Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, a wall hanging assembly 1 according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a housing 100, one or more fasteners 200, a fixing plate 300 and one or more fixing members 400. The fixing plate 300 is fixedly disposed on the vertical wall surface 2, and the housing 100 is detachably coupled to the fixing plate 300 by coupling the locking member 200 and the fixing member 400, so as to be fixed to the wall surface 2. The housing 100 may be, but is not limited to, an outer shell of an electronic device.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the housing 100 has a front surface 110, a back surface 120 and an outer peripheral surface 130 connecting the front surface 110 and the back surface 120. The back 120 is provided with one or more slots 140. Each slot 140 extends in a mounting direction Y. The outer peripheral surface 130 is opened with a first fixing hole 131, and the first fixing hole 131 is communicated with the slot 140. The latch 200 is fixed to the back surface 120.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the fixing plate 300 has a wall-facing surface 310 and a mounting surface 320. The wall-hanging surface 310 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 312, and the plurality of protrusions 312 are used for screws, nails, or other fixing elements to pass through and be fixed on the wall surface 2, so that the fixing plate 300 is fixed on the wall surface 2 with the wall-hanging surface 310 facing the wall surface 2. In addition, by the separation of the convex hull 312, a gap exists between the wall-hanging surface 310 and the wall surface 2, and the non-wall-hanging surface 310 is tightly attached to the wall surface 2.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the fixing plate 300 further includes one or more fastening holes 330 and one or more lugs 340.
As shown in fig. 4 and fig. 5, the fastening hole 330 includes an opening portion 332 and a sliding groove portion 334, the opening portion 332 is used for the fastening element 200 to pass through from the mounting surface 320, so that the fastening element 200 slides into the sliding groove portion 334 and is fastened to the wall-facing surface 310.
As shown in fig. 1, 4 and 5, in the first embodiment, the locking member 200 includes a cylindrical portion 210 and a blocking portion 220. The column 210 is fixed to the back 120, and the stopping portion 220 is disposed on the column 210. The cylinder 210 slides in the sliding groove 334, the stopping portion 220 passes through the opening 332, and the stopping portion 220 stops the cylinder 210 from separating from the sliding groove 334 along a long axis of the cylinder 210. In one embodiment, the pillar portion 210 and the stopping portion 220 have circular cross-sections; the sectional area of the stopping portion 220 is smaller than the area of the opening portion 332, and the diameter of the stopping portion 220 is larger than the width of the sliding groove portion 334; the diameter of the cylindrical portion 210 is smaller than the width of the slide groove portion 334.
As shown in fig. 1, 6 and 7, the number of lugs 340 matches the number of slots 140, i.e., each lug 340 corresponds to one slot 140 configuration. The lug 340 extends perpendicularly from the mounting surface 320 for insertion into the slot 140. In the first embodiment, the mounting surface 320 further includes a horizontal extension 322 extending outward from the edge of the fixing plate 300, and the lug 340 is disposed on the horizontal extension 322. Further, the sliding groove portion 334 of the catching hole 330 extends in a direction parallel to the lug 340.
As shown in fig. 1, 6 and 7, the lug 340 has a second fixing hole 342. When the clip 200 is inserted through the mounting surface 320, the lugs 340 may be simultaneously inserted into the corresponding slots 140. When the housing 100 moves such that the locking element 200 is located at one end of the sliding groove 334, the projection of the first fixing hole 131 on the lug 340 overlaps the second fixing hole 342.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 7, the fixing member 400 is configured to penetrate the first fixing hole 131 and the second fixing hole 342 from the outer peripheral surface 130, so as to fix the lug 340 to the housing 100, such that the housing 100 cannot move up and down relative to the fixing plate 300. Therefore, the housing 100 can be prevented from moving upward and falling off due to collision. Meanwhile, the combination of the locking element 200 and the fixing element 400 can ensure that the back 120 of the housing 100 can be tightly attached to the mounting surface 320, thereby preventing the bottom edge of the housing 100 from being lifted up due to collision.
Since the lug 340 is inserted into the housing 100 from the back surface 120 of the housing 100, the fixing plate 300 is held between the housing 100 and the wall surface 2. Therefore, when the housing 100 is fixed to the back surface 120, the structure of the fixing plate 300 is not exposed and visible, which is beneficial to the appearance of the wall-hanging structure.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the relative positions of the lug 340 and the buttonhole 330 must match the clasp 200 and the slot 140. The relative positions between the lug 340 and the buttonhole 330 are configured to: when the latch 200 penetrates a center of the opening portion 332, the lug 340 can be inserted into the slot 140, and a distance is maintained between the lug 340 and an upper end point P1 and a lower end point P2 of the slot 140. In this way, the lug 340 can be smoothly inserted into the slot 140.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, after the lug 340 is inserted into the slot 140, the housing 100 must be able to move downward along the installation direction Y, so that the latch 200 can reach the end of the sliding groove portion 334. Therefore, the length from the center of the opening portion 332 to the end of the sliding groove portion 334 is greater than or equal to the spacing distance from the upper end point P1 to the lug 340. Therefore, before the latch 200 reaches the end of the sliding groove 334, the lug 340 does not touch the upper end point P1, so that the casing 100 cannot be hung by the latch 200.
