the rotary positioning body comprises an outer pressing column, a semi-through cylinder and a first fixed sliding block, the outer pressing column is in clearance fit with an inner hole of the outer ring pressing cylinder, the semi-through cylinder is connected to the lower end of the outer pressing column, pressing stepped tooth columns are distributed at the bottom end of the semi-through cylinder, and the first fixed sliding block is fixedly connected to the upper end of the semi-through cylinder and is in sliding connection with a slide way on the wall of the rotary stepped cylinder;
