In order to further optimize the technical scheme, a plurality of guide wheels 6 capable of rotating are uniformly arranged on two sides of the conveying rack of each conveying line, and two layers of the guide wheels 6 are in rolling contact with the side surfaces of the cold chain packing boxes.
A method of using a cold chain sterilization transport system comprising the steps of:
(1) the cold chain packing boxes are horizontally placed on the conveying rollers of the feeding section, the cold chain packing boxes enter the conveying rollers of the material distribution section from the conveying rollers of the feeding section under the driving of the first motor, and the cold chain packing boxes entering the material distribution section are separated from the following cold chain packing boxes because the rotating speed of the second motor is greater than that of the first motor, so that the first moving mechanism can conveniently process the cold chain packing boxes one by one;
(2) the cold chain packing box enters the tail end of the material distribution section, a workpiece in-place detection switch of the first traveling mechanism sends a signal, the push head pushes the cold chain packing box to enter a second conveying line, the cold chain packing box (with the conveying direction of the second conveying line as the front part) is driven by the conveying roller to finish the left side surface disinfection through the first irradiator, and then the cold chain packing box runs through the upper irradiator to finish the disinfection of the top surface;
(3) the cold chain packing box is deflected to the other side through the inclined roller of the first deflection mechanism, the inclination angle of the inclined roller is determined according to the size of the cold chain packing box, then the bottom surface sterilization is finished through the lower irradiator under the driving of the conveying roller, and the right side surface sterilization is finished through the second irradiator;
(4) the cold chain packing box enters the tail end of the second conveying line, a workpiece in-place detection switch of the second traveling mechanism sends a signal, the pushing head pushes the cold chain packing box to enter a third conveying line, and the front part is sterilized through a third irradiator;
(5) the cold chain packing box is shifted to the other side through the inclined roller of the second shifting mechanism, and the sterilization at the back is finished under the action of a fourth irradiator;
(6) and the cold chain packing boxes which are sterilized in six sides fall onto the conveying belt of the belt conveying mechanism from the tail end of the third conveying line, and are loaded and conveyed away.
The invention uses PLC as the direct control level of the control system, uses the touch screen as a human-computer interaction interface, sets parameters such as irradiation speed, horizontal pushing speed of the moving machine and the like, automatically realizes six-side sterilization treatment of the cold chain packing box, has obvious treatment effect, saves manpower, only acts on external packing in the irradiation sterilization process, does not influence articles in the packing, and can send an instruction through the PLC when a certain device breaks down, so that the transmission system is immediately stopped.

Claims (10)

1. A cold chain disinfection and sterilization transmission system comprises a plurality of transmission lines and a controller, wherein the plurality of transmission lines are connected with the controller, and the cold chain disinfection and sterilization transmission system is characterized in that the plurality of transmission lines comprise:
the conveying device comprises a first conveying line (1), wherein the first conveying line (1) comprises a feeding section and a distributing section, the conveying speed of the distributing section is higher than that of the feeding section, and a first moving mechanism (11) is arranged at the tail end of the distributing section and used for switching the conveying direction of the cold chain packing box;
the second conveying line (2) is perpendicular to the material distribution section, the starting end of the second conveying line (2) corresponds to the first moving mechanism, a first deviation mechanism (21) which enables the cold chain packing box to be close to the other side from one side is arranged in the middle of the second conveying line (2), one end of the first deviation mechanism (21) is provided with a first irradiator (101) and an upper irradiator (201), the other end of the first deviation mechanism is provided with a second irradiator (102) and a lower irradiator (202), the first irradiator (101) and the second irradiator (102) are respectively located on two sides of the second conveying line (2) and used for disinfecting two opposite side faces of the cold chain packing box, and the upper irradiator (201) and the lower irradiator (202) are located right above and right below the second conveying line (2) and used for disinfecting the top face and the bottom face of the cold chain packing box;
the second moving mechanism (22) is arranged at the tail end of the second conveying line (2) and used for switching the conveying direction of the cold chain packing boxes;
the starting end of the third conveying line (3) is vertically connected with the tail end of the second conveying line (2) and corresponds to the second moving mechanism (22); be provided with second skew mechanism (31) in third transfer chain (3), the both ends of second skew mechanism (31) are provided with third irradiator (103) and fourth irradiator (104) respectively, third irradiator (103) and fourth irradiator (104) are located respectively the both sides of third transfer chain (3).
2. The cold chain sterilization and conveying system according to claim 1, wherein each of the first conveying line (1), the second conveying line (2) and the third conveying line (3) comprises a conveying frame, a plurality of conveying rollers and a motor, the plurality of conveying rollers are rotatably mounted on the conveying frame at equal intervals, the conveying rollers are linked through chains and chain wheels, the motor is electrically connected with the controller, and a rotating shaft of the motor is fixedly connected with any one of the conveying rollers.
3. The cold chain sterilization and transfer system of claim 1, further comprising a belt conveyor (4), wherein the belt conveyor (4) comprises a conveyor belt and a motor, and one end of the conveyor belt is vertically connected with the end of the conveyor frame of the third conveyor line (3).

