Background
On one hand, the annular part is thin and large in diameter, so that the annular part cannot be directly clamped on a machining center to complete milling of the arc-shaped sample, and a special clamp needs to be designed to fix the thin-wall annular part to complete machining of the arc-shaped sample.
On the other hand, when processing, the ring-shaped part is usually drilled or milled by a clamping mode of pressing by a pressing plate.
The clamping mode for processing the ring-shaped part has the following defects:
(1) the center of the ring-shaped part needs to be marked before clamping, and an error exists when the center is aligned. And the center needs to be aligned once every time the clamp is clamped, so that the machining efficiency is low.
