Abstract
本发明提供一种去屑控油组合物及其制备方法和应用,属于日化用品领域,包括去屑组分或/和控油组分,所述去屑组分选自硫磺、胶态硫、吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐中的一种或多种,所述控油组分选自辛酰甘氨酸、十一碳烯酰甘氨酸、葡糖酸锌中的一种或多种。本发明的去屑控油组合物包括去屑组分或/和控油组分,不仅能够改善头皮微生态环境、调节皮脂分泌、温和去屑,而且能通过成分之间的复配实现组合物的去屑控油增效作用,更有利于提升头皮的屏障功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于日化用品领域,具体涉及一种去屑控油组合物,另外,本发明还涉及上述去屑控油组合物的制备方法和应用。
背景技术
头屑是头皮脱落的角质细胞,正常情况下,角质细胞脱落很少,不会被明显看到,但当角质层细胞异常分离时,则会造成大量的片状皮屑脱落,即在头皮表面聚集大量细小的白色或者灰色鳞屑。
马拉色菌群落的失衡是造成头屑的主要原因之一,马拉色菌普遍存在于人类皮肤上,正常情况下维持平衡状态,但在人体内分泌失调或者受到外界刺激时,这种平衡将被打破,亲脂性的马拉色菌在脂肪酶的作用下,将脂肪中的甘油三酯降解为游离脂肪酸,释放的油酸能渗透角质层,从而破坏皮肤的屏障功能,被破坏的屏障会导致马拉色菌过度繁殖,反而又会增加皮脂的分泌,从而引起头屑。
其次,皮脂分泌过剩也是造成头屑大量产生的另一原因,皮脂是为了保护皮肤和头发而分泌的,当内分泌旺盛、出现脂溢性皮炎或者受到外界的刺激等时,会造成皮脂大量分泌,分泌的皮脂容易因外界的因素(紫外线、马拉色菌等)的影响而发生氧化或分解,使皮脂游离脂肪酸和甘油三酯失衡、脂质过氧化,进而产生了头痒、头屑或者脱发等情况。
为了控制头屑的产生,目前市面上出现了大量的去屑洗发水,现有的去屑洗发水主要以吡硫鎓锌(ZPT)作为功效原料,但是ZPT在使用剂型上受限,且容易变色,产品稳定性差。
发明内容
基于上述背景问题,本发明旨在提供一种去屑控油组合物,不仅稳定性好,且能够改善头皮微生态环境、调节皮脂分泌、温和去屑;本发明的另一目的是提供上述去屑控油组合物的制备方法和应用。
为了实现上述目的,一方面,本发明实施例提供的技术方案是:
去屑控油组合物,包括去屑组分或/和控油组分,所述去屑组分选自硫磺、胶态硫、吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐中的一种或多种,所述控油组分选自辛酰甘氨酸、十一碳烯酰甘氨酸、葡糖酸锌中的一种或多种。
进一步地,去屑控油组合物包括:硫磺、吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐、辛酰甘氨酸、以及葡糖酸锌。
更进一步地,去屑控油组合物包括以下质量分数的原料:
硫磺0.01-5%、吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐0.01-1%、辛酰甘氨酸0.01-2%、葡糖酸锌0.01-2%、保湿剂0.1-10%、抗过敏剂0.01-2%、防腐剂0.05-3%,余量为溶剂。
进一步地,所述保湿剂选自甜菜碱、泛醇、PCA钠、糖脂、植物甾醇、透明质酸中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述抗过敏剂选自甘草酸二钾、尿囊素、红没药醇中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述防腐剂选自二氯苯甲醇、水杨酸、苯氧乙醇、苯甲醇、苯甲酸钠、水杨酸钠中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述溶剂为水或/和醇。
本发明的去屑组分可以是硫磺、胶态硫、吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐或其组合,其中硫磺和胶态硫能够杀灭细菌、真菌,并能软化表皮、溶解角质去除死皮,是预防头皮屑和脂溢性皮炎的有效成分。
吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐能够有效抑制细菌和真菌的生长,尤其是对马拉色菌的抑菌效果显著,通过其抗氧化性能清除自由基、调节皮脂分泌,并且安全性高、能降低头皮刺激性。
本发明的控油组分可以是辛酰甘氨酸、十一碳烯酰甘氨酸、葡糖酸锌或其组合,辛酰甘氨酸和葡糖酸锌作为多效活性因子,能够有效调节皮肤生态***,辛酰甘氨酸和十一碳烯酰甘氨酸作为甘氨酸的生物载体,对皮肤细胞的新陈代谢起着重要的作用,其和葡糖酸锌在头皮头发护理中,均能够通过抑制5-α还原酶活性去抑制皮脂分泌,以达到控油效果,并且具有抑制细菌繁殖作用,进而抑制头屑的产生。
本发明的去屑控油组合物将去屑组分和控油组分中的至少一种复配使用,不仅能够改善头皮微生态环境、调节皮脂分泌、温和去屑,而且能通过成分之间的复配实现组合物的去屑控油增效作用,更有利于提升头皮的屏障功能。
