The invention discloses a novel industrial fan driving motor which comprises a connecting sleeve, a first bearing, a connecting plate, an upper end cover, an inner baffle, a motor shell, a stator, a rotor, a lower end cover, a rotor shaft, a second bearing and a protection plate. The invention has the following advantages: the rotor shaft assembly of the motor is fixed, the upper end cover, the lower end cover and the motor shell are protected secondarily, and the safety performance of the whole machine is improved.

The first bolt 1 is used for fixing the connecting plate 6 on the upper end cover 7, the second bolt 2 is used for fixedly connecting the inner baffle 9 with the connecting plate 6 and locking the inner baffle 9, and the inner baffle 9 is installed at the upper end of the rotor shaft 15 and is arranged close to the first bearing 5 so as to be used for axially positioning the first bearing 5.
The first retainer ring 3 and the second retainer ring 19 are respectively arranged at two ends of an inner ring of the first bearing 5, and the first bearing 5 is positioned and fixed through the first retainer ring 3 and the second retainer ring 9.
One end of the connecting sleeve 4 is fixedly connected with the connecting plate 6, and specifically, the connecting sleeve 4 is welded and fixed on the connecting plate 6. The first bearing 5 is installed in the upper end of the rotor shaft 15, the second bearing 17 is installed in the middle of the rotor shaft 15 and is arranged at intervals with the first bearing 5, the rotor shaft 15 is rotatably connected with the upper end cover 7 through the first bearing 5, the rotor shaft 15 is rotatably connected with the lower end cover 13 through the second bearing 17, one end of the upper end cover 7, far away from the rotor shaft 15, and one end of the lower end cover 13, far away from the rotor shaft 15, are connected through the motor casing 10, specifically, the motor lower end cover 13, the upper end cover 7 and the search motor casing 10 are connected through a seam allowance in a positioning mode, the upper end cover 7 is connected with the motor casing 10 through a first connecting bolt 24, and the lower end cover 13 is connected with the motor casing 10 through a second connecting bolt 25. The rotor 12 is mounted on the rotor shaft 15 between the first bearing 5 and the second bearing 17, and the stator 11 is mounted inside the motor case 10 and disposed opposite to the rotor 12. The connecting plate 6 is mounted on the surface of the side of the upper end cover 7 far away from the lower end cover 13, and the protection plate 21 is mounted on the side of the connecting plate 6 far away from the upper end cover 7. The upper end cover 7, the lower end cover 13 and the motor casing 10 are connected in series through a screw 22 and locked by a second nut 20, and the screw 22 passes through the protection plate 21 and is locked by a first nut 8. The shielding plate 21 is supported on the first bolt 1 and the second bolt 2. Therefore, the motor is secondarily protected even if the lower end cover 13, the motor casing 10, the upper end cover 7 and the like fail.
And a sealing ring 16 is arranged between the lower end cover 13 and the rotor shaft 15, so that the sealing and dust-proof effects are achieved.
The lower protection plate 23 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the lower end cover 13, and the protection plate 21 and the lower protection plate 23 are used for performing clamping protection on the motor to perform double protection on the motor.
Compared with the related art, the novel industrial fan driving motor device provided by the invention has the following advantages: the rotor shaft assembly of the motor is fixed, the upper end cover, the lower end cover and the motor shell are protected secondarily, and the safety performance of the whole machine is improved.
