If the current condition that the snow clearing condition is not met is identified according to the snow covering data of the air outlet of the outdoor unit of the refrigerator car refrigerating unit, the current refrigerator car refrigerating unit only needs to execute snow clearing operation, namely the refrigerator car refrigerating unit does not need to be switched to the snow clearing working condition, and a normal refrigerating mode can be continuously kept. The condition that the preset snow clearing condition is not met can be specifically that the current snow coverage rate is identified to be not higher than (not higher than) a preset coverage rate threshold value according to snow coverage data of an air outlet of an outdoor unit of the refrigerator car refrigerating unit; or the current accumulated snow increasing speed does not reach a preset accumulated snow increasing speed threshold value; or, the current snow increase speed does not reach the preset coverage threshold and the current snow increase speed does not reach the preset snow increase speed threshold.
Specifically, the above embodiment may include at least three relatively independent schemes for different data dimensions included in the preset snow-clearing condition, and the following description will be developed: 1. the preset snow clearing condition is characterized as an accumulated snow coverage rate threshold, and when the accumulated snow coverage rate of the air outlet of the outdoor unit does not exceed the accumulated snow coverage rate threshold according to the accumulated snow coverage data of the air outlet of the refrigeration unit of the refrigerator car, the normal refrigeration mode is kept; 2. the preset snow clearing condition is characterized by an accumulated snow increasing speed threshold, and when the accumulated snow increasing speed of the air outlet of the outdoor unit does not exceed the accumulated snow increasing speed threshold according to accumulated snow covering data of the air outlet of the refrigeration unit of the refrigerator car, a normal refrigeration mode is kept; 3. the preset snow clearing condition is characterized by two aspects of an accumulated snow coverage rate threshold value or an accumulated snow increasing speed threshold value, and only one aspect condition needs to be met at the moment, namely the preset snow clearing condition is judged to be met, in other words, the preset snow clearing condition is judged not to be met only when the two aspect conditions are not met; specifically, when the snow coverage rate of the air outlet of the current outer unit does not exceed the snow coverage rate threshold value according to the snow coverage data of the air outlet of the outer unit of the refrigerator car refrigerating unit, whether the snow increase speed of the air outlet of the current outer unit exceeds the snow increase speed threshold value or not is further judged, and when the snow increase speed of the air outlet of the current outer unit does not exceed the snow increase speed threshold value, a normal refrigerating mode is kept.
In one embodiment, the step of acquiring the snow cover data of the air outlet of the outdoor unit of the refrigeration unit of the refrigerator car comprises the following steps:
the snow cover data of the air outlet of the refrigerating unit outer machine of the refrigerator car are acquired in a preset mode, the preset mode comprises at least one of image recognition, sound wave recognition, pressure recognition and infrared recognition based on a snow emitter-receiver matrix, and the snow emitter-receiver matrix is preset in the air outlet of the refrigerating unit outer machine of the refrigerator car.
Snow emitter-receiver matrix indicates the matrix of compriseing a plurality of snow emitter-receiver, snow emitter-receiver includes infrared receiver and infrared transmitter, among these a plurality of snow emitter-receiver, infrared receiver adopts the mode that the matrix was arranged to set up in one side of refrigerator car refrigerating unit air outlet, infrared transmitter adopts and corresponds the matrix mode and set up in other air outlet and get the opposite side, infrared transmitter transmission infrared signal, if the air outlet is covered by snow, then can shelter from infrared signal and receive, snow emitter-receiver who successfully receives infrared signal through the statistics can analyze out refrigerator car refrigerating unit outer machine air outlet snow cover data. More specifically, as shown in fig. 4, a matrix of snow emitters and receivers are mounted on the sheet metal parts on both sides of the upper air duct cavity of the refrigeration unit of the refrigerator car, and in principle, the snow emitters and receivers are infrared emitter box receivers, snow emitters are arranged on one side wall of the snow box receivers and are used for emitting infrared rays only, and infrared receivers are arranged on the other side of the snow box receivers and are used for receiving signals transmitted from the infrared emitters. If snow is accumulated in the upper air duct cavity of the refrigerating unit due to the situation, the accumulated snow can be partially shielded, and partial infrared rays cannot be received. Because the snow cover emitting and receiving devices are arranged in a matrix, the snow cover data of the air outlet of the refrigerating unit outdoor unit of the refrigerator car can be obtained according to the collected signal analysis.
