The storage box 9 is internally provided with a biological enzyme extracting solution, the water pump 10 pumps the biological enzyme extracting solution out to spray the atomized biological enzyme extracting solution through the plurality of atomizing nozzles 32, and the biological enzyme decomposes formaldehyde to generate carbon dioxide and water, so that the air purifying effect is achieved, the peculiar smell is eliminated, and the biological enzyme extracting solution is nontoxic. The first protection net 20 and the second protection net 21 play a role of protection to prevent the laths from being burnt in contact with the heating wire 22.

- The formaldehyde treatment equipment for the LVL batten production workshop is characterized by comprising a workshop (1) and a plurality of ozone release devices (2) arranged on the roof of the workshop (1), wherein a plurality of first ventilating fans (14) are arranged on one side wall of the workshop (1), a plurality of second ventilating fans (15) are arranged on the other side wall of the workshop (1), a volatilization promoting device (16) is arranged in the workshop (1), the volatilization promoting device (16) comprises a supporting frame (19) and a first ozone generator (23) arranged below the supporting frame (19), a mounting groove is formed in the supporting frame (19), a first protective net (20) and a second protective net (21) are sequentially paved in the mounting groove from top to bottom, and heating wires (22) are arranged between the first protective net (20) and the second protective net (21), promote the outside of volatilizing device (16) to cover has cover (17), the top of cover (17) be equipped with connecting pipe (18) of the inside intercommunication of cover (17), the other end movable mounting of connecting pipe (18) has first ventilating fan (14), the shed roof of workshop (1) is equipped with gas-supply pipe (4), the upper end of gas-supply pipe (4) is passed workshop (1) is connected with blast pipe (5), the lower extreme of gas-supply pipe (4) is connected with odour removal device (3), the inside of odour removal device (3) is equipped with a plurality of suction fan (7) and exhaust fan (8), the bottom of odour removal device (3) is equipped with atomizer (13).

The formaldehyde treatment equipment for the LVL slat production plant according to claim 1, wherein the ozone releasing equipment (2) comprises a second ozone generator (28) and a first gas transmission frame (29) connected to the output end of the second ozone generator (28), and a plurality of gas transmission holes (30) are formed in the bottom of the first gas transmission frame (29).
- 3. The formaldehyde treatment plant of an LVL slat production plant according to claim 1, characterized in that said hood (17) comprises a fixed plate (24) mounted on a side wall of said plant (1), said fixed plate (24) being located above said evaporation promotion means (16).
- 4. The formaldehyde treatment plant for an LVL slat production plant according to claim 3, wherein the bottom of said fixed plate (24) is hinged by hinges (26) to a plurality of movable plates (25).
- 5. The formaldehyde treatment equipment for the LVL batten production workshop according to claim 3, wherein a plurality of connecting holes (27) are formed in the fixing plate (24), and the lower ends of the connecting pipes (18) are inserted into the connecting holes (27).
- 6. The formaldehyde treatment plant for an LVL slat production plant according to claim 1, characterized in that the inside of said exhaust duct (5) is provided with a filter element (6).
- 7. The formaldehyde treatment equipment for the LVL batten production plant according to claim 1, wherein a mounting net for fixing the positions of the air suction fan (7) and the exhaust fan (8) is arranged inside the odor removal device (3).
- 8. The formaldehyde treatment equipment for the LVL batten production plant according to claim 1, wherein a storage tank (9) is arranged inside the plant (1), and a water pump (10) is arranged on the storage tank (9).

The LVL slat production plant formaldehyde treatment plant according to claim 8, characterized in that the inlet of the water pump (10) is connected to the storage tank (9) via a first liquid line (11), and the outlet of the water pump (10) is connected to the spraying device (13) via a second liquid line (12).
- 10. The formaldehyde treatment plant for an LVL slat production plant according to claim 9, wherein said spraying means (13) comprise a second gas-conveying frame (31) and a plurality of spraying nozzles (32) opening at the bottom of said second gas-conveying frame (31).