In one or more embodiments of the present invention, the fixing member 400 is a screw, and the first fixing hole 131 and the second fixing hole 342 are a combination of a through hole and a screw hole. That is, only one of the first fixing hole 131 and the second fixing hole 342 needs to be a screw hole to lock the fixing member 400, and the fixing member 400 does not need to be locked to both the first fixing hole 131 and the second fixing hole 342.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in the first embodiment, the first fixing hole 131 is a screw hole, and the second fixing hole 342 is a through hole. In this configuration, the aperture of the second fixing hole 342 may be larger than that of the first fixing hole 131, that is, the aperture of the second fixing hole 342 may be larger than the outer diameter of the screw, so as to facilitate the front end of the fixing member 400 (screw) to penetrate. The fixing member 400 can be easily aligned with the second fixing hole 342 and inserted without requiring precise alignment. The fixing member 400 is inserted into the second fixing hole 342 after passing through the first fixing hole 131, so that the vertical displacement stroke of the housing 100 relative to the fixing plate 300 is limited, and the locking member 200 is not separated from the opening portion 332 of the locking hole 330.
The slight upward movement of the housing 100 is acceptable as long as the aperture size of the second fixing hole 342 is properly adjusted, so that the locking element 200 will not fall off from the sliding groove portion 334 into the opening portion 332. Under the above configuration, the aperture of the second fixing hole 342 needs to be smaller than the length of the sliding groove portion 334 of the fastening hole 330 in the installation direction Y, so as to prevent the fastening member 200 from entering the opening portion 332 from the sliding groove portion 334.
As shown in fig. 6 and 9, the first fixing hole 131 has a hole-expanding section 131a on the outer peripheral surface 130, such that a head end of the screw is received in the hole-expanding section 131a and does not protrude from the outer peripheral surface 130. As long as the enlarged hole section 131a is closed with the end plug 500, the outer circumferential surface 130 can be maintained flat without having a concave or convex structure.
As shown in fig. 10, another combination of the first fixing hole 131 and the second fixing hole 342 is configured such that the first fixing hole 131 is a screw hole and the second fixing hole 342 is a slotted hole. The elongated slot extends parallel to the slot 140. The long slot hole as the second fixing hole 342 also facilitates the fixture 400 to be easily aligned with the second fixing hole 342. Similarly, to prevent the housing 100 from falling off after moving upward slightly, the length of the slot in the mounting direction Y is smaller than the length of the sliding slot 334 of the fastening hole 330 in the mounting direction Y.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, a wall hanging structure according to a second embodiment of the present invention includes a housing 100, one or more locking members 200, a fixing plate 300, and one or more fixing members 400.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, in the second embodiment, the lug 340 further includes a hook 344 for hooking to an inner wall of the housing 100. The hook 344 may be aligned with the fixing member 400 and penetrate into the second fixing hole 342 before the fixing member 400 is combined with the housing 100, so as to fix the housing 100 in the horizontal direction and prevent the bottom edge of the housing 100 from lifting.
As shown in fig. 13 and 14, a wall hanging structure is disclosed in a third embodiment of the present invention. In the present invention, the number of the locking members 200, the locking holes 330, the lugs 340 and the slots 140 can be varied. In fact, only one locking element 200, one locking hole 330, one lug 340 and one slot 140 are disposed to achieve the effect of fixing the housing 100 on the fixing plate 300.
Fig. 15 shows a wall hanging structure according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. In the present invention, the positions of the lug 340 and the slot 140 in the installation direction Y are variable. The position of the lug 340 is not limited to the bottom of the side edge of the fixing plate 300, and may be located at the middle or top. As long as the slot 140 is close to the outer circumferential surface 130 of the housing 100 when correspondingly disposed, it is advantageous for the first fixing hole 131 to communicate with the slot 140.
The present invention provides additional fixing beyond the self-weight of the housing 100 (electronic device) by the configuration of the slot 140 and the lug 340, so as to effectively avoid the housing 100 (electronic device) from falling off or lifting up due to collision. Meanwhile, the invention can hide the structure of the fixing plate 300, so that the fixing plate 300 is effectively shielded by the shell 100 and is not exposed, which is beneficial to improving the beauty of the wall hanging assembly 1.
