技术领域
本发明涉及人造革面料领域，具体是一种耐寒防臭型人造革及其生产方法。
背景技术
普通的人造革由基层和面层构成，基层为普通的织物，面层为PVC塑料层，这样的人造革功能单一，不具有保暖和防臭的功能，尤其是使用人造革制成的鞋子，由于人造革本身的透气性能较差，很容易产生脚汗，在拖鞋时会产生异味。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题就是克服以上的技术缺陷，提供一种耐寒防臭型人造革及其生产方法。
为了解决上述问题，本发明的技术方案为：一种耐寒防臭型人造革，包括基布层，所述基布层上方设有PVC人造革层，所述PVC人造革层上方纯棉层，所述纯棉层上、下两端均设有高弹层，所述纯棉层上方设有若干空心人造纤维条，所述空心人造纤维条内装有填充物，所述空心人造纤维条上方设有人造鹿皮绒层，所述基布层、PVC人造革层、高弹层、纯棉层、空心人造纤维条和人造鹿皮绒层通过布料粘合剂连接。
作为改进，所述填充物包括10-20份栀子花、5-10份桂花、2-3份兰花、2-3份茉莉花和5-50份绿茶组成。
作为改进，所述高弹层由若干股线条成井字形交错织成，每股所述线条由30-80条杜邦莱卡纤维交织而成。
一种耐寒防臭型人造革的生产方法，包括以下步骤；
A、先将栀子花、桂花、兰花、茉莉花和绿茶按照分量取出；
B、将栀子花、桂花、兰花、茉莉花和绿茶在阴凉通风处放置2-4天；
C、将风干后的栀子花、桂花、兰花、茉莉花和绿茶研磨成0.2-0.3毫米的颗粒；
D、将研磨后的颗粒装入空心人造纤维条内，然后用丝线封口；
E、然后将基布层、PVC人造革层、高弹层、纯棉层、空心人造纤维条和人造鹿皮绒层通过布料粘合剂连接，即可得到成品。
作为改进，所述栀子花选择六月份采摘的小叶栀子花，所述桂花选择采摘十月份的金贵花，所述兰花选择三月份采摘的春兰，所述茉莉花选择单瓣茉莉花，所述绿茶选用西湖龙井茶叶。
本发明与现有的技术相比的优点在于：可以通过在每两个空心人造纤维条之间的空气层，配合纯棉层和人造鹿皮绒层进一步局提高面料的保暖性能；通过栀子花、桂花、兰花和茉莉花的香味能够给面料混合的香气，配合有一定吸附异味能力的绿茶使本面料在作为鞋面可以缓解脚臭。本发明具有更出色的保暖能力，还能够有效的消除臭味，原料更加天然健康，使用幼儿和老年人使用。

如图1所示，一种耐寒防臭型人造革，包括基布层1，所述基布层1上方设有PVC人造革层2，所述PVC人造革层2上方纯棉层4，所述纯棉层4上、下两端均设有高弹层3，所述纯棉层4上方设有若干空心人造纤维条5，所述空心人造纤维条5内装有填充物，所述空心人造纤维条5上方设有人造鹿皮绒层6，所述基布层1、PVC人造革层2、高弹层3、纯棉层4、空心人造纤维条5和人造鹿皮绒层6通过布料粘合剂连接。
所述填充物包括10-20份栀子花、5-10份桂花、2-3份兰花、2-3份茉莉花和5-50份绿茶组成。
所述高弹层3由若干股线条成井字形交错织成，每股所述线条由30-80条杜邦莱卡纤维交织而成。
实施例一
(1)先将10份栀子花、5份桂花、2份兰花、2份茉莉花和5份绿茶按照分量取出；
(2)将栀子花、桂花、兰花、茉莉花和绿茶在阴凉通风处放置2天；
(3)将风干后的栀子花、桂花、兰花、茉莉花和绿茶研磨成0.2毫米的颗粒；
(4)将研磨后的颗粒装入空心人造纤维条内，然后用丝线封口；
(5)然后将基布层1、PVC人造革层2、高弹层3、纯棉层4、空心人造纤维条5和人造鹿皮绒层6通过布料粘合剂连接，即可得到成品。
