adjustment station.
In fig. 2, the horizontal axis indicates the number of the ink discharging passage, and the vertical axis indicates the adjustment amount. Each ink feed channel has four adjustment amounts. The number 2 includes a blue adjustment amount 21, a red adjustment amount 22, a yellow adjustment amount 23, and a black adjustment amount 24. When the adjustment amount is positive, correspondingly increasing the adjustment amount on the basis of the existing numerical value; when the adjustment amount is a positive number, the adjustment amount is correspondingly reduced on the basis of the existing numerical value. For example, if the blue adjustment 21 is 15, 15 is added to the existing blue ink in the lower ink channel 2.