In one embodiment, the snow removal mode includes: the rotating speed of a condensation fan in the refrigerator car refrigerating unit is reduced, the condensation pressure of the refrigerator car refrigerating unit is maintained at a preset pressure threshold value, the exhaust temperature of the refrigerator car refrigerating unit is increased, and the air quantity of an evaporation fan in the refrigerator car refrigerating unit is adjusted to maintain the refrigerating capacity of the refrigerator car refrigerating unit.
The preset pressure threshold is a preset condensing pressure of the refrigerant, and can be preset according to the use condition of the outdoor unit and the performance of the compressor. Generally it is 3.1 MPa. Specifically, the snow cleaning mode is as shown in fig. 5, after the mode enters, the rotating speed of the condensing fan is adjusted by detecting the condensing pressure of the whole machine and reducing the rotating speed of the condensing fan, so that the condensing pressure is increased to be close to 3.1 MPa. The melting of the accumulated snow can be accelerated by increasing the condensation temperature. When the fan is adjusted, the step number of the electronic expansion valve is also reduced, the high-low pressure difference is increased, the exhaust temperature of the whole machine is increased, and the snow removing speed is accelerated. Meanwhile, the electronic expansion valve can change the refrigerating capacity, and in order to prevent the refrigerating capacity from changing and influencing the temperature of the box body, the air quantity of the evaporation fan can be synchronously adjusted to adjust the working condition of the evaporator, so that the refrigerating capacity cannot change.
To further explain the snow removal mode in detail, the following description is provided with reference to fig. 6, which is a schematic view of the operation of the refrigeration unit of the refrigerator car. After gathering and reaching the entering condition, the first action is that the condensation fan stall, and the fan stops to come the snow removal principle and is, after the condensation fan stall, condensation pressure can rise, and then the condenser temperature can rise, can clear away the snow in last wind channel chamber. However, the condensing pressure cannot be increased without limitation, in the design of the refrigerating unit, in order to keep the compressor in a reasonable working condition all the time, a system high-pressure protection value of 3.2MPa is set, in the snow clearing mode, the condensing pressure cannot be increased all the time in order to clear snow, and the maximum temperature of the condensing side of the system is approximately kept. At this time, the temperature of the condensation side is increased to some extent, and the temperature of the high-pressure side is increased to a higher level to accelerate snow removal, approximately 60 ℃ under standard conditions. Additional adjustments are added to the system control. And when the rotating speed of the fan is controlled to be reduced, the step number of the electronic expansion valve is adjusted by the controller to be reduced, and a proper value is determined, and the value can be set and adjusted through the actual unit condition. After the number of steps of the electronic expansion valve is reduced, the pressure difference of the compressor is increased, the corresponding exhaust pressure is also increased, snow removal is accelerated, and the front temperature of the shunt circuit of the condenser can reach about 100 ℃. Since the mass flow of the entire system is reduced after the expansion valve is adjusted, the cooling capacity of the entire system is increased or decreased according to actual conditions. In order to ensure the stability of the working condition in the box in the snow cleaning mode, the temperature of the inner ring needs to be adjusted to be unchanged. The system refrigerating capacity is adjusted by calculating and adjusting the air quantity of the evaporation fan, the refrigerating capacity of the indoor unit can be kept only by calculating the air quantity change of the evaporator part along with the collected temperature, and the air quantity of the evaporation fan is adjusted by performing signal feedback, so that the working condition of the whole indoor unit is unchanged.
Specifically, the step number setting of the electronic expansion valve is determined by an optimal adjustment process, which specifically includes: the actual using step interval of the electronic expansion valve is 0-B, the initial value is firstly determined to be B/2, and then the adjustment is carried out every 5S. If the detected condensing pressure is less than the set value of 3.2Mpa, the step number is adjusted to be 1/2 at present; also, above the set, the number of steps is expanded 1/2 until the pressure stabilizes within the error range.
In order to further explain the technical scheme of snow cleaning for the refrigerating unit of the refrigerator car and the effects thereof in detail, specific examples are adopted for the following description. In this particular example of application, the preset threshold of coverage is 60% and the preset threshold of snow increase speed is set to 5%/minute.
