Abstract

本发明公开了一种静压轴承供油***,包括在轴瓦上放置温度传感器,所述温度传感器与电磁阀相连,所述电磁阀设置在润滑油流量通道上,所述润滑油流量通道一端与泵相连,另一端连接在进油孔上,所述进油孔设置在油腔上,所述泵将储油箱中的润滑液抽入轴承中。本发明能够自动控制并且可以准确测量流量,该装置***结构简单,操作方便,达到了降低劳动强度,提高生产效率的目的。

本发明涉及轴承润滑供油技术领域,具体涉及一种静压轴承供油***。
背景技术
静压轴承,滑动轴承的一种,是利用压力泵将压力润滑剂强行泵入轴承和轴之间的微小间隙的滑动轴承。目前在工业使用中轴承润滑采用的方法存在污染油、浪费油和操作繁琐等不足。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种静压轴承供油***,能够自动控制并且可以准确测量流量,该装置***结构简单,操作方便,达到了降低劳动强度,提高生产效率的目的。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种静压轴承供油***,包括在轴瓦4上放置温度传感器9,所述温度传感器9与电磁阀5相连,所述电磁阀5设置在润滑油流量通道上,所述润滑油流量通道一端与泵6相连,另一端连接在进油孔2上,所述进油孔2设置在油腔1上,所述泵6将储油箱7中的润滑液抽入轴承中。
所述温度传感器9为四个。
所述温度传感器9用于测量轴承中油温和瓦温,所测得的温度传入电磁阀5中。
所述储油箱7内部设置有过滤器8,过滤器8用于过滤储油箱7中的润滑液的杂质。
所述节流器3设置在进油孔2与电磁阀5之间
本发明的有益效果:
本发明省油,操作方便,节省人力,能提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1所示:将原来的普通控制阀换为电磁阀5,并在轴瓦4中放置四个温度传感器9用来测量轴承中油温和瓦温,所测得的温度传入电磁阀5中,电磁阀5会根据所收到的信息和轴瓦4温度、润滑油温度流量三者之间的关系控制进油量。起到省油,操作方便的作用。
本发明的工作原理:
开始使用时,开启所有开关,泵6将润滑液抽入轴承中,运行一段时间后,轴承会出现温度过高的现象,温度传感器9检测到温度过高,会将信息传输到电磁阀5中,然后电磁阀5会根据温度与润滑油流量的关系合理扩张或缩小通道。详细的讲就是,轴瓦4温度、润滑油温度和流量会有一个关系,然后温度升高,温度传感器9测取温度后,将信息传输给电磁阀5,电磁阀5会根据这个关系将流量调大。反之,当温度降低时,电磁阀5会流量调小,达到省油的作用。

Claims (4)

1.一种静压轴承供油***,其特征在于,包括在轴瓦(4)上放置温度传感器(9),所述温度传感器(9)与电磁阀(5)相连,所述电磁阀(5)设置在润滑油流量通道上,所述润滑油流量通道一端与泵(6)相连,另一端连接在进油孔(2)上,所述进油孔(2)设置在油腔(1)上,所述泵(6)将储油箱(7)中的润滑液抽入轴承中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种静压轴承供油***,其特征在于,所述温度传感器(9)为四个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种静压轴承供油***,其特征在于,所述温度传感器(9)用于测量轴承中油温和瓦温,所测得的温度传入电磁阀(5)中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种静压轴承供油***,其特征在于,所述储油箱(7)内部设置有过滤器(8),过滤器(8)用于过滤储油箱(7)中的润滑液的杂质。
