Description

Automatic in-vehicle seat splicing bed forming system, control method and automobile
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of automobile manufacturing, in particular to an automatic splicing bed forming system for seats in an automobile, a control method and an automobile.
Background
As shown in fig. 1, the seat adjustment methods on the market at present include eight-direction electric adjustment of the seat (the seat is forward, the seat is backward, the seat front is raised, the seat front is lowered, the seat rear is raised, the seat rear is lowered, the backrest is forward tilted, the backrest is backward tilted), four-direction electric adjustment of the waist support (the waist support is upward, the waist support is downward, the waist support is ejected, and the waist support is retracted), and lifting and lowering of the leg support. The seat control system mainly comprises a motor, a seat position sensor, an ECU and a man-machine interaction interface (keys or virtual keys arranged on a central control screen). The control system takes the ECU as a core to be connected with each component and controls the adjustment of the seat position.
The seat memory function can be realized on the basis of the electric seat, the seat control unit can memorize and store the seat position information, when the vehicle has a plurality of common drivers, such as couples, employers, drivers and the like, the seat memory can lead the seat position to be in place in one step when the driver is replaced, and the process of repeated adjustment is omitted.
After the user adjusts to a comfortable driving position, the current position can be stored through the keys or the central control screen, the central control screen button is pressed when the user uses the automobile next time, the ECU sends out control signals (front rising, front falling, rear rising, rear falling, forward sliding, backward sliding, chair back angle increasing, chair back angle decreasing, waist support upward, waist support downward, waist support forward and waist support backward), the motor is controlled to work, a set position is reached, and the seat is restored to the position for storing and memorizing through one key. The control principle is shown in fig. 2.
Reading books in volume for ten thousand miles, along with the development of economy and the improvement of living standard, people increasingly pursue the mental satisfaction brought by travel, and one vehicle can be a vehicle for travel and also can be a bed for lying down to rest after fatigue. The vehicle is a mobile home, can lie down for full rest when tired, can rest in nature when camping, and can go to sleep when looking at stars and the moon, so that true physical and mental liberation is realized. At this time, it is necessary that the seats in the vehicle can be combined into one bed. At present, the market does not have an application of splicing the seats into the bed by one command.
