A split type disc sludge dryer comprises a split type shell, a split type hollow shaft system, a driving device system, a heating and heat-preserving system and a discharging device, wherein the split type shell is fixedly installed with a foundation; the split hollow shaft system and the heating and heat-insulating system are arranged in the split shell; the driving device system is arranged on the driving side of the split type shell and is connected with the hollow main shaft of the split type hollow shaft system to drive the hollow main shaft to rotate; the other side of the split type shell is a steam inlet side, and the discharging device is arranged on the split type shell close to the steam inlet side; the method is characterized in that: the split hollow shaft system comprises a hollow main shaft, a plurality of detachable discs, a siphon elbow and a rotary joint; the hollow main shaft is internally provided with a cavity structure and rotatably and transversely penetrates through the split type shell, and guide pipes for steam and condensed water to enter and exit the cavity of the disc are distributed on the hollow main shaft; the discs are detachably arranged on the hollow main shaft at equal intervals, and the cavities of the discs are communicated with the hollow main shaft; the siphon elbow is arranged on the steam inlet side and is used for steam inlet and condensate water discharge; the siphon elbow is connected with the rotary joint, and the other end of the rotary joint extends into the hollow main shaft.

The split disc sludge dryer of claim 1, wherein: the disc includes middle disc and side disc, middle disc is installed in the middle of the hollow main shaft, the side disc is installed from hollow main shaft both ends toward the centre in proper order, can dismantle through connecting screw between disc and the hollow main shaft and be connected.

The split disc sludge dryer of claim 1, wherein: the disc comprises 2 discs, the outer ends of the two discs are connected in a welded mode, the inner side faces of the two discs are connected and reinforced in a welded mode through pin shafts, the inner ends of the two discs are connected with the disc core to form a disc cavity, a water guide hole communicated with the guide pipe is formed in the disc core, a water guide plate for guiding condensed water to enter the water guide hole is arranged inside the disc cavity, and a plurality of feather root pieces are uniformly distributed on the top of each disc.

The split disc sludge dryer of claim 3, wherein: the inner ring of the disk core is provided with first key grooves which are symmetrically arranged at 180 degrees, second key grooves are arranged on the hollow main shaft corresponding to the first key grooves, and the first key grooves and the second key grooves are circumferentially fixed through flat keys.
5. The split disc sludge dryer of claim 4, wherein: the disc core of the disc is provided with a sealing groove, a sealing ring for sealing is arranged between the sealing grooves of the adjacent discs, and a sealing space is formed by disc extrusion.
6. The split disc sludge dryer of claim 1, wherein: the two discs on the outermost side are provided with end retainer rings on the outer sides, and the end retainer rings are provided with mud scraping rod seats used for installing discharging mud scraping rods.

The split disc sludge dryer of claim 1, wherein: the split type shell comprises an upper shell and a lower shell, and the upper shell and the lower shell are detachably connected through bolts; the upper shell is provided with a feed inlet, a dust removal air port, an air supplementing port and an access hole, a scraper base is arranged inside the upper shell, and a scraper for scraping sludge is mounted on the scraper base; the lower shell comprises a plurality of installation bases, two sides of the installation bases are respectively provided with a shaft end box body, an end cover and a shaft end bearing installation seat, the shaft end bearing installation seat is connected with a bearing with a seat, and the two ends of the hollow main shaft are respectively connected with the corresponding bearing with the seat after being penetrated out from the corresponding end covers.
8. The split disc sludge dryer of claim 7, wherein: and the shaft end box body and the end cover form a sealing groove for mounting a packing sealing ring.

The split disc sludge dryer of claim 1, wherein: the discharging device comprises a discharging door, a movable door plate, a rotating shaft, a connecting rod, an electric push rod and a maintenance hole cover which are welded on the lower shell; the movable door plate is connected with the rotating shaft through a pin shaft; the rotating shaft is fixed on the discharging door through a bearing seat, and the connecting rod is connected with the rotating shaft and the electric push rod respectively.

The split disc sludge dryer of claim 1, wherein: the driving device system comprises a base, wherein a motor and a speed reducer are arranged on the base, the motor is connected with a small chain wheel through the speed reducer, the small chain wheel is rotationally connected with a large chain wheel through a roller chain, and the large chain wheel is in linkage connection with a hollow main shaft driven by the large chain wheel; and the small chain wheel, the roller chain and the large chain wheel are provided with protective covers.
