By using the process, the first pattern 2 and the second pattern 3 are synchronously printed on the printing film 4 on the printing roller 5, the inner layer film 102 and the outer layer film 101 are synchronously cut out, and the film body 1 is synchronously aligned and compounded, so that the retraction values of the first pattern 2 and the second pattern 3 on the film body 1 are accurately controlled within a required range, the problem of three-dimensional failure caused by serious dislocation is avoided, and the soft plastic packaging composite film supported by the process can also present a beautiful three-dimensional pattern effect.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a first printing area 51 and a second printing area 52 are engraved on the outer surface of the printing roller 5 in parallel in the axial direction, the first printing area 51 prints a first pattern 2 on the outer layer film 101, and the second printing area 52 prints a second pattern 3 on the inner layer film 102, wherein the dividing line 41 is provided at the center of the printing film 4 so that the width of the outer layer film 101 and the width of the inner layer film 102 are the same, the pattern in the first printing area 51 is the same as the pattern in the second printing area 52 and is disposed opposite to the dividing line 41 with the center of the axis, the pattern in the first printing area 51 is shifted toward the center by 0.2mm to 0.3mm, and when the outer layer film 101 and the inner layer film 102 are subsequently aligned and laminated, the first pattern 2 can be retracted by 0.2mm to 0.3mm from the edge of the second pattern 3, as shown in fig. 2, thereby creating a three-dimensional stereoscopic effect.
The principle of printing the first pattern 2 and the second pattern 3 using a printing plate instead of the printing roll 5 and patterning the printing plate is the same as that of the printing roll 5.
In this embodiment, the first guide roller 6 is used to flatten the printed film 4 so that the slit lines 41 of the printed film 4 are aligned with the center positions of the slitting machines 13 of the slitting machine 13, thereby smoothly slitting the outer layer film 101 and the inner layer film 102 having the same size from the positions of the slit lines 41, so that the outer layer film 101 and the inner layer film 102 can be regularly aligned and laminated.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the number of the second guide rollers 7 and the number of the third guide rollers 8 are the same, the outer layer film 101 and the inner layer film 102 are kept flat by guiding and drawing actions of the plurality of second guide rollers 7 and the plurality of third guide rollers 8, respectively, and the heating devices such as heating pipes may be further disposed in the second guide rollers 7 and the third guide rollers 8 to slowly dry the outer layer film 101 and the inner layer film 102, thereby facilitating subsequent composite operation.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the inner film 102 and the outer film 101 are realigned and simultaneously passed between the first pressing roll 91 and the second pressing roll 92, the extrusion die extrudes a heat-sealing material for forming the transparent layer 103 between the first pressing roll 91 and the second pressing roll 92, so that the inner film 102 and the outer film 101 are heat-sealed into a whole through the transparent layer 103, the transparent layer 103 is a molten PE film or a CPP film, and is condensed to form a transparent structure layer, so that the second pattern 3 on the inner film 102 can be printed on the outer film 101 through the transparent structure layer, and the extrusion die can adjust the addition amount of the molten PE film or CPP film.
Example 3:
in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a second squeeze roller set 11 is provided on the film exit side of the second squeeze roller set 9, the inner film 102 and the barrier layer 104 are extruded and heat sealed into a whole by the second squeeze roller set 11, a third squeeze roller set 12 is provided on the film exit side of the second squeeze roller set 11, and the barrier layer 104 and the heat seal layer 105 are extruded and heat sealed into a whole by the third squeeze roller set 12, so that the final product of the composite film having a three-dimensional effect of the present invention is obtained, and finally, the composite film is wound and stored.
In this embodiment, the barrier layer 104 is preferably an AL film, a VMPET film, a PET film, or a KPET film, and the barrier layer 104 and the inner layer film 102 may be compounded by conventional solvent-free compounding, dry-wet compounding, or extrusion compounding, preferably extrusion compounding.
In the present embodiment, the heat-sealing film is preferably a PE film, a CPP film, or another film having a heat-sealing function.
In this embodiment, the printing film 4 is preferably a PET film, a BOPP film, or a BOPA film, the thicker the printing film 4 is, the better the three-dimensional effect is, and the ink used for the printing roller 5 is preferably an ink of a pearlescent large-particle-size pigment having a color change effect, and the three-dimensional effect can be similarly enhanced.
The above description is only for the specific embodiments of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art can easily conceive of the changes or substitutions within the technical scope of the present invention, and all the changes or substitutions should be covered within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A composite film having a three-dimensional effect, characterized by: including the membrane body, the membrane body includes outer membrane and inner film, be equipped with the stratum lucidum between outer membrane and the inner film, the printing has first pattern on the outer membrane, the printing has the second pattern the same with first pattern shape on the inner film, first pattern is more than each edge indentation 0.2mm-0.3mm of second pattern.
2. A three-dimensional effect composite film according to claim 1, wherein: the composite material further comprises a barrier layer, and the barrier layer is compounded on one side of the inner layer film.
3. A three-dimensional effect composite film according to claim 2, wherein: the heat-sealing layer is compounded on one side of the barrier layer.
4. A manufacturing process of a composite film with a three-dimensional effect is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: preparing a printing film and a printing roller, arranging a tangent line in the middle of the printing film, wherein the tangent line divides the printing film into an outer layer film and an inner layer film, the printing roller is provided with a first printing area corresponding to a first pattern and a second printing area corresponding to a second pattern, and the outer layer film and the inner layer film synchronously and respectively print the first pattern and the second pattern through the printing roller;
step two: drying the printed film printed in the step one, guiding and correcting the printed film through a first guide roller, and enabling the printed film to enter a splitting machine, wherein the splitting machine splits the inner layer film and the outer layer film through a splitting line, the inner layer film is pulled to one side through a second guide roller, and the outer layer film is pulled to the other side through a third guide roller;
step three: and (3) the inner layer film and the outer layer film drawn in the second step are realigned and synchronously pass through the first extrusion roller set, the first extrusion roller set comprises a first extrusion roller and a second extrusion roller, an extrusion die head for compounding a transparent layer between the inner layer film and the outer layer film is arranged between the first extrusion roller and the second extrusion roller, and the inner layer film, the transparent layer and the outer layer film are extruded and heat-sealed into a whole through the first extrusion roller set.
5. The process of claim 4 for preparing a composite film with three-dimensional effect, wherein: the film outlet side of the first extrusion roller set is provided with a second extrusion roller set, and the inner layer film and the barrier layer are extruded and heat-sealed into a whole through the second extrusion roller set.
6. The process of claim 5 for preparing a composite film with three-dimensional effect, wherein: and a third extrusion roller set is arranged on the film outlet side of the second extrusion roller set, and the barrier layer and the heat sealing layer are extruded and heat sealed into a whole through the third extrusion roller set.
7. The process of claim 5 for preparing a composite film with three-dimensional effect, wherein: the barrier layer is an AL film or a VMPET film or a PET film or a KPET film.
8. The process of claim 6 for preparing a composite film with three-dimensional effect, wherein: the heat-sealing film is a PE film or a CPP film.
9. A process for making a composite film with three dimensional effect according to any of claims 4 to 8 wherein: the transparent layer is a molten state of the PE film or the CPP film.
10. The process of claim 9 for preparing a composite film with three-dimensional effect, wherein: the printing film is a PET film or a BOPP film or a BOPA film.
