Abstract
本发明公开了一种中风患者康复手环，包括可伸缩外环，外环内固定有弹性握力球，弹性握力球上部成形有四个指槽，下部成形有一个指槽；五个指槽处安装有压力传感器，弹性握力球上还安装有弹性绑带。本发明设计了一种康复手环，便于携带，且能够感应患者的多个康复动作，可以对患者动作进行反馈，从而促进患者进行康复训练。

技术领域
本发明属于机电一体领域，尤其涉及一种中风患者康复手环及***。
背景技术
脑中风是一种以脑部缺血及出血性损伤症状为主要临床表现的疾病，又称脑卒中或脑血管意外，具有极高的病死率和致残率，主要分为出血性脑中风(脑出血或蛛网膜下腔出血)和缺血性脑中风(脑梗塞、脑血栓形成)两大类，以脑梗塞最为常见。脑中风发病急，病死率高，是世界上最重要的致死性疾病之一。
随着医疗技术的进步，中风的死亡率逐渐降低，但是其致残率逐渐上升，患者通常会有不同程度的后遗症，需要长时间的康复训练及治疗。
前主要的康复手段是靠康复治疗师或者纯物理的康复辅具进行训练，前者开销巨大且将康复场景限定在了医院当中，后者康复时容易姿势错误，且枯燥无味，不能有效地康复，同时大部分的产品可训练的上肢动作少。且现有的装置没有相应的反馈，因此不能促使患者进行积极的康复训练。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种中风患者康复手环及***。本发明设计了一种康复手环，便于携带，且能够感应患者的多个康复动作，可以对患者动作进行反馈，从而促进患者进行康复训练。
为达到上述技术效果，本发明的技术方案是：
一种中风患者康复手环，包括可调节的外环，外环内固定有弹性握力球，弹性握力球上部成形有四个指槽，下部成形有一个指槽；指槽处安装有压力传感器，弹性握力球上还安装有弹性绑带。
进一步的改进，所述康复手环上安装有六轴姿态传感器。
进一步的改进，所述外环包括两侧的ABS固定部，ABS固定部端部均通过上下两条可调节可调阻力绳相连；弹性握力球由硅胶制成。
进一步的改进，所述六轴姿态传感器和压力传感器无线连接有姿势确认装置。
进一步的改进，所述姿势确认装置为电脑或智能手机。
进一步的改进，所述姿势确认装置包括显示屏，显示屏上播出动画游戏，所述动画游戏感应中风患者的上肢姿势，在动画游戏中进行对应的游戏角色控制。
进一步的改进，所述动画游戏包括滚铁环(避让障碍物、拾取金币、上下桥)和跳房子。
本发明的优点如下：
本发明设计了一种康复手环，便于携带，且能够感应患者的动作，患者对应做出的动作多样，且可以对患者动作进行反馈，从而促进患者进行可持续康复训练。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式并且结合附图对本发明的技术方案作具体说明。
实施例1
如图1和图2所示一种中风患者康复手环，包括可调节的外环1，外环1内固定有弹性握力球2，弹性握力球2上部成形有四个指槽3，下部成形有一个指槽3；指槽3处安装有压力传感器，弹性握力球2上还安装有弹性绑带5。康复手环上安装有六轴姿态传感器。
外环1包括两侧的ABS固定部6，ABS固定部6端部均通过可调阻力绳7相连。六轴姿态传感器和压力传感器无线连接有姿势确认装置。
姿势确认装置为电脑或智能手机。
这样使用时，患者的拇指在下部的指槽，其余四指在另外四个指槽3，由姿势确认装置动画提示出或语音播报出需要摆出的姿势，如单指复合运动、对指复合运动、抓握复合运动、肘关节运动、前臂运动、腕关节运动，通过压力传感器确定患者的单指复合运动、对指复合运动、抓握复合运动是否正确，并获取手部肌肉力量大小数据，通过六轴姿态传感器确定患者肘关节运动、前臂运动、腕关节运动的动作是否正确，并获取运动范围数据。从而实现中风患者上肢的不同动作的康复训练，同时弹性握力球2和下两条可调节可调阻力绳7对运动有一定的阻力，能有效锻炼手指各关节处的肌肉，适应患者不同康复时期的需求，即陪伴患者从主动康复到抗阻康复的转变，产品生命周期长。
实施例2
为了进一步增加康复运动的趣味性，姿势确认装置包括显示屏，显示屏上播出动画游戏，所述动画游戏感应中风患者的手部姿势，在动画游戏中进行对应的游戏角色控制。
动画游戏包括滚铁环(避让障碍物、拾取金币、上下桥)和跳房子。
这样患者可以通过滚铁环游戏中控制角色上桥和下桥的动作实现肘关节的屈曲/伸展和腕关节的掌屈/背伸康复训练动作。通过避让障碍物和拾取金币的动作实现前臂的旋前/旋后和腕关节的桡偏/尺偏康复训练动作。通过跳房子实现各手指的单指复合运动、对指复合运动、抓握复合运动。
上述仅为本发明的一个具体导向实施方式，但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此，凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动，均应属于侵犯本发明的保护范围的行为。
Claims (7)
1.一种中风患者康复手环，其特征在于，包括可伸缩的外环(1)，外环(1)内固定有弹性握力球(2)，弹性握力球(2)上部成形有四个指槽(3)，下部成形有一个指槽(3)；指槽(3)处安装有压力传感器，弹性握力球(2)上还安装有弹性绑带(5)。
2.如权利要求1所述的中风患者康复手环，其特征在于，所述康复手环上安装有六轴姿态传感器。
3.如权利要求1所述的中风患者康复手环，其特征在于，所述外环(1)包括两侧的ABS固定部(6)，两个ABS固定部(6)的端部均通过上下两条可调阻力绳(7)相连；弹性握力球(2)由硅胶制成。
4.如权利要求2所述的中风患者康复手环，其特征在于，所述六轴姿态传感器和压力传感器无线连接有姿势确认装置。
5.如权利要求1所述的中风患者康复手环，其特征在于，所述姿势确认装置为电脑或智能手机。
6.如权利要求1所述的中风患者康复手环，其特征在于，所述姿势确认装置包括显示屏，显示屏上播出动画游戏，所述动画游戏感应中风患者的上肢姿势，在动画游戏中进行对应的游戏角色控制。
7.如权利要求1所述的中风患者康复手环，其特征在于，所述动画游戏包括滚铁环进行避让障碍物、拾取金币、上下桥动作和跳房子。
