Arrester for inhibiting flashover of resistance card and assembling method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of lightning arresters, and particularly relates to a lightning arrester for inhibiting flashover of a resistor disc and an assembling method thereof.
Background
The large-capacity multi-column parallel arrester is widely applied to the fields of direct current converter stations, alternating current series compensation devices and the like, and mainly used for absorbing system redundant energy and limiting overvoltage. Operation experience shows that the lightning arrester has high failure rate due to the fact that the number of the parallel columns is large. Research shows that the main reason that the high fault rate of the large-capacity multi-column parallel arrester is the existence of a defective resistor disc with low probability, and adjacent qualified resistor discs are easy to be ablated when the surface of the defective resistor disc is in flashover, so that the lightning arrester is developed into the whole-column flashover fault.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides an arrester for suppressing flashover of a resistor disc and an assembling method thereof, so as to solve or overcome at least one technical problem in the prior art.
In a first aspect, there is provided an arrester for suppressing flashover of a resistive sheet, comprising:
the lightning arrester core body comprises a plurality of coaxially arranged resistance cards and metal cushion blocks arranged at two ends of each resistance card;
a fixing device that fixes the surge arrester core body by clamping both ends of the surge arrester core body;
the insulating layer is coated on the outer sides of the lightning arrester core body and the fixing device, and a plurality of rubber rings distributed along the axial direction of the insulating layer are arranged on the outer peripheral wall of the insulating layer;

In this embodiment, the insulating layer 4 is provided on the lightning arrester core by means of casting. Specifically, by using liquid silicon rubber to be poured on the resistor chip, after the liquid silicon rubber is solidified, the insulating layer 4 is attached to the outer portion of the lightning arrester core body, and the insulating protection of the lightning arrester core body is guaranteed.
The fixing device includes: a plurality of insulating rods 3, the insulating rods 3 being arranged in parallel with the surge arrester core body, the insulating rods 3 being arranged in a circumferential direction of the surge arrester core body; the metal connecting blocks 5 are arranged at two ends of the lightning arrester core body respectively, and the metal connecting blocks 5 are connected with the insulating rods 3 respectively. The lightning arrester core body is connected in a clamping mode through the plurality of insulating rods 3 and the metal connecting blocks 5, and the structural stability of the lightning arrester core body is guaranteed.
In this embodiment, when the liquid silicone rubber is cast, the insulating rods 3 are cast in the liquid silicone rubber together with the fixing device, and the insulating layer 4 is formed after the liquid silicone rubber is cured. It should be understood that, when the liquid silicone rubber is cast, the lightning arrester core body fixed by the fixing device may be placed in a casting mold, and then the liquid silicone rubber is injected, and the casting mold may be removed after it is cured.
A plurality of metal cushion blocks 1 are arranged between every two adjacent resistance cards 2, the thickness of each metal cushion block 1 is larger than or equal to 20mm, so that any two adjacent resistance cards 2 are not in direct contact, the defect resistance card 2 cannot burn and damage the adjacent normal resistance card 2 when one of the resistance cards 2 is defective, and the internal electric arc caused by the defect resistance card 2 is effectively inhibited through the insulating layer 4 arranged on the peripheral wall of each resistance card 2.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in a second aspect, the present application provides a method of assembling an arrester for suppressing a flashover of a resistor disc, including: acquiring parts of a lightning arrester and liquid silicon rubber; secondly, connecting the resistance cards 2 and the metal cushion blocks 1 in series at intervals in sequence; step three, adjusting the height of the lightning arrester core body by adopting the metal cushion blocks 1, and adjusting and fixing devices to fix the resistance cards 2 and the metal cushion blocks 1; and step four, arranging an insulating layer 4 on the arrester core body.
In this embodiment, the method further includes: and fifthly, performing detection tests on the lightning arrester for at least 8 times to ensure that the normal resistance card 2 does not have flashover. It should be understood that before the lightning arrester is tested, a defective resistor disc 2 is arranged on the core body of the lightning arrester, and a preset energy is injected into the lightning arrester by using a surge current generator, so that the duration of the test current is at least 130ms, and the amplitude of the test current is 90-160A. The success of the assembly of the lightning arrester can be verified through the fifth step, so that the lightning arrester has good usability.
In the fourth step, the method for arranging the insulating layer 4 on the lightning arrester core body comprises the following steps: and pouring the liquid silicon rubber on the arrester core body, and curing the liquid silicon rubber into the insulating layer 4. the lightning arrester comprises a lightning arrester core body, metal end covers and at least one connecting part, wherein the metal end covers are arranged at two ends of the lightning arrester core body respectively, and the connecting part is arranged on at least one of the metal end covers and used for fixing the lightning arrester and connecting the lightning arrester in series.

4. The arrester of claim 3 wherein the insulation layer is cast over the arrester core.
5. The arrester of claim 1 wherein the securing device comprises:
a plurality of insulating rods arranged in parallel with the surge arrester core body, the plurality of insulating rods being arranged in a circumferential direction of the surge arrester core body;
the metal connecting blocks are arranged at two ends of the lightning arrester core body respectively and are connected with the insulating rods respectively.
6. The arrester for suppressing the flashover of the resistor disc as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of metal cushion blocks are arranged between each two adjacent resistor discs, and the thickness of each metal cushion block is more than or equal to 20 mm.
7. A method of assembling a surge arrester for suppressing flashover of a resistive patch, comprising:
acquiring parts of a lightning arrester and liquid silicon rubber;
secondly, connecting the resistance cards and the metal cushion blocks in series at intervals in sequence;
