牛磺酸:牛磺酸是人体必需的一种氨基酸,具有抗疲劳、保护肝脏、保护视网膜、保护心肌、维护细胞抗氧化、促进免疫、促进脂类消化吸收的作用。还具有赋活肌肤细胞的能力,可源源不断地为提供年轻肌肤补充能量,同时,牛磺酸也具有提高肌肤免疫力,抵抗外界环境对肌肤的侵袭的功效。
菊粉:菊粉是来源于自然界中的天然植物,因此具有天然环保无副作用的特点。菊粉是一种功能性植物多糖聚果糖,具有水溶性膳食纤维和生物活性的生理功能。在健康功能方面,具有降低血糖值、淡化血糖的浓度、增强消化和新陈代谢、改善血管障碍等功效,能恢复胃肠功能,促进肠胃运动消化,能够美肤养颜、祛除湿疹、改善血管、降低血脂胆固醇、减肥、预防大肠癌等功效。
柳橙粉:含有丰富的膳食纤维和维生素,具有通便,美白、抗氧化、降低胆固醇的作用。
柠檬酸:酸度调节剂,调节口感。
植脂末:能改善食品的内部组织,增香增脂,使口感细腻,润滑厚实。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
一、本发明采用葡萄糖作为本固体饮料的载体,添加唾液酸功能成分,具有提高记忆力、提高智力水平、抗病毒、抗炎作用,并将唾液酸和牛磺酸结合,通过牛磺酸促进免疫、促进消化吸收的功能,有效的提高唾液酸益智健脑、提高记忆力功能的发挥,同时,牛磺酸还赋活肌肤细胞的能力,唾液酸和牛磺酸协同作用增强本固体饮料抗炎、美白的功效;本产品还添加了菊粉和柳橙粉,增强人体消化和新陈代谢,促进肠胃运动,在补充膳食纤维和维生素的同时,进一步达到美肤养颜的功效,强化营养,口味酸甜适宜,在补充人体所需营养物质的同时,增强记忆力,并预防老年痴呆,还可以抗炎、美白,适宜各个阶段的消费者食用。
二、本发明配方科学,工艺简单,各组分充分混合,有利于人体吸收和利用,具有较高的营养价值和经济价值。

一种唾液酸固体饮料,包括以下重量份的原料:
葡萄糖450份、唾液酸45份、牛磺酸2.5份、菊粉300份、柳橙粉300份、柠檬酸0.8、植脂末30份。
实施例2
一种唾液酸固体饮料,包括以下重量份的原料:
葡萄糖400份、唾液酸30份、牛磺酸3份、菊粉330份、柳橙粉235份、柠檬酸0.85份、植脂末30份。
实施例3
一种唾液酸固体饮料,包括以下重量份的原料:
葡萄糖550份、唾液酸45份、牛磺酸2份、菊粉200份、柳橙粉315份、柠檬酸0.35份、植脂末40份。
实施例4
一种唾液酸固体饮料,包括以下重量份的原料:
葡萄糖450份、唾液酸35份、牛磺酸1.5份、菊粉250份、柳橙粉400份、柠檬酸0.9份、植脂末35份。
实施例5
一种唾液酸固体饮料,包括以下重量份的原料:
葡萄糖500份、唾液酸40份、牛磺酸1份、菊粉270份、柳橙粉420份、柠檬酸0.45份、植脂末45份。
实施例6
一种唾液酸固体饮料,包括以下重量份的原料:
葡萄糖425份、唾液酸50份、牛磺酸3份、菊粉300份、柳橙粉410份、柠檬酸0.78份、植脂末42份。
实施例7
一种唾液酸固体饮料,包括以下重量份的原料:
葡萄糖525份、唾液酸38份、牛磺酸2.5份、菊粉350份、柳橙粉360份、柠檬酸0.80份、植脂末33份。
上述实施例1至实施例7所述的唾液酸固体饮料的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)、取上述重量份的菊粉、柳橙粉分别过40~60目筛,投入预混机进行预混,时间10~15分钟,均质,得混合粉A;
(2)、取上述重量份的唾液酸、牛磺酸、柠檬酸和植脂末投入预混机进行预混,时间10~15分钟,均质,得混合粉B;
(3)、取上述重量份的葡萄糖加入上述混合粉A和混合粉B,投入预混机进行混合,时间10~15分钟,灭菌,干燥,即得唾液酸固体饮料。
饮用时用水冲开即可饮用。

Claims (3)
1.一种唾液酸固体饮料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:
葡萄糖400~550份、唾液酸30~50份、牛磺酸1~3份、菊粉200~350份、柳橙粉235~420份、柠檬酸0.35~0.9份、植脂末30~45份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种唾液酸固体饮料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:
葡萄糖450份、唾液酸45份、牛磺酸2.5份、菊粉300份、柳橙粉300份、柠檬酸0.8、植脂末30份。
3.一种根据权利要求1或2所述的唾液酸固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)、取上述重量份的菊粉、柳橙粉分别过40~60目筛,投入预混机进行预混,时间10~15分钟,均质,得混合粉A;
(2)、取上述重量份的唾液酸、牛磺酸、柠檬酸和植脂末投入预混机进行预混,时间10~15分钟,均质,得混合粉B;
(3)、取上述重量份的葡萄糖加入上述混合粉A和混合粉B,投入预混机进行混合,时间10~15分钟,灭菌,干燥,即得唾液酸固体饮料。
