As shown in fig. 13, in addition to the inner member shown in fig. 12, the air-permeable sealing member 52 on the far lip end side may be made of a magnetic conductive material such as iron or stainless steel, and in this case, the air-permeable sealing member 52 includes a sealing cap 524 and a heat conducting member 525, the sealing cap 524 is provided with a second air vent 526, and the inner diameter of the second air vent 526 is smaller than the outer diameter of the aerosol generating material in the aerosol generating member 2, so as to prevent the aerosol generating material from falling off. The upstream end of the heat-conducting member 525 is disposed at the center of the sealing cap 524; the heat conductive member 525 has a needle shape or a plate shape. The heat-conducting member 525 further has a heat-insulating member 527 at the connection between the upstream end thereof and the cap 524.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 14, the present embodiment is an aerosol-generating article of an electromagnetic bulk smoking material, which comprises a tube 1, and an aerosol-generating component 2, a multi-functional component 3 and a filter component 4, which are arranged in the tube 1 in this order from a distal lip end to a proximal lip end;
the multifunctional component 3 is a supporting and blocking component with an airflow channel, and the multifunctional component 3 also contains materials with the functions of cooling, flavoring, harm reduction and limiting.
The aerosol generating component 2 is an inner member (as shown in figures 1 and 2) and the cartridge body 51 contains an aerosol generating material in the form of a smoking material in powder form; the cylinder 51 is made of magnetic conductive material iron. The two-sided breathable closure 52 is selected from highly breathable paper, without the need to perforate the breathable closure 52. When the cylinder 51 contacts the electromagnetic heating device, the cylinder 51 and the alternating magnetic field of the heater form an induced eddy current, thereby heating the aerosol generating material in the cylinder 51 to generate the aerosol.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 15, the present embodiment is an aerosol-generating article of an electromagnetic bulk smoking material, which comprises a tube 1, and an aerosol-generating component 2, a multi-functional component 3 and a filter component 4 which are arranged in this order from a distal lip end to a proximal lip end in the tube 1;
the multifunctional component 3 is a supporting and blocking component with an airflow channel, and the multifunctional component 3 also contains materials with the functions of cooling, flavoring, harm reduction and limiting.
The aerosol generating component 2 is an inner member (as shown in figure 13) and the cartridge body 51 contains an aerosol generating material in the form of smoking material in particulate form; the gas-permeable sealing member 52 on the side of the distal lip, i.e., the end close to the electromagnetic heating device, is made of iron, which is a magnetic conductive material. The air-permeable sealing member 52 made of magnetic conductive material such as iron or stainless steel includes a sealing cap 524 and a heat conducting member 525, wherein the sealing cap 524 is provided with a second vent hole 526, and the inner diameter of the second vent hole 526 is smaller than the outer diameter of the aerosol generating material in the aerosol generating member 2. The upstream end of the heat-conducting member 525 is disposed at the center of the sealing cap 524; the heat conducting member 525 is needle-shaped; the heat-conducting member 525 further has a heat-insulating member 527 at the connection between the upstream end thereof and the cap 524. When the sealing cap 524 is in contact with the alternating magnetic field of the heater, an induced eddy current is formed, and the aerosol generating material is heated by the heat-conducting member 525, thereby generating an aerosol.

Claims (10)

1. An aerosol generating article of electromagnetic bulk smoking material comprising a tube (1), and an aerosol generating component (2), a filter component (4) located within the tube (1) and arranged in sequence from a distal lip end to a proximal lip end;
the aerosol generating component (2) is an independent inner component and comprises a hollow cylinder body (51) and air-permeable sealing pieces (52) positioned at two ends of the cylinder body (51);
one of the cylinder (51) or the air-permeable sealing member (52) is made of a magnetic conductive material;
the cylinder body (51) is filled with aerosol generating materials which are smoking materials in the forms of particles, powder, filaments or cigarette paste.

An aerosol generating article according to claim 1, wherein the aerosol generating material further comprises a thermally conductive material selected from the group consisting of metal, stainless steel, ceramic, and graphene; the heat conducting material in the aerosol generating substrate is in the form of powder, particles, sheets, rings or springs.
3. An aerosol-generating article according to claim 1, in which a multifunctional component (3) is provided between the aerosol-generating component (2) and the filter component (4), the multifunctional component (3) being a support component carrying a material having cooling, fragrancing, harm-reducing, and position-limiting functions, or the multifunctional component (3) being a cavity reserved between the aerosol-generating component (2) and the filter component (4) and containing a material having cooling, fragrancing, harm-reducing, and position-limiting functions; the material with the functions of cooling, increasing aroma and reducing harm is selected from diatomite, fragrant particles, activated carbon, heat-conducting gel, a hydrated salt cooling material and a waxy material; the pipe fitting (1) is a tubular structure made of materials with certain hardness, and can also be a tubular structure formed by wrapping the aerosol generating component (2) and the filtering component (4) with paper.
4. An aerosol generating article according to claim 1, wherein the breathable closure member (52) is selected from a gas impermeable material having a first ventilation aperture (521) therein;
or the breathable closure (52) is selected from breathable materials with or without a first vent hole (521) thereon;
the first vent hole (521) penetrates the air-permeable sealing member (52) in the axial direction.

An aerosol generating article according to claim 1, wherein the material of the cartridge body (51) is selected from a paper material, a resinous material selected from PEEK, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene terephthalate or polylactic acid, an inorganic material selected from alumina, silicon carbide, silicon nitride or diatomaceous earth, a non-magnetic metallic material selected from aluminum or copper; the magnetic metal material is selected from iron or stainless steel.

An aerosol generating article according to claim 4, wherein the breathable material is selected from a paper material or an inorganic porous material selected from alumina, silicon carbide, silicon nitride or diatomaceous earth; the air impermeability material is selected from resin materials or magnetic metal materials, and the resin materials are selected from PEEK, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene terephthalate or polylactic acid; the magnetic metal material is selected from iron or stainless steel.
7. An aerosol generating article according to claim 1, wherein the breathable closure member (52) at least one end is a breathable closure plug in the form of a sealing cap which is removably attached to the cartridge body (51);
the breathable closure (52) comprises a closure cap (522) and a closure wall (523); the plug cap (522) is axially located between the upstream end and the downstream end of the plug wall (523).
8. An aerosol generating article according to claim 1, wherein when the breathable closure (52) is of a magnetically conductive material, the breathable closure (52) comprises a closure cap (524) and a heat conducting member (525);
the sealing cap (524) is located at the end of the upstream end of the aerosol generating component (2);
the upstream end of the heat-conducting component (525) is connected with the sealing cap (524), the downstream end of the heat-conducting component extends towards the inside of the aerosol generating component (2), and the heat-conducting component (525) is made of heat-conducting materials;
the sealing cap (524) is provided with a second vent hole (526), and the inner diameter of the second vent hole (526) is smaller than the outer diameter of the aerosol generating material in the aerosol generating component (2).

An aerosol generating article according to claim 1, wherein the upstream end of the heat conducting member (525) is disposed in the center of the cap (524); the heat conducting component (525) is needle-shaped or sheet-shaped; the heat conducting component (525) is a heat conducting material selected from metal, stainless steel, ceramic or graphene.
10. An aerosol generating article according to claim 1, wherein the heat-conducting member (525) further comprises a heat insulating member (527) at the connection of the upstream end thereof with the cap (524); the heat insulation component (527) is a heat insulation section material and is selected from a metal material or high temperature resistant plastic.
