Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present invention and in the drawings described above are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the invention described herein are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
As shown in fig. 1, the cooking process of the conventional cooking appliance is as follows: the whole machine is electrified, and cooking is started according to the selected cooking menu; heating by using power P1, and continuously detecting an opening stop lever signal by the cooking appliance to judge whether the cooking appliance is pressed upwards; after the upper pressure is judged, the pressure limiting valve is pushed by the point push electromagnetic valve to perform cold air exhausting operation; judging whether the cold air is completely discharged or not by detecting the temperature of the top; after the cold air is exhausted, heating to a pressure maintaining stage by using the power of P2; and after entering the pressure maintaining stage, maintaining the pressure of the whole machine by using the power of P3 until the pressure maintaining time is finished.
Therefore, the existing cooking control method needs to perform cold air exhaust operation no matter high-pressure cooking or low-pressure cooking, and the cold air exhaust operation needs much time, directly influences the whole cooking time, and cannot achieve the effect of quick cooking.
In order to solve the above problems, the present application provides the following embodiments:
in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a cooking control method, it should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowchart of the drawings may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and that while a logical order is illustrated in the flowchart, in some cases the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than here.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a cooking control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the method including the steps of:
step S202, controlling the cooking appliance to heat according to first power;
the cooking appliance in the above steps may be a device capable of cooking under high pressure, for example, an electric pressure cooker, and the electric pressure cooker may be heated by a heating plate, an electromagnet, or the like, which is not specifically limited in the present invention. The first power may be a power set for all cooking functions or a power set for each cooking function, and the power may be larger in order to shorten the cooking time.
Step S204, after receiving the pressing signal, determining whether the set parameters of the cooking appliance meet the fast cooking condition, wherein the set parameters include at least one of the following: setting time, setting pressure and setting power;
the pressing signal of the above step may be a signal generated after the detecting device detects that the cooking appliance is pressed, for example, the detecting device may be a reed switch, and after the pressing, the opening stop rod moves upwards, and at this time, the reed switch is turned on, and the pressing signal may be output.
The setting parameters in the above steps may be cooking parameters set by a user before the cooking appliance starts cooking, and specifically include: set time, set pressure and set power. After the user selects the cooking menu, the default parameters corresponding to the cooking menu may be adjusted, at this time, if the user is not adjusted, the setting parameters may be the default parameters, and if the user is adjusted, the setting parameters may be the parameters adjusted by the user.
It should be noted that, when a user needs to cook quickly, a certain parameter is often set individually, for example, a higher cooking pressure is set, or a shorter cooking time is set, or a larger cooking power is set, and a plurality of parameters may also be set, for example, a higher cooking pressure and a shorter cooking time are set.
Based on the characteristics of the pressure limiting valve, the pressure limiting valve can limit the pressure in the cooker, when the pressure in the cooker is greater than the pressure limited by the pressure limiting valve, the pressure limiting valve can be jacked up by the gas in the cooker, and the gas is discharged from the exhaust hole, so that the purpose of discharging cold gas is achieved. On the basis, under the condition that the set pressure is greater than the pressure limited by the pressure limiting valve, the pressure limiting valve can be used for floating and exhausting air to replace cold air exhausting operation, so that the influence of the cold air in the cooker on the cooking process is reduced while the quick pressure rising and cooking are realized.
In an alternative embodiment, setting the parameters includes: in the case of setting the pressure, determining whether the setting parameter of the cooking appliance satisfies the quick cooking condition includes: determining whether the set pressure is greater than a preset pressure; if the set pressure is greater than the preset pressure, determining that the set parameters meet the quick cooking conditions; and if the set pressure is less than the preset pressure, determining that the set parameter does not meet the quick cooking condition.
Thus, the preset pressure in the above step may be greater than or equal to the pressure defined by the pressure limiting valve. Optionally, the pressure limiting valve is lifted by gas within the cooking appliance in case the current pressure of the cooking appliance is greater than a preset pressure. Further, different pressure limiting valves are often installed for different cooking appliances, so that the pressure limited by the pressure limiting valves can be 50-90KPa, specific values can be determined according to the actually installed pressure limiting valves, and the invention is not particularly limited to this.
For example, when the preset pressure is 50KPa, the pressure in the cooker rises continuously in the continuous heating process, and when the pressure in the cooker exceeds 50KPa, the pressure limiting valve is jacked up by gas to float upwards, and the other gas can be discharged from the exhaust hole; when the preset pressure is 80KPa, the pressure in the cooker rises continuously in the continuous heating process, and when the pressure in the cooker exceeds 80KPa, the pressure limiting valve is jacked up by gas to float upwards, and other gases can be discharged from the exhaust hole; when the preset pressure is 90KPa, the pressure in the cooker rises continuously during the continuous heating process, and when the pressure in the cooker exceeds 90KPa, the pressure limiting valve is jacked up by the gas to float upwards, and the gas can be discharged from the exhaust hole.
It should be noted that, in the case of low-pressure fast cooking, since the pressure inside the cooker can not jack up the pressure-limiting valve, the cold air can not be discharged in time, which may cause inaccurate detection of the top temperature, in order to improve the control accuracy, in one scheme, the cold air discharging operation can be continuously performed to discharge the cold air; in another alternative, low power heating may be used to provide more accurate top temperature sensing, and further, cold air may be exhausted for a period of time.
