The cleaning assembly 4 includes a scraper 43 connected to the conveyor belt 33. When the driving wheel 31 is driven to rotate, the scraper 43 moves with the conveyor belt 33 and pushes the solid impurities deposited on the top surface of the filter plates 2 to the outlet 12. The outlet 12 is located at one end of the filter plate 2 so that the scraper 43 can move from the end of the filter plate 2 remote from the outlet 12 towards the outlet 12, pushing any solid impurities into the outlet 12.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the cleaning assembly 4 further includes a connecting plate 41 and a guiding shell 42 connected to each other, the connecting plate 41 is fixedly mounted on the conveyor belt 33, the guiding shell 42 is U-shaped, one end of the scraper 43 is slidably connected in the guiding shell 42, a spring 44 is disposed between the guiding shell 42 and the other end of the scraper 43, and the other end of the scraper 43 is kept in close contact with the filter plate 2 under the elastic action of the spring 44, so as to improve the scraping quality of the scraper 43. The guide shell 42 is further provided with a guide rod 45, and the guide rod 45 is connected with the scraper 43 in a sliding manner. The guide shell 42 and the guide rod 45 can effectively limit the moving track of the scraper 43, and the probability that the impurity removing scraper 43 is blocked is reduced. A sealing sleeve 46 is also preferably provided at the junction of the guide housing 42 and the scraper 43, and one end of the scraper 43 penetrates the sealing sleeve 46 and enters the guide housing 42. The sealing sleeve 46 is made of rubber, so that solid impurities or water can be prevented from entering the guide shell 42, the scraper 43 can smoothly slide in the guide shell 43, and blockage or blockage cannot occur.
In order to better filter out moisture in the solid impurities, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a filter assembly 5 is further disposed at the outlet 12, the filter assembly 5 includes a guide box 51 and a rotating shaft 52, the guide box 51 is communicated with the outlet 12, and a material guide opening 55 is opened on a side wall thereof. One end of the rotating shaft 52 is rotatably connected in the guide box 51, and a plurality of plate bodies 53 are uniformly distributed on the rotating shaft along the circumferential direction. A filter screen 54 is further disposed in the guide box 51 below the rotating shaft 52, and the filter screen 54 is made of PVC material. Preferably, the plate 53 is net-shaped, the length direction of the rotating shaft 52 is parallel to the width direction of the conveying belt 33, and the bottom of the guide box 51 is communicated with the area of the settling tank 1 below the filter plate 2 through the guide pipe 56.