其中，高弹层3由若干股线条成井字形交错织成，每股所述线条由30条杜邦莱卡纤维交织而成。
实施例二
(1)先将15份栀子花、10份桂花、3份兰花、3份茉莉花和25份绿茶按照分量取出；
(2)将栀子花、桂花、兰花、茉莉花和绿茶在阴凉通风处放置3天；
(3)将风干后的栀子花、桂花、兰花、茉莉花和绿茶研磨成0.3毫米的颗粒；
(4)将研磨后的颗粒装入空心人造纤维条内，然后用丝线封口；
(5)然后将基布层1、PVC人造革层2、高弹层3、纯棉层4、空心人造纤维条5和人造鹿皮绒层6通过布料粘合剂连接，即可得到成品。
其中，高弹层3由若干股线条成井字形交错织成，每股所述线条由40条杜邦莱卡纤维交织而成。
实施例三
(1)先将20份栀子花、10份桂花、3份兰花、3份茉莉花和50份绿茶按照分量取出；
(2)将栀子花、桂花、兰花、茉莉花和绿茶在阴凉通风处放置4天；
(3)将风干后的栀子花、桂花、兰花、茉莉花和绿茶研磨成0.2毫米的颗粒；
(4)将研磨后的颗粒装入空心人造纤维条内，然后用丝线封口；
(5)然后将基布层1、PVC人造革层2、高弹层3、纯棉层4、空心人造纤维条5和人造鹿皮绒层6通过布料粘合剂连接，即可得到成品。
其中，高弹层3由若干股线条成井字形交错织成，每股所述线条由80条杜邦莱卡纤维交织而成。

1.一种耐寒防臭型人造革，其特征在于：包括基布层(1)，所述基布层(1)上方设有PVC人造革层(2)，所述PVC人造革层(2)上方纯棉层(4)，所述纯棉层(4)上、下两端均设有高弹层(3)，所述纯棉层(4)上方设有若干空心人造纤维条(5)，所述空心人造纤维条(5)内装有填充物，所述空心人造纤维条(5)上方设有人造鹿皮绒层(6)，所述基布层(1)、PVC人造革层(2)、高弹层(3)、纯棉层(4)、空心人造纤维条(5)和人造鹿皮绒层(6)通过布料粘合剂连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐寒防臭型人造革，其特征在于：所述填充物包括10-20份栀子花、5-10份桂花、2-3份兰花、2-3份茉莉花和5-50份绿茶组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐寒防臭型人造革，其特征在于：所述高弹层(3)由若干股线条成井字形交错织成，每股所述线条由30-80条杜邦莱卡纤维交织而成。
4.一种耐寒防臭型人造革的生产方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
A、先将栀子花、桂花、兰花、茉莉花和绿茶按照分量取出；
B、将栀子花、桂花、兰花、茉莉花和绿茶在阴凉通风处放置2-4天；
C、将风干后的栀子花、桂花、兰花、茉莉花和绿茶研磨成0.2-0.3毫米的颗粒；
D、将研磨后的颗粒装入空心人造纤维条内，然后用丝线封口；
E、然后将基布层(1)、PVC人造革层(2)、高弹层(3)、纯棉层(4)、空心人造纤维条(5)和人造鹿皮绒层(6)通过布料粘合剂连接，即可得到成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种耐寒防臭型人造革的生产方法，其特征在于：所述栀子花选择六月份采摘的小叶栀子花，所述桂花选择采摘十月份的金贵花，所述兰花选择三月份采摘的春兰，所述茉莉花选择单瓣茉莉花，所述绿茶选用西湖龙井茶叶。