另一方面,本发明实施例还提供一种去屑控油组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将去屑组分、控油组分与溶剂混合,升温后搅拌至溶解完全,得到功能组分溶液;
降温后,将保湿剂、抗过敏剂加入所述功能组分溶液中,搅拌至溶解完全,得到预产品;
二次降温后,将防腐剂加入到所述预产品中,搅拌至溶解完全,即得到去屑控油组合物。
进一步地,升温至70-75℃,降温至50-53℃,二次降温至45-47℃。
本发明在制备去屑控油组合物时,升温至70-75℃可以促进原料溶解,如果温度高于75℃则会导致溶剂过分挥发,且温度太高也会导致原料出现分解;降温后进行保湿剂、抗过敏剂、防腐剂的加入可以防止部分原料因温度过高而分解。
第三方面,本发明实施例还提供上述去屑控油组合物在头皮、头发清洗护理产品中的应用,所述头皮、头发清洗护理产品包括洗发水、护发素、头皮护理霜、以及头皮精华液。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下效果:
本发明的去屑控油组合物包括去屑组分或/和控油组分,不仅能够改善头皮微生态环境、调节皮脂分泌、温和去屑,而且能通过成分之间的复配实现组合物的去屑控油增效作用,更有利于提升头皮的屏障功能。
具体实施方式
为了解决现有去屑洗发水主要以吡硫鎓锌作为功效原料存在的稳定性差等问题,本发明提供一种去屑控油组合物,不仅能够改善头皮微生态环境、调节皮脂分泌、温和去屑,而且能通过成分之间的复配实现组合物的去屑控油增效作用,更有利于提升头皮的屏障功能。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例中使用的胶态硫为现有产品,由75%的硫磺、25%的***树胶组成。
接下来将通过具体实施例对本发明进行阐述。
实施例1
去屑控油组合物,由以下质量分数的原料组成:
硫磺0.01%、胶态硫5%、吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐0.01%、辛酰甘氨酸2%、葡糖酸锌0.01%、透明质酸10%、尿囊素0.01%、苯甲酸钠0.05%、水82.92%。
本实施例的去屑控油组合物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将称取的水、硫磺、胶态硫、吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐、辛酰甘氨酸、葡糖酸锌加入乳化锅中,升温至70℃,搅拌至溶解完全,得到功能组分溶液;
(2)降温至50℃,将透明质酸、尿囊素加入所述功能组分溶液中,搅拌至溶解完全,得到预产品;
(3)二次降温至45℃后,将苯甲酸钠加入到所述预产品中,搅拌至溶解完全,调控pH在4-7范围内即得到去屑控油组合物。
实施例2
去屑控油组合物,由以下质量分数的原料组成:
硫磺5%、胶态硫0.01%、吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐1%、十一碳烯酰甘氨酸0.01%、葡糖酸锌2%、泛醇0.1%、红没药醇2%、水杨酸钠3%、水91.88%。
本实施例的去屑控油组合物的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将称取的水、硫磺、胶态硫、吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐、十一碳烯酰甘氨酸、葡糖酸锌加入乳化锅中,升温至75℃,搅拌至溶解完全,得到功能组分溶液;
(2)降温至53℃,将泛醇、红没药醇加入所述功能组分溶液中,搅拌至溶解完全,得到预产品;
(3)二次降温至47℃后,将水杨酸钠加入到所述预产品中,搅拌至溶解完全,调控pH在4-7范围内即得到去屑控油组合物。
实施例3
洗发水,由以下质量分数的原料组成:
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱7%、C14-16烯烃磺酸钠5.25%、椰油酰胺甲基MEA 2%、硫磺0.5%、吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐0.1%、甜菜碱0.5%、泛醇0.5%、糖酯0.3%、甘草酸二钾0.05%、二氯苯甲醇0.12%、苯氧乙醇0.32%、水83.36%。
本实施例的洗发水的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将按配比称取的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、C14-16烯烃磺酸钠、椰油酰胺甲基MEA、硫磺、吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐、水加入到乳化锅中,加热至75℃,保温搅拌至溶解完全;