And S206, controlling the driving device to be in a stop state and controlling the cooking appliance to heat according to the second power under the condition that the set parameters meet the quick cooking condition, wherein the driving device is used for driving the pressure limiting valve to exhaust.
The driving device in the above steps may be a device for driving the pressure limiting valve to act, for example, a solenoid valve, the solenoid valve pushes the pressure limiting valve to exhaust after being opened, and the pressure limiting valve returns to the original position after the solenoid valve is closed, so as to prevent the gas in the pot from being exhausted.
After the pressure is increased, more gas is in the cooking utensil, and the pressure in the cooker is possibly larger and exceeds the set pressure by continuously using high-power heating, so that the pressure can be increased and then the reduced power can be used for heating, namely the second power in the step can be smaller than the first power.
By adopting the embodiment of the invention, after the cooking appliance is pressed, if the set parameters are determined to meet the quick cooking conditions, namely, the quick cooking is determined to be needed, the driving device can be controlled to be in a stop state, the cold air exhausting operation is cancelled, and the purposes of quick pressing and cooking are achieved, so that the technical effects of shortening the cooking time and improving the user sensitivity are achieved, and the technical problem that the cooking appliance cannot realize quick cooking in the related technology is solved.
Optionally, in the case that the setting parameter does not satisfy the quick cooking condition, the method further includes: controlling the driving device to drive the pressure limiting valve to exhaust; acquiring the top temperature of the cooking utensil; and controlling the driving device to stop working and controlling the cooking appliance to heat according to the second power under the condition that the top temperature is greater than or equal to the preset temperature.
The preset temperature in the above step may be a top temperature of the cooking appliance after the cool air is discharged. The temperature in the pot rises quickly by adopting the high-power heating pot, and a large amount of cold air is accumulated on the top, so that the temperature of the top does not reach the boiling point temperature, and therefore, the operation of discharging the cold air is needed.
In an alternative embodiment, if it is determined that the set pressure is less than the preset pressure, it may be determined that the pressure in the cooker cannot jack the pressure limiting valve, i.e., the cold air in the cooker cannot be discharged by itself, and at this time, the pressure limiting valve may be driven by the driving device to exhaust the cold air in the cooker, so as to discharge the cold air in the cooker, thereby achieving the purpose of discharging the cold air in the cooker. And whether the cold air is exhausted can be determined by detecting the temperature of the top in real time, the driving device is controlled to stop working after the cold air is exhausted, the exhaust operation is stopped, and the increase of cooking time caused by the reduction of the pressure in the cooker is avoided.
Optionally, in the case that the top temperature is less than the preset temperature, the method further comprises: detecting whether the top temperature is kept unchanged within a preset time period; and if the top temperature is kept unchanged within the preset time period, controlling the driving device to stop working, and controlling the cooking appliance to heat according to the second power.
The preset time period in the above steps may be a time period during which it can be determined that the top temperature does not change continuously, and may actually be determined based on a situation such as a top temperature rising speed.
A user may use the cooking appliance in different places, for example, the user uses the cooking appliance in a high altitude area, the temperature in the pot is lower than that in a low altitude area, and the preset temperature set in the cooking appliance is often a temperature corresponding to the low altitude area, and thus, the top temperature may not reach the preset temperature. At the moment, whether the top temperature is kept unchanged within a period of time can be judged, if yes, the fact that the top temperature cannot reach the preset temperature is determined, cold air in the pot is exhausted, the exhaust operation can be finished, the driving device is controlled to stop working, heating is carried out according to the reduced second power, and therefore the fact that the top temperature cannot reach the preset temperature is avoided, and the application range of the cooking appliance is expanded.
Optionally, after controlling the cooking appliance to heat at the second power, the method further comprises: detecting whether the cooking utensil enters a pressure maintaining stage or not; and after the cooking utensil enters the pressure maintaining stage, controlling the cooking utensil to heat according to the third power.
The pressure maintaining stage in the above steps may be determined by detecting the top temperature, or by detecting the cooking time. After the cooking utensil enters the pressure maintaining stage, the pressure in the cooker can be basically maintained at the set pressure, and if the cooker is continuously heated by using the second power, the pressure in the cooker can exceed the set pressure, so that the pressure maintaining purpose cannot be realized. Therefore, the heating power may continue to be reduced after the pressure holding period is entered, i.e., the third power in the above step may be smaller than the second power.
A preferred embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to fig. 3, wherein the preset pressure is 112KPa, and as shown in fig. 3, the method comprises the following steps: aiming at the 112KPa electric pressure cooker, the whole machine is electrified, and cooking is started according to the selected cooking menu; heating by using power P1, and continuously detecting an opening stop lever signal by the cooking appliance to judge whether the cooking appliance is pressed upwards; after the upper pressure is judged, judging whether the set pressure is high pressure, namely, determining whether the set pressure is 112KPa, if so, canceling the cold air exhausting operation, and directly heating to the pressure maintaining stage by using the power of P2; if not, performing cold air exhausting operation by pushing the electromagnetic valve, and heating to a pressure maintaining stage by using power P2 after cold air is exhausted; and after entering the pressure maintaining stage, maintaining the pressure of the whole machine by using the power of P3 until the pressure maintaining time is finished.
Through the scheme, for the high-pressure cooking requirement, the cold air discharging operation can be replaced by floating and exhausting air through the pressure limiting valve in the upward pressing process, and the purposes of quickly pressing and cooking are achieved.
