The pile-anchor support is a deep foundation pit support often adopted at present, however, in actual foundation pit support engineering, certain limiting conditions often exist, and anchor rods or anchor cables cannot be implemented. For example, the adjacent areas of the foundation pit have existing or to-be-built underground buildings, subways, underground barriers and the like, the anchor rods or the anchor cables are poor in implementation effect or large in implementation difficulty and risk, and more local regulations do not allow the anchor rods or the anchor cables to exceed the red line of the ground.

In the case of using the occlusive pile, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the elevation of the pile top of the jet grouting pile, the mixing pile, the plain concrete pile and the like occluded with the cast-in-place pile can be lower than the elevation of the pile top of the cast-in-place pile, and the elevation of the pile bottom of the jet grouting pile, the mixing pile, the plain concrete pile and the like can also be higher than the elevation of the pile bottom of the cast-in-place pile, so that materials are saved, and the supporting capability of a supporting structure cannot be obviously reduced. The thickness of the continuous wall or the diameter of the cast-in-place pile can be 400-2500mm, and the concrete strength grade is not less than C25. The inner pile wall 2 may be post-grouted if desired.
In this embodiment, the rigid ribbed wall 3 is a reinforced concrete underground continuous wall or a plain concrete underground continuous wall. As a modification, a form of a reinforced concrete interlocking pile, a plain concrete interlocking pile, a cast-in-place pile and plain concrete pile interlocking pile, a cast-in-place pile and jet grouting pile interlocking pile, a plain concrete pile and jet grouting pile interlocking pile, or the like may be used. Both of these embodiments ensure the rigidity of the rib wall and the rigid connection to the pile wall. The rigid ribbed wall 3 adopts a reinforced concrete cast-in-place pile member or a plain concrete pile member, the diameter of the rigid ribbed wall is 400-1500mm, and the concrete strength grade is not less than C5; if the reinforced concrete underground continuous wall or plain concrete underground continuous wall component is adopted, the width is 400-1500mm, and the concrete strength grade is not less than C5.
As shown in fig. 3, the rigid rib wall 3 extends a certain width toward the inside of the inner pile wall 2, if necessary. Such extension may significantly increase the lateral bending stiffness and rollover resistance of the supporting structure. In this case, the extended portion should avoid the position of the columns and beams of the building and the engineering piles.
The top longitudinal beams 4 and the top cross beams 5 are usually made of reinforced concrete members, and the strength grade of the concrete is not less than C25.
As shown in fig. 10, one or more inner longitudinal beams 6 are preferably provided between or inside the inner pile walls 2, the inner longitudinal beams 6 are reinforced concrete members or steel members, and the inner longitudinal beams 6 may occupy the entire thickness or a part of the thickness of the inner pile walls. The inner stringers 6 enhance the overall force-bearing properties of the cast-in-place pile and are particularly useful in embodiments employing cast-in-place piles.
In the case where the supporting construction body is lower than the ground, a top supporting member may be further provided on the top of the supporting construction body. Fig. 11 shows several embodiments of the top support member, fig. 11a the top support member being a cantilever part of the outer pile wall 1 or the inner pile wall 2, fig. 11b being in the form of a soil nailing wall 7, fig. 11c being in the form of a sampling slope protection surface 71, and fig. 11d being a retaining wall 72. Besides, the concrete can also be a retaining pile or a retaining wall.
Optionally, a plate or a beam plate is arranged at the top of the rigid rib wall type pile wall foundation pit supporting structure to form a construction road or a construction operation surface.
In order to construct the rigid rib wall type pile wall foundation pit supporting structure, the construction method can comprise the following construction steps:
1) constructing an outer pile wall 1, an inner pile wall 2 and a rigid rib wall 3 on the ground surface;
2) constructing a top longitudinal beam 4 and a top cross beam 5;
