1. the biogas system outside the pigsty performs fermentation treatment on excrement produced by pigs, the excrement fermentation can produce biogas, biogas slurry and biogas residues, the biogas can be used for providing energy for electricity (including lighting equipment, electric fans and other equipment needing electricity) for the pigsty, the biogas slurry can be purified by the aeration system under the aerobic condition and then used as plant spray water supply around the pigsty, and the biogas residues can be used as waste materials of the plants around the pigsty.
2. The plant shelf is provided with various plants, so that on one hand, the biogas system and the aeration system are shielded to prevent wind from blowing and sunshine or people from trampling on the biogas system and the aeration system to cause danger, and on the other hand, the pigs can see the plants outside through the transparent pigsty to grow in a garden type environment, so that fresh air and a beautiful environment are provided for the pigs.
3. The plants around the pigsty can provide a beautiful environment, purify air and digest biogas residues around the pigsty on one hand, and can also be used as raw materials of pigs on the other hand.
Detailed Description
An ecological pig raising system comprises a piggery with a grid (the grid number is less than or equal to 100 meshes) on the side surface, a biogas system communicated with the piggery outside the piggery and an aeration system communicated with the biogas system, plants are arranged around the piggery, plant racks are arranged on the biogas system and the aeration system, the biogas system arranged outside the piggery can ferment excrement produced by the pigs, the excrement can be fermented to produce biogas, biogas slurry and biogas residues, the biogas can be used for providing energy for electricity consumption (including lighting, electric fans and other equipment needing electricity consumption) of the piggery, the biogas slurry can be purified by the aeration system under aerobic condition and used for spraying and supplying water for plants around the piggery, the biogas residues can be used as fertilizers for the plants around the piggery, various plants are arranged on the plant racks, on one hand, the biogas system and the aeration system are shielded to avoid wind blowing and sun or prevent people from trampling on the biogas system, on the other hand, the pigs can see the outside plants through the pigsty of the grid, so that the pigs grow in a garden type environment, and fresh air and a beautiful environment are provided for the pigs.
Preferably, the pigsty is a suspended pigsty with support columns at the bottom, the suspended pigsty avoids the pigsty from forming a humid living environment after being in contact with the ground for a long time, healthy growth of pigs is facilitated, the bottom of the pigsty is communicated with a storage tank, the storage tank is communicated with a biogas system, excrement generated by the pigs at an irregular time is stored in the storage tank, and then the excrement is pumped to the biogas system for fermentation according to actual conditions.
In this embodiment, the biogas system includes a biogas pool under the ground and a biogas bag installed in the biogas pool, the biogas pool is built with bricks and has an opening at the top, and the biogas bag is partially exposed out of the ground.
Preferably, the biogas bag is provided with a feeding pipe for excrement to enter from the storage tank, a discharging pipe for the fermented biogas slurry to flow out, a residue discharging pipe for the fermented biogas residue to be discharged, and a biogas discharging pipe for the biogas to be discharged, wherein the excrement is subjected to anaerobic sealed fermentation in the biogas bag and then sequentially comprises biogas, biogas slurry and biogas residue from top to bottom, the biogas is output to power generation equipment through the gas discharging pipe to be used as power utilization equipment such as a piggery lighting fan after power generation, the generated biogas slurry enters the aeration system from the discharging pipe through the pump, and the biogas residue is sent to each plant through the residue discharging pipe to be fertilized.
Preferably, aeration systems includes at subaerial sedimentation tank and the aeration tank that communicates, and the sedimentation tank is connected with the discharging pipe, and the natural pond liquid that ferments out from the marsh gas bag deposits at the sedimentation tank earlier then gets into aeration tank, aeration tank and be equipped with the liquid outlet pipe that the liquid flows out after the aerator and the purification, carries out aerobic degradation through the aerator to the natural pond liquid in the aeration tank, reaches the effect of handling sewage.
