5. The heat storage type waste heat recovery device according to claim 4, wherein: heat exchange fins (27) are arranged outside the heat exchange spiral pipe (18), a plurality of heat exchange fins (27) are arranged, and the heat exchange fins (27) are distributed in sequence.