The cold chain sterilization transport system of claim 1, wherein said first offset mechanism (21) is identical to said second offset mechanism (31) and comprises a drive motor and a plurality of equidistantly disposed tilt rollers, said drive motor being electrically connected to said controller.

A cold chain sterilization conveyor system according to claim 1, wherein the conveyor rolls in the feeding section are driven by a first motor (12), and the conveyor rolls in the distribution section are driven by a second motor (13), the second motor (13) having a higher rotational speed than the first motor (12).

The cold chain disinfection and sterilization conveying system of claim 1, wherein the first traveling mechanism (11) and the second traveling mechanism (22) are identical in structure and comprise a servo motor (111), a traveling machine frame, a driving chain wheel (112), a driven chain wheel, a chain (113), a push head (114), a push head positioning switch (115) and a workpiece in-position detection switch (116);
the machine frame of the moving machine comprises a driving chain wheel shaft and a driven chain wheel shaft (117) which are parallel to the first conveying line (1), the driving chain wheel shaft and the driven chain wheel shaft (117) are respectively fixed on the conveying frame, the servo motor (111) is electrically connected with the controller, a driving shaft of the servo motor is fixedly connected with the driving chain wheel shaft, and the driving chain wheels (112) are in one-to-one correspondence with the driven chain wheels and are in transmission connection through chains (113); chain (113) set up adjacent two between the conveying roller, the equipartition has two pushing heads (114) on chain (113), pushing head (114) are the cylinder structure, work piece detection switch (116) that targets in place sets up branch material section terminal tip, and with the controller electricity is connected, pushing head positioning switch (115) set up driven sprocket's the outside, and with the controller electricity is connected for make another pushing head (114) stop in driven sprocket department after pushing away the cold chain packing box.

The cold chain disinfection and sterilization conveying system of claim 6, wherein three driving chain wheels (112) and three driven connections are provided, the push head positioning switch (115) is provided between two adjacent driven chain wheels, and the two push head positioning switches (115) are electrically connected with the controller.

The cold chain disinfection and sterilization conveying system according to claim 6, wherein the first moving mechanism (11) further comprises a chain tensioning device (5), the chain tensioning device (5) comprises a fixed seat (51), bearings (52), a screw (53), a guide sleeve (54) and an adjusting nut (55), the fixed seat (51) is fixedly installed on the conveying frame, the driven sprocket shaft (117) is rotatably installed in the middle of the fixed seat (51), the two bearings (52) are slidably connected on two side walls of the fixed seat (51), two ends of the driven sprocket shaft (117) are respectively arranged in the two bearings (52), the guide sleeve (54) is fixedly connected at the front end of the side wall of the fixed seat (51), the screw (53) is horizontally inserted in the guide sleeve (54), and one end of the screw is connected with the bearings (52), the other end of the adjusting rod is in threaded connection with the adjusting nut (55), and the adjusting nut (55) is located on the outer side of the guide sleeve (54) and is abutted to the guide sleeve (54).

The cold chain sterilization and transportation system according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of rotatable guide wheels (6) are arranged on two sides of the conveyor frame of each conveyor line, and two layers of the guide wheels (6) are in rolling contact with the side surfaces of the cold chain packing boxes.
10. A method of using a cold chain sterilization transport system, using a cold chain sterilization transport system as claimed in any of claims 1-9, comprising the steps of:
(1) the cold chain packing boxes are horizontally placed on the conveying rollers of the feeding section, the cold chain packing boxes enter the conveying rollers of the material distribution section from the conveying rollers of the feeding section under the driving of the first motor, and the cold chain packing boxes entering the material distribution section are separated from the following cold chain packing boxes because the rotating speed of the second motor is greater than that of the first motor, so that the first moving mechanism can conveniently process the cold chain packing boxes one by one;
(2) the cold chain packing box enters the tail end of the material distribution section, a detection switch of the first traveling mechanism sends a signal, a pushing head pushes the cold chain packing box to enter a second conveying line, the cold chain packing box is driven by a conveying roller to finish the left side surface disinfection through a first irradiator, and then the cold chain packing box runs through an upper irradiator to finish the top surface disinfection;
(3) the cold chain packing box is deviated to the other side through the inclined roller, the inclination angle of the inclined roller is determined according to the size of the cold chain packing box, then the bottom surface sterilization is finished through the lower irradiator under the driving of the conveying roller, and the right side surface sterilization is finished through the second irradiator;
(4) the cold chain packing box enters the tail end of the second conveying line, a detection switch of the second traveling mechanism sends a signal, the pushing head pushes the cold chain packing box to enter a third conveying line, and the front part is disinfected through a third irradiator;
(5) the cold chain packing box is deflected to the other side through an inclined roller of a third conveying line, and the sterilization is finished under the action of a fourth irradiator;
(6) and the cold chain packing boxes which are sterilized in six sides fall onto the conveying belt of the belt conveying mechanism from the tail end of the third conveying line, and are loaded and conveyed away.