(2)降温至50℃,将按配比称取的甜菜碱、泛醇、糖脂、甘草酸二钾加入到步骤(1)的乳化锅中,保温搅拌至溶解完全;
(3)二次降温至45℃,将按配比称取的二氯苯甲醇、苯氧乙醇加入到步骤(2)的乳化锅中,保温搅拌均匀即可。
将本实施例制备的洗发水分别在50℃、-8℃的温度下存放两个月,测试结束后,洗发水均未发生变色,且洗发水的粘度仍保持均一,无明显变化,说明添加有本发明去屑控油组合物的洗发水的稳定性好。
实施例4
洗发水,由以下质量分数的原料组成:
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱7%、C14-16烯烃磺酸钠5.25%、椰油酰胺甲基MEA2%、硫磺0.5%、吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐0.3%、辛酰甘氨酸0.5%、甜菜碱1%、泛醇0.5%、糖酯1%、甘草酸二钾0.05%、二氯苯甲醇0.12%、苯氧乙醇0.32%、水81.46%。
本实施例的洗发水的制备方法与实施例3的制备方法相同。
实施例5
洗发水,由以下质量分数的原料组成:
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱7%、C14-16烯烃磺酸钠5.25%、椰油酰胺甲基MEA 2%、硫磺0.5%、吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐0.3%、辛酰甘氨酸0.5%、葡糖酸锌0.2%、甜菜碱1%、泛醇0.5%、糖酯1%、甘草酸二钾0.05%、二氯苯甲醇0.12%、苯氧乙醇0.32%、水81.26%。
本实施例的洗发水的制备方法与实施例3的制备方法相同。
实施例6
洗发水,由以下质量分数的原料组成:
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱7%、C14-16烯烃磺酸钠5.25%、椰油酰胺甲基MEA 2%、硫磺1%、吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐0.5%、辛酰甘氨酸0.5%、葡糖酸锌0.5%、甜菜碱1%、泛醇0.5%、糖酯1%、甘草酸二钾0.05%、二氯苯甲醇0.12%、苯氧乙醇0.32%、水80.26%。
本实施例的洗发水的制备方法与实施例3的制备方法相同。
实施例7
洗发水,由以下质量分数的原料组成:
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱7%、C14-16烯烃磺酸钠5.25%、椰油酰胺甲基MEA 2%、硫磺2%、吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐0.75%、辛酰甘氨酸1%、葡糖酸锌1%、甜菜碱1%、泛醇1%、糖酯2%、甘草酸二钾0.05%、二氯苯甲醇0.12%、苯氧乙醇0.32%、水76.51%。
本实施例的洗发水的制备方法与实施例3的制备方法相同。
实施例8
洗发水,由以下质量分数的原料组成:
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱7%、C14-16烯烃磺酸钠5.25%、椰油酰胺甲基MEA 2%、硫磺1%、辛酰甘氨酸0.5%、葡糖酸锌0.5%、甜菜碱1%、泛醇0.5%、糖酯1%、甘草酸二钾0.05%、二氯苯甲醇0.12%、苯氧乙醇0.32%、水80.76%。
本实施例的洗发水的制备方法与实施例3的制备方法相同。
实施例9
洗发水,由以下质量分数的原料组成:
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱7%、C14-16烯烃磺酸钠5.25%、椰油酰胺甲基MEA 2%、吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐0.5%、辛酰甘氨酸0.5%、葡糖酸锌0.5%、甜菜碱1%、泛醇0.5%、糖酯1%、甘草酸二钾0.05%、二氯苯甲醇0.12%、苯氧乙醇0.32%、水81.26%。
本实施例的洗发水的制备方法与实施例3的制备方法相同。
实施例10
洗发水,由以下质量分数的原料组成:
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱7%、C14-16烯烃磺酸钠5.25%、椰油酰胺甲基MEA 2%、辛酰甘氨酸0.5%、葡糖酸锌0.5%、甜菜碱1%、泛醇0.5%、糖酯1%、甘草酸二钾0.05%、二氯苯甲醇0.12%、苯氧乙醇0.32%、水81.76%。
本实施例的洗发水的制备方法与实施例3的制备方法相同。
对比例
洗发水,由以下质量分数的原料组成:
椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱7%、C14-16烯烃磺酸钠5.25%、椰油酰胺甲基MEA 2%、甜菜碱0.5%、泛醇0.5%、糖酯0.3%、甘草酸二钾0.05%、二氯苯甲醇0.12%、苯氧乙醇0.32%、水83.96%。
对比例的洗发水的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将按配比称取的椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、C14-16烯烃磺酸钠、椰油酰胺甲基MEA、水加入到乳化锅中,加热至75℃,保温搅拌至溶解完全;
(2)降温至50℃,将按配比称取的甜菜碱、泛醇、糖脂、甘草酸二钾加入到步骤(1)的乳化锅中,保温搅拌至溶解完全;
(3)二次降温至45℃,将按配比称取的二氯苯甲醇、苯氧乙醇加入到步骤(2)的乳化锅中,保温搅拌均匀即可。
为了验证本发明的有益效果,对实施例3-10、以及对比例制备的洗发水的使用效果进行测试,测试方法为:
选取90位年龄在18-60岁之间的长发测试人员(有头屑、头油情况),随机分成9组,每组10人,分别编号A/B/C/D/E/F/G/H/I/J,测试人员每两天用各自对应的测试产品进行头发清洗,每次洗发水的使用量为5-8g,使用时轻揉头发和头皮,使用一个月后进行效果评价。

从表2可以看出,添加有本发明的去屑控油组合物的洗发水能够有效抑制头痒头屑,调节皮脂分泌,相较于对比例中不添加硫磺、吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐、辛酰甘氨酸、葡糖酸锌的洗发水,具有明显的去屑控油效果,使用评价高。
从表2还可以看出,实施例6和实施例7的洗发水的使用效果评价最高,说明硫磺、吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐、辛酰甘氨酸、葡糖酸锌四种组分复配的去屑控油效果要优于双组分或三组分复配效果。
将实施例3与实施例4-10对比可以看出,只添加去屑组分的洗发水的使用评价低于同时添加去屑组分和控油组分的洗发水,说明将去屑组分和控油组分配合使用具有更好的效果。
应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.去屑控油组合物,其特征在于,包括去屑组分或/和控油组分,所述去屑组分选自硫磺、胶态硫、吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐中的一种或多种,所述控油组分选自辛酰甘氨酸、十一碳烯酰甘氨酸、葡糖酸锌中的一种或多种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的去屑控油组合物,其特征在于,包括:硫磺、吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐、辛酰甘氨酸、以及葡糖酸锌。
3.根据权利要求2所述的去屑控油组合物,其特征在于,包括以下质量分数的原料:
硫磺0.01-5%、吡罗克酮乙醇胺盐0.01-1%、辛酰甘氨酸0.01-2%、葡糖酸锌0.01-2%、保湿剂0.1-10%、抗过敏剂0.01-2%、防腐剂0.05-3%,余量为溶剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的去屑控油组合物,其特征在于,所述保湿剂选自甜菜碱、泛醇、PCA钠、糖脂、植物甾醇、透明质酸中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求3所述的去屑控油组合物,其特征在于,所述抗过敏剂选自甘草酸二钾、尿囊素、红没药醇中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求3所述的去屑控油组合物,其特征在于,所述防腐剂选自二氯苯甲醇、水杨酸、苯氧乙醇、苯甲醇、苯甲酸钠、水杨酸钠中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求3所述的去屑控油组合物,其特征在于,所述溶剂为水或/和醇。
8.去屑控油组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将去屑组分、控油组分与溶剂混合,升温后搅拌至溶解完全,得到功能组分溶液;
降温后,将保湿剂、抗过敏剂加入所述功能组分溶液中,搅拌至溶解完全,得到预产品;
二次降温后,将防腐剂加入到所述预产品中,搅拌至溶解完全,即得到去屑控油组合物。
9.根据权利要求8所述的去屑控油组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,升温至70-75℃,降温至50-53℃,二次降温至45-47℃。
10.一种如权利要求1-7任一所述的去屑控油组合物在头皮、头发清洗护理产品中的应用,所述头皮、头发清洗护理产品包括洗发水、护发素、头皮护理霜、以及头皮精华液。