In the working condition of starting to run snow, snow can be deposited in the upper air duct cavity as shown in fig. 1, and the accumulated snow in the upper air duct cavity can cause that part of the infrared receivers cannot receive signals. The area of the snow cover at present is approximately simulated according to the transmitted signals, and whether the area of the snow cover reaches 60% of the whole area is judged according to a given rule. When the set value is reached, the unit enters a snow cleaning mode. After entering the snow cleaning mode, in order to avoid the influence of the snow cleaning mode on the energy consumption and reliability of the whole machine, a special mode is released as soon as possible, and the whole machine performs feedback inspection once every two minutes. The feedback checking principle is that the collected signal of the snow cover transmitting and receiving device is analyzed again at a specific time, and if the signal reaches an exit value, the snow cover transmitting and receiving device immediately exits. There is a special case where snow is rapidly added in the upper duct cavity in a short time in a snowy weather, and at this time, information is collected by the snow emitter-receiver and further analysis is performed. After the analysis, the given specified value is compared, and when the specified value is reached, the snow cleaning mode is entered. This condition is to prevent the snow-removing operation from being performed when the speed of snow accumulation is too high and the total area is less than 60%. Otherwise it is not time to clear the snow when 60% of the total upper duct chamber is reached.
In summary, as shown in fig. 7, in the above application example, the method for removing accumulated snow from the outdoor unit of the refrigerator car refrigerating unit includes the following steps:
1. judging that the vehicle is in a snowing working condition at present;
2. the snow cover transmitter-receiver detects the snow cover condition;
3. if the coverage rate of the accumulated snow does not reach 60 percent of the whole area, entering the step 5;
4. if the coverage rate of the accumulated snow reaches 60% of the whole area, entering a step 7;
5. judging whether the accumulated snow increasing speed is less than a set value or not;
6. if the accumulated snow increase speed is less than the set value, entering a normal refrigeration mode, and if the accumulated snow increase speed is greater than the set value, entering a step 7;
7. entering a snow clearing mode;
8. the feedback check is performed every two minutes.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts are shown in sequence as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in sequence as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a part of the steps in each of the flowcharts described above may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performing the steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least a part of the steps or stages in other steps.

In one embodiment, the snow removing module 400 is further configured to enter the snow removing mode when the snow coverage reaches the preset coverage threshold according to the snow coverage data at the air outlet of the refrigeration unit of the refrigerator car.
In one embodiment, the snow removing module 400 is further configured to obtain an accumulated snow increasing speed according to the accumulated snow coverage data of the air outlet of the refrigeration unit of the refrigerator car when it is identified that the accumulated snow coverage rate does not reach a preset coverage rate threshold according to the accumulated snow coverage data of the air outlet of the refrigeration unit of the refrigerator car; and entering a snow cleaning mode when the snow increase speed reaches a preset snow increase speed threshold.
In one embodiment, the snow removing module 400 is further configured to obtain a snow increase speed according to snow coverage data at an air outlet of an outdoor unit of the refrigerator car; and entering a snow cleaning mode when the snow increase speed reaches a preset snow increase speed threshold.
In one embodiment, the snow removing device for the external unit of the refrigerator car refrigerating unit further comprises:
and the refrigeration keeping module is used for keeping a normal refrigeration mode when the snow cover data of the air outlet of the refrigerating unit outer machine of the refrigerator car is identified to be not satisfied with a preset snow clearing condition.
In one embodiment, the data obtaining module 200 is further configured to obtain snow coverage data of an air outlet of an external unit of the refrigerator car refrigerating unit in a preset manner, where the preset manner includes at least one of image recognition, sound wave recognition, pressure recognition and infrared recognition based on an snow emitter-receiver matrix, and the snow emitter-receiver matrix is preset at the air outlet of the external unit of the refrigerator car refrigerating unit.
In one embodiment, the snow removal mode includes: the rotating speed of a condensation fan in the refrigerator car refrigerating unit is reduced, the condensation pressure of the refrigerator car refrigerating unit is maintained at a preset pressure threshold value, the exhaust temperature of the refrigerator car refrigerating unit is increased, and the air quantity of an evaporation fan in the refrigerator car refrigerating unit is adjusted to maintain the refrigerating capacity of the refrigerator car refrigerating unit.
For a specific embodiment of the snow removing device for the outdoor unit of the refrigeration unit of the refrigerator car, reference may be made to the above embodiment of the snow removing method for the outdoor unit of the refrigeration unit of the refrigerator car, and details are not described herein again. 3. The method of claim 1, wherein entering a snow clearing mode when a preset snow clearing condition is met as identified from the outdoor unit air outlet snow cover data comprises:
acquiring the snow increasing speed according to the snow covering data of the air outlet of the outdoor unit of the refrigerator car refrigerating unit;
and entering a snow clearing mode when the snow increase speed reaches a preset snow increase speed threshold.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and when the snow cover data of the air outlet of the refrigerating unit of the refrigerator car does not meet the preset snow clearing condition, the normal refrigerating mode is kept.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the data on snow cover at the air outlet of the outdoor unit of the refrigerator car comprises:
