It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
In the following description, suffixes such as "module", "component", or "unit" used to denote elements are used only for the convenience of description of the present application, and have no specific meaning in themselves. Thus, "module", "component" or "unit" may be used mixedly.
The processing device may be implemented in various forms. For example, the processing device described in the present application may be a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm top computer, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a Portable Media Player (PMP), a navigation device, a wearable device, a smart band, a pedometer, a smart watch, a smart headset, smart glasses, a smart car, a car terminal, a navigator, and a fixed terminal such as a Digital TV, a desktop computer, a smart TV, a smart speaker, a smart refrigerator, a smart desk lamp, a smart air conditioner, a smart oven, and the like.
The following description will be given taking a mobile terminal as an example, and it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the configuration according to the embodiment of the present application can be applied to a fixed type terminal in addition to elements particularly used for mobile purposes.
Referring to fig. 1, which is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of a mobile terminal for implementing various embodiments of the present application, the mobile terminal 100 may include: RF (Radio Frequency) unit 101, WiFi module 102, audio output unit 103, a/V (audio/video) input unit 104, sensor 105, display unit 106, user input unit 107, interface unit 108, memory 109, processor 110, and power supply 111. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the mobile terminal architecture shown in fig. 1 is not intended to be limiting of mobile terminals, which may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
The following describes each component of the mobile terminal in detail with reference to fig. 1:
the radio frequency unit 101 may be configured to receive and transmit signals during information transmission and reception or during a call, and specifically, receive downlink information of a base station and then process the downlink information to the processor 110; in addition, the uplink data is transmitted to the base station. Typically, radio frequency unit 101 includes, but is not limited to, an antenna, at least one amplifier, a transceiver, a coupler, a low noise amplifier, a duplexer, and the like. Alternatively, the radio frequency unit 101 may also communicate with a network and other devices through wireless communication. The wireless communication may use any communication standard or protocol, including but not limited to GSM (Global System for Mobile communications), GPRS (General Packet Radio Service), CDMA2000 (Code Division Multiple Access 2000 ), WCDMA (Wideband Code Division Multiple Access), TD-SCDMA (Time Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access), FDD-LTE (Frequency Division duplex Long Term Evolution), and TDD-LTE (Time Division duplex Long Term Evolution).
WiFi belongs to short-distance wireless transmission technology, and the mobile terminal can help a user to receive and send e-mails, browse webpages, access streaming media and the like through the WiFi module 102, and provides wireless broadband internet access for the user. Although fig. 1 shows the WiFi module 102, it is understood that it does not belong to the essential constitution of the mobile terminal, and may be omitted entirely as needed within the scope not changing the essence of the invention.
The audio output unit 103 may convert audio data received by the radio frequency unit 101 or the WiFi module 102 or stored in the memory 109 into an audio signal and output as sound when the mobile terminal 100 is in a call signal reception mode, a call mode, a recording mode, a data recognition mode, a broadcast reception mode, or the like. Also, the audio output unit 103 may also provide audio output related to a specific function performed by the mobile terminal 100 (e.g., a call signal reception sound, a message reception sound, etc.). The audio output unit 103 may include a speaker, a buzzer, and the like.
The a/V input unit 104 is used to receive audio or video signals. The a/V input Unit 104 may include a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) 1041 and a microphone 1042, the Graphics processor 1041 Processing image data of still pictures or video obtained by an image capturing device (e.g., a camera) in a video capturing mode or an image capturing mode. The processed image frames may be displayed on the display unit 106. The image frames processed by the graphic processor 1041 may be stored in the memory 109 (or other storage medium) or transmitted via the radio frequency unit 101 or the WiFi module 102. The microphone 1042 can receive sound (audio data) via the microphone 1042 in a phone call mode, a recording mode, a data recognition mode, or the like, and can process such sound into audio data. The processed audio (data) data may be converted into a format output transmittable to a mobile communication base station via the radio frequency unit 101 in case of a phone call mode. The microphone 1042 may implement various types of noise cancellation (or suppression) algorithms to cancel (or suppress) noise or interference generated in the course of receiving and transmitting audio signals.
The mobile terminal 100 also includes at least one sensor 105, such as a light sensor, a motion sensor, and other sensors. Optionally, the light sensor includes an ambient light sensor that may adjust the brightness of the display panel 1061 according to the brightness of ambient light, and a proximity sensor that may turn off the display panel 1061 and/or the backlight when the mobile terminal 100 is moved to the ear. As one of the motion sensors, the accelerometer sensor can detect the magnitude of acceleration in each direction (generally, three axes), can detect the magnitude and direction of gravity when stationary, and can be used for applications of recognizing the posture of a mobile phone (such as horizontal and vertical screen switching, related games, magnetometer posture calibration), vibration recognition related functions (such as pedometer and tapping), and the like; as for other sensors such as a fingerprint sensor, a pressure sensor, an iris sensor, a molecular sensor, a gyroscope, a barometer, a hygrometer, a thermometer, and an infrared sensor, which can be configured on the mobile phone, further description is omitted here.
The display unit 106 is used to display information input by a user or information provided to the user. The Display unit 106 may include a Display panel 1061, and the Display panel 1061 may be configured in the form of a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), an Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED), or the like.
The user input unit 107 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the mobile terminal. Alternatively, the user input unit 107 may include a touch panel 1071 and other input devices 1072. The touch panel 1071, also referred to as a touch screen, may collect a touch operation performed by a user on or near the touch panel 1071 (e.g., an operation performed by the user on or near the touch panel 1071 using a finger, a stylus, or any other suitable object or accessory), and drive a corresponding connection device according to a predetermined program. The touch panel 1071 may include two parts of a touch detection device and a touch controller. Optionally, the touch detection device detects a touch orientation of a user, detects a signal caused by a touch operation, and transmits the signal to the touch controller; the touch controller receives touch information from the touch sensing device, converts the touch information into touch point coordinates, sends the touch point coordinates to the processor 110, and can receive and execute commands sent by the processor 110. Alternatively, the touch panel 1071 may be implemented in various types, such as resistive, capacitive, infrared, and surface acoustic wave. In addition to the touch panel 1071, the user input unit 107 may include other input devices 1072. Optionally, other input devices 1072 may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a physical keyboard, function keys (e.g., volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and the like, and are not limited thereto.
Alternatively, the touch panel 1071 may cover the display panel 1061, and when the touch panel 1071 detects a touch operation thereon or nearby, the touch panel 1071 transmits the touch operation to the processor 110 to determine the type of the touch event, and then the processor 110 provides a corresponding visual output on the display panel 1061 according to the type of the touch event. Although the touch panel 1071 and the display panel 1061 are shown in fig. 1 as two separate components to implement the input and output functions of the mobile terminal, in some embodiments, the touch panel 1071 and the display panel 1061 may be integrated to implement the input and output functions of the mobile terminal, and is not limited herein.
The interface unit 108 serves as an interface through which at least one external device is connected to the mobile terminal 100. For example, the external device may include a wired or wireless headset port, an external power supply (or battery charger) port, a wired or wireless data port, a memory card port, a port for connecting a device having an identification module, an audio input/output (I/O) port, a video I/O port, an earphone port, and the like. The interface unit 108 may be used to receive input (e.g., data information, power, etc.) from external devices and transmit the received input to one or more elements within the mobile terminal 100 or may be used to transmit data between the mobile terminal 100 and external devices.
The memory 109 may be used to store software programs as well as various data. The memory 109 may mainly include a program storage area and a data storage area, and optionally, the program storage area may store an operating system, an application program (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, and the like) required by at least one function, and the like; the storage data area may store data (such as audio data, a phonebook, etc.) created according to the use of the cellular phone, and the like. Optionally, the memory 109 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device.
The processor 110 is a control center of the mobile terminal, connects various parts of the entire mobile terminal using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions of the mobile terminal and processes data by operating or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 109 and calling data stored in the memory 109, thereby performing overall monitoring of the mobile terminal. Processor 110 may include one or more processing units; preferably, the processor 110 may integrate an application processor and a modem processor, optionally, the application processor mainly handles operating systems, user interfaces, application programs, etc., and the modem processor mainly handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 110.
The mobile terminal 100 may further include a power supply 111 (e.g., a battery) for supplying power to various components, and preferably, the power supply 111 may be logically connected to the processor 110 via a power management system, so as to manage charging, discharging, and power consumption management functions via the power management system.
Although not shown in fig. 1, the mobile terminal 100 may further include a bluetooth module or the like, which is not described in detail herein.
In order to facilitate understanding of the embodiments of the present application, a communication network system on which the mobile terminal of the present application is based is described below.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is an architecture diagram of a communication Network system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the communication Network system is an LTE system of a universal mobile telecommunications technology, and the LTE system includes a UE (User Equipment) 201, an E-UTRAN (Evolved UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network) 202, an EPC (Evolved Packet Core) 203, and an IP service 204 of an operator, which are in communication connection in sequence.
Optionally, the UE201 may be the terminal 100 described above, and is not described herein again.
The E-UTRAN202 includes eNodeB2021 and other eNodeBs 2022, among others. Alternatively, the eNodeB2021 may be connected with other enodebs 2022 through a backhaul (e.g., X2 interface), the eNodeB2021 is connected to the EPC203, and the eNodeB2021 may provide the UE201 access to the EPC 203.
The EPC203 may include an MME (Mobility Management Entity) 2031, an HSS (Home Subscriber Server) 2032, other MMEs 2033, an SGW (Serving gateway) 2034, a PGW (PDN gateway) 2035, and a PCRF (Policy and Charging Rules Function) 2036, and the like. Optionally, the MME2031 is a control node that handles signaling between the UE201 and the EPC203, providing bearer and connection management. HSS2032 is used to provide registers to manage functions such as home location registers (not shown in figure 2) and holds some user specific information about service characteristics, data rates, etc. All user data may be sent through SGW2034, PGW2035 may provide IP address assignment for UE201 and other functions, and PCRF2036 is a policy and charging control policy decision point for traffic data flows and IP bearer resources, which selects and provides available policy and charging control decisions for a policy and charging enforcement function (not shown in fig. 2).
The IP services 204 may include the internet, intranets, IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem), or other IP services, among others.
Although the LTE system is described as an example, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present application is not limited to the LTE system, but may also be applied to other wireless communication systems, such as GSM, CDMA2000, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, and future new network systems.
Based on the above mobile terminal hardware structure and communication network system, various embodiments of the present application are provided.
First embodiment
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating an interaction method according to the first embodiment. As shown in fig. 3, an interaction method of this embodiment, applied to a processing device, includes the steps of:
step S1: responding to the first data and/or the first operation, displaying an interactive interface, wherein the interactive interface comprises at least one historical interactive content and/or at least one prompt message based on the historical interactive content;
step S2: and responding to the second data and/or the second operation, and processing based on a preset strategy.
Processing equipment can be terminal equipment (like cell-phone, panel computer etc.), wearable smart machine (like intelligent wrist-watch, intelligent bracelet, smart earphone etc.), intelligent household equipment (like smart television, smart sound box etc.), car networking equipment (like intelligent automobile, on-vehicle terminal etc.), and through the aforesaid mode, when processing equipment interacted with the user, can make current interactive process and historical interactive content continue or be correlated with, interactive process is more intelligent and/or convenient, and user experience is better.
Illustratively, a user exits from the voice interaction application when performing voice interaction for setting parameters of the sound box, and when entering the voice interaction application again, the user is reminded of whether the parameters of the sound box are not set and continue or not, or an interaction interface before the user exits from the voice interaction application is directly displayed, so that the user can continue to set the parameters of the sound box without inputting the problems and the input parameters again; or after the user wakes up the voice interaction application, the prompt information of the historical interaction contents interacted for the last times, or the prompt information of the historical interaction contents interacted for a larger number of times, or the prompt information of the historical interaction contents interacted at the current time or position is displayed on the interaction interface, for example, the prompt information of "you mentioned recently: navigating to the company, turning on the television, and calling the teacher's phone ", so that the user can select the historical interactive contents according to the prompt information to directly output the interactive results, such as directly displaying the navigation route, turning on the television, calling the teacher's phone, and the like. Therefore, at least one historical interactive content and/or at least one prompt message based on the historical interactive content are displayed on the interactive interface, the current interactive process and the historical interactive content can be connected or associated, a user can quickly interact and/or obtain an interactive result, the interactive process is more intelligent and/or convenient, and the user experience is better.
Optionally, the first data and/or the first operation comprises at least one of:
jumping from other applications and/or interfaces into data and/or operations of the interactive interface;
and enabling the preset application to enter data and/or operation of the interactive interface from at least one state of dormancy, awakening, interruption and hiding.
Optionally, the first data includes, but is not limited to, voice data, and can jump into the interactive interface from other applications and/or interfaces by voice and/or operation, for example, clicking a jump button on the WeChat interface. Alternatively, the interactive interface of the preset application can be entered when the preset application is in at least one of a sleep state, a wake-up state, an interrupt state and a hidden state through voice and/or operation, for example, the user says "is there", "continues to set", and the voice assistant can be woken up from the sleep state into the interactive interface. Therefore, the interactive interface can be entered from different states through voice and/or operation, and the original interactive interface can be re-entered or a new interactive interface can be displayed even if the interactive process is interrupted.
Optionally, the historical interaction content includes at least one historical interaction question and/or at least one historical interaction result. Optionally, the historical interaction problem is an input triggering historical interaction, for example, "navigate to train station", "order a flower for mom", "set speaker parameters", and the like, and the historical interaction result is a result generated by interaction between the device and the user based on the historical interaction problem, for example, a navigation route from home to a parking lot at train station, order data from store a, a flower is ordered and allocated to home, speaker parameters, and the like.
Optionally, the prompt message includes at least one historical interaction question prompt message and/or at least one historical interaction result prompt message. Alternatively, the history interaction question prompt information is prompt information based on the content of the history interaction question, and the history interaction result prompt information is prompt information based on the content of the history interaction result, for example, the history interaction question prompt information may be "you are just setting navigation", "recently you mentioned: navigation, screen projection and account transfer, wherein the historical interaction result prompt information can be 'whether to continue setting a destination' or 'screen projection again'.
Optionally, an interactive interface is displayed, comprising at least one of:
displaying the historical interaction problem in a first window or a first control;
displaying the historical interaction result in a second window or a second control;
displaying historical interactive question prompt information in a third window or a third control;
and displaying the historical interaction result prompt information in a fourth window or a fourth control.

Optionally, at least one of the historical interaction problem, the historical interaction result, the historical interaction problem prompt information, and the historical interaction result prompt information may be displayed through different windows or controls, may be displayed through the same window or control, or may be partially displayed through the same window or control. The display effect of the different windows or controls comprises at least one of at least one display shape, at least one display size, at least one display color and at least one display position. For example, the window or control for displaying the historical interaction problem and the prompt message of the historical interaction problem may have the same shape and color, and the window or control for displaying the historical interaction result and the prompt message of the historical interaction result may have the same shape and color, so that the interaction interface is easier to identify, and the interaction efficiency is improved.
Optionally, taking the historical interaction problem and the historical interaction problem prompt information as an example, the historical interaction problem and the historical interaction problem prompt information may be displayed using the same window or control, and the user may separate the window or control by performing operations such as re-pressing, long-pressing, and bidirectional dragging, so that the interactive interface displays the window or control for displaying the historical interaction problem and the historical interaction problem prompt information, respectively. Or, the historical interaction problem and the historical interaction problem prompt information can be displayed by adopting two different windows or controls, and a user can combine the windows or controls by dragging, clicking and the like, so that the historical interaction problem and the historical interaction problem prompt information are displayed in the same window or control. Optionally, after merging or separating the windows and/or the controls, merging or separating states between the windows and/or the controls may be stored, so that the windows and/or the controls are still displayed in the same merging or separating state when entering the interactive interface next time, which makes setting of the interactive interface more convenient and conforms to usage habits of users.
Alternatively, different windows and/or controls may be displayed on different devices, for example, a window or control for displaying historical interaction questions and a window or control for displaying historical interaction result prompt information may be displayed on the processing device and the associated device, respectively. Taking the processing device as a mobile phone and the associated device as a smart watch as examples, a window or a control for displaying the historical interaction problem may be displayed on the mobile phone, and a window or a control for displaying the historical interaction result prompt information may be displayed on the smart watch. Optionally, whether the processing device is related to privacy or not may be detected, for example, whether the processing device is in a preset area or not, and when the processing device is related to privacy, the historical interactive content or the prompt information related to privacy is displayed on the associated device, so that different windows and/or controls are displayed on different devices for the purpose of protecting user information.
Optionally, step S1, includes:
step S11: in response to the first data and/or the first operation, detecting whether the processing device meets a first preset condition and/or whether the associated device meets a second preset condition and/or whether at least one history interactive content and/or at least one prompt message based on the history interactive content meets a third preset condition;
step S12: and displaying an interactive interface according to the detection result, wherein the interactive interface comprises historical interactive content and/or prompt information based on the historical interactive content.
Optionally, based on the condition of the processing device and/or the association device, the interaction process is associated or continued with the historical interaction content, so that the intelligence and the accuracy of the interaction process can be improved.
Optionally, a first preset condition is met, including at least one of:
the time of the processing equipment is in the preset time;
the position of the processing equipment is in a preset area;
an application or service associated with the interactive interface in the processing device has incomplete historical interactive content;
an application or service associated with the interactive interface in the processing device has completed historical interactive content;
and/or, meeting a second preset condition, including at least one of the following:
the state of the associated equipment is a preset state;
an application or service associated with the interactive interface in the associated device has incomplete historical interactive content;
an application or service associated with the interactive interface in the associated device has completed historical interactive content;
and/or, a third preset condition is met, including at least one of the following:
the historical interactive content and/or at least one prompt message based on the historical interactive content are not completed;
the historical interactive content and/or at least one prompt message based on the historical interactive content do not relate to user privacy;
the historical interactive content and/or at least one prompt message based on the historical interactive content comprise preset key information.
Alternatively, the preset time may be a time period set by the user or a default time period, such as 8: 00 to 10:00, if the user frequently performs television screen projection, the user can directly prompt whether to perform screen projection according to historical interactive contents when entering the interactive interface in the time period, so that the user can quickly start screen projection without performing other settings. The preset area is, for example, a home, a company, an airport, a train station, etc., different historical interactive contents or prompt information can be displayed on the interactive interface in different areas, so as to improve the association degree. The applications or services associated with the interactive interface include, but are not limited to, a voice interaction application, an application with a voice interaction assistant, and the historical interaction content may be incomplete historical interaction content or completed historical interaction content.
Alternatively, the associated device may be a device that is logged in to the same account, connected, or on the same network as the processing device, such as a smart watch, a television, a car machine, an oven, etc. connected to a mobile phone. Optionally, the preset state includes at least one of an electric quantity, a flow rate, a distance from the processing device, and a connection state. For example, when the associated device is in any state of the state that the electric quantity is lower than the electric quantity threshold value, the flow rate is lower than the flow rate threshold value, the distance from the processing device is larger than the preset distance value, and the processing device is disconnected, the historical interactive content on the associated device can be associated with the processing device, so that an incomplete interactive process can be continuously completed, or the completed historical interactive content on the associated device is used for interaction again, so that the interactive process is not limited by a single device any more, the interactive requirements of a user at any time and any place are met, and the method is more intelligent and/or convenient and better in user experience.
Optionally, the fact that the historical interaction content and/or the at least one prompt message based on the historical interaction content are/is not completed may be that a task related to the human-computer interaction command based on the voice assistant is in an incomplete state, or the task related to the human-computer interaction command based on the voice assistant requires further operation or instruction of the user to be obtained before task processing can be continued. For example, the user sends a voice instruction of "recommending a nearby home-side restaurant" to the voice assistant, the voice assistant may output a recommendation list for the user to select after obtaining the voice instruction, at this time, when the user switches from another application to the voice assistant interface, the voice assistant detects that the user has not selected a desired restaurant in the recommendation list, and at this time, the voice assistant may display "please continue to select the desired home-side restaurant" and the recommendation list in the interaction interface. Optionally, the processing device may further detect data content in the history interactive content to determine whether user privacy is involved, and display the history interactive content in the interactive interface when the user privacy is not involved, or display and output the user privacy content in the history interactive content after processing in a manner of filtering, replacing, mosaicing, and the like, so that the privacy of the user may be sufficiently protected, and a third person is prevented from acquiring privacy data involved in previous user interaction with the voice assistant when the voice assistant is turned on. Optionally, if the historical interactive content includes preset key information, the interactive interface may retain the key information in a manner of displaying the historical interactive content, so as to avoid disappearance of the key information or the user needing to input the key information again, for example, the user may suddenly generate an important idea when using a mail APP processing service of a mobile phone, in order to avoid forgetting the idea, the user may quickly open a voice assistant to say "help me to record", the a problem may be solved in a B manner ", at this time, the user may continue to return to the mail APP interface to continue processing the service, and the voice assistant detects that the interactive content includes the key information" record ", so that when the user returns to the voice assistant interface again, the interactive interface may continue to display the voice information input by the user, so that the user may quickly record an idea at any time, the interaction requirements of the user at any time and any place are met, the intelligent and/or convenient interaction method is more intelligent and/or convenient, and the user experience is better.
Optionally, step S12, including at least one of:
if only the processing equipment meets a first preset condition, displaying an interactive interface based on a first preset strategy;
if only the associated equipment meets a second preset condition, displaying an interactive interface based on a second preset strategy;
if the processing equipment meets the first preset condition and the associated equipment meets the second preset condition, displaying an interactive interface based on a third preset strategy;
and if the processing equipment does not accord with the first preset condition and the associated equipment does not accord with the second preset condition, displaying the interactive interface based on a fourth preset strategy.
Optionally, the interactive interface is displayed based on a first preset policy, and the interactive interface includes at least one of the following:
displaying unfinished historical interactive content on a processing device on an interactive interface;
displaying prompt information on an interactive interface according to incomplete historical interactive contents on the processing equipment;
displaying prompt information on an interactive interface according to the completed historical interactive content on the processing equipment;
and displaying prompt information of the associated historical interactive content or the associated historical interactive content on the interactive interface according to the time and/or the position of the processing equipment.
Optionally, only when the processing device meets the first preset condition, it indicates that the time of the processing device is in a preset time, or in a preset area, or that an application or service associated with the interactive interface has incomplete historical interactive content, or has completed historical interactive content. Therefore, uncompleted historical interactive contents on the processing equipment can be displayed on the interactive interface, so that the user can directly continue to interact on the original interactive result, and the user is prevented from repeating the completed interactive process again; or the prompt information can be displayed on the interactive interface according to the incomplete historical interactive content on the processing equipment, and the prompt information is displayed in a prompt information form, so that the privacy safety can be improved while the user is prevented from repeating the completed interactive process again; or the prompt information can be displayed on the interactive interface according to the completed historical interactive content on the processing equipment, so that the user can quickly start interaction according to the prompt information and obtain an interaction result without repeating the previously completed interaction process; or the prompting information of the associated historical interactive content or the associated historical interactive content can be displayed on the interactive interface according to the time and/or the position of the processing equipment, so that the appropriate historical interactive content can be selected according to the time and the place for outputting or prompting, the pertinence is achieved, and the interaction efficiency and the convenience are improved.

Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram illustrating an interaction effect of a scene two according to the first embodiment. Fig. 6 illustrates a scenario in which the processing device is a mobile phone, the associated device is a smart watch, and the user interrupts the "transfer to the thumbnail" interaction. As shown in fig. 6, the user inputs the first voice "do", re-enters the interactive interface, the voice assistant outputs "what do i need to do" and, at the same time, detects that there is incomplete historical interactive content, displays a historical interactive result prompting message "you just prepared to transfer to a small sheet, and whether to continue" displaying on the smart watch, and displays a historical interactive question prompting message "recently mentioned you: navigating; projecting a screen; and (6) transferring accounts. The 'quick start' can be clicked to be displayed on the processing equipment, and the historical interaction problem prompt information can be obtained by screening the historical interaction problems according to the time and the place of the processing equipment and the frequency of the interaction content. Because the environment where the user is located may change in the process of interaction interruption, the privacy security of the user can be better protected by displaying the historical interaction result prompt information on the smart watch. Optionally, the user may further perform interaction, click the prompt message on the smart watch to continue transferring money, and since the user selects to continue the interaction, it may be indicated that the processing device does not relate to privacy, and at this time, the interactive interface on the processing device may be updated to continue transferring money, for example, information such as the transfer amount and time may be determined. Or the user can directly interact on the smart watch, and the interactive interface on the smart watch is updated to continue transferring accounts. Therefore, different information is displayed on different devices, and when history interactive contents are connected or associated, the privacy safety of a user is effectively protected.
As described above, the interactive method, the processing device, and the storage medium of the present application respond to the first data and/or the first operation, and display an interactive interface, where the interactive interface includes at least one historical interactive content and/or at least one prompt message based on the historical interactive content; and responding to the second data and/or the second operation, and processing based on a preset strategy. By the method, the current interactive process can be connected or associated with the historical interactive content, the interactive process is more intelligent and/or convenient, and the user experience is better.
Second embodiment
Fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating an interaction method according to the second embodiment. As shown in fig. 7, an interaction method of this embodiment, applied to a processing device, includes the steps of:
step S10: responding to the first data and/or the first operation, and displaying an interactive interface;
step S20: detecting, in response to the second data, whether the second data has associated historical interactive content;
step S30: and processing the second data and/or the interactive interface based on a preset strategy according to the detection result.
Processing equipment can be terminal equipment (like cell-phone, panel computer etc.), wearable smart machine (like intelligent wrist-watch, intelligent bracelet, smart earphone etc.), intelligent household equipment (like smart television, smart sound box etc.), car networking equipment (like intelligent automobile, on-vehicle terminal etc.), and through the aforesaid mode, when processing equipment interacted with the user, can make current interactive process and historical interactive content continue or be correlated with, interactive process is more intelligent and/or convenient, and user experience is better.
Illustratively, a user says 'order a bunch of flowers to a mother', the type of flowers and the distribution address need to be determined, associated historical interactive contents 'navigation to a mother unit' and 'order a bunch of flowers' can be found by searching the historical interactive contents, the address of the mother unit and the type of flowers ordered once can be determined from the interactive results of the historical interactive contents, and then the interactive results of the historical interactive contents are output for the user to confirm. Or the user speaks the sound box, the voice assistant detects incomplete historical interactive content, sets sound box parameters, can directly enter the original interactive interface to set the parameters of the sound box continuously, the user does not need to input the set parameters, and only needs to set the incomplete parameters continuously, so that the method is more convenient and faster.
Optionally, the first data and/or the first operation comprises at least one of:
jumping from other applications and/or interfaces into data and/or operations of the interactive interface;
and enabling the preset application to enter data and/or operation of the interactive interface from at least one state of dormancy, awakening, interruption and hiding.
Optionally, the first data includes, but is not limited to, voice data, and can jump into the interactive interface from other applications and/or interfaces by voice and/or operation, for example, clicking a jump button on the WeChat interface. Alternatively, the interactive interface of the preset application can be entered when the preset application is in at least one of a sleep state, a wake-up state, an interrupt state and a hidden state through voice and/or operation, for example, the user says "is there", "continues to set", and the voice assistant can be woken up from the sleep state into the interactive interface. Therefore, the interactive interface can be entered from different states through voice and/or operation, and the original interactive interface can be re-entered or a new interactive interface can be displayed even if the interactive process is interrupted.

Third embodiment
Fig. 9 is a flowchart illustrating an interaction method according to the third embodiment. As shown in fig. 9, an interactive method of this embodiment, which is applied to a processing device, includes the steps of:
step S100: responding to the first data and/or the first operation, and displaying an interactive interface;
step S200: responding to the second data and/or the second operation, displaying historical interaction content on the associated equipment and/or prompt information based on the historical interaction content on the interactive interface;
step S300: and responding to the third data and/or the third operation, and performing preset processing.
Processing equipment and associated equipment can be terminal equipment (like cell-phone, panel computer etc.), wearable smart machine (like intelligent wrist-watch, intelligent bracelet, intelligent earphone etc.), intelligent household equipment (like intelligent TV, intelligent audio amplifier etc.), car networking equipment (like intelligent car, on-vehicle terminal etc.), through above-mentioned mode, when interacting on different equipment, can make current interaction process and historical interaction content continue or be correlated with, the interaction process is more intelligent and/or convenient, user experience is better.
Exemplarily, when a user needs to go out during interactive shopping with the smart sound box, a voice assistant can be awakened on a mobile phone bound with the smart sound box, and the voice assistant on the mobile phone acquires uncompleted interactive contents on the smart sound box and continues uncompleted interactive shopping with the user, so that the uncompleted interactive contents can be continued after the user leaves the smart sound box; or, in the park, when mom and his own mobile phone subscribe for lunch interactively, the mobile phone with too low electric quantity can wake up the voice assistant on the mobile phone of dad or other family members, and the voice assistant on the other mobile phone obtains the incomplete interactive content on mom's mobile phone and continues the incomplete interaction with the user, so that the incomplete interactive content can be continued when the electric quantity of the mobile phone is too low to continue the interaction. Optionally, the first data and/or the first operation comprises at least one of:
jumping from other applications and/or interfaces into data and/or operations of the interactive interface;
and enabling the preset application to enter data and/or operation of the interactive interface from at least one state of dormancy, awakening, interruption and hiding.
Optionally, the first data includes, but is not limited to, voice data, and can jump into the interactive interface from other applications and/or interfaces by voice and/or operation, for example, clicking a jump button on the WeChat interface. The interactive method, the processing device and the storage medium respond to first data and/or first operation and display an interactive interface; responding to the second data and/or the second operation, displaying historical interaction content on the associated equipment and/or prompt information based on the historical interaction content on the interactive interface; and responding to the third data and/or the third operation, and performing preset processing. By the method, when interaction is carried out on different devices, the current interaction process can be continued or associated with the historical interaction content, the interaction process is more intelligent and/or convenient, and the user experience is better.
The present application further provides a processing device, where the processing device includes a memory and a processor, where the memory stores an interaction program, and the interaction program implements the steps of the interaction method in any of the above embodiments when executed by the processor.
The application also provides a mobile terminal, which comprises a memory and a processor, wherein the memory is stored with an interactive program, and the interactive program is executed by the processor to realize the steps of the interactive method in any embodiment.
The present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which an interaction program is stored, and when being executed by a processor, the interaction program implements the steps of the interaction method in any of the above embodiments.
In the embodiments of the processing device, the mobile terminal, and the computer-readable storage medium provided in the present application, all technical features of any one of the above-described embodiments of the interaction method may be included, and the expanding and explaining contents of the specification are substantially the same as those of the above-described embodiments of the method, and are not described herein again.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer program product, which includes computer program code, when the computer program code runs on a computer, the computer is caused to execute the method in the above various possible embodiments.
Embodiments of the present application further provide a chip, which includes a memory and a processor, where the memory is used to store a computer program, and the processor is used to call and run the computer program from the memory, so that a device in which the chip is installed executes the method in the above various possible embodiments.

1. An interactive method, applied to a processing device, characterized in that the interactive method comprises the steps of:
step S1: responding to the first data and/or the first operation, displaying an interactive interface, wherein the interactive interface comprises at least one historical interactive content and/or at least one prompt message based on the historical interactive content;
step S2: responding to the second data and/or the second operation, and processing based on a preset strategy;
wherein, the step S1 includes:
step S11: in response to the first data and/or the first operation, detecting whether the processing equipment meets a first preset condition and/or whether the associated equipment meets a second preset condition;
step S12: and displaying an interactive interface according to the detection result, wherein the interactive interface comprises historical interactive contents and/or prompt information based on the historical interactive contents.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the historical interaction content comprises at least one historical interaction question and/or at least one historical interaction result; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the prompt message comprises at least one historical interactive question prompt message and/or at least one historical interactive result prompt message.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the displaying an interactive interface comprises at least one of:
displaying the historical interaction problem in a first window or a first control;
displaying the historical interaction result in a second window or a second control;

and displaying the historical interaction result prompt information in a fourth window or a fourth control.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the first data and/or first operation comprises at least one of:

and enabling a preset application to enter data and/or operation of the interactive interface from at least one state of dormancy, awakening, interruption and hiding.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the first preset condition is met, and the method comprises at least one of the following:
the time of the processing equipment is in a preset time;
the position of the processing equipment is in a preset area;
an application or service associated with the interactive interface in the processing device has incomplete historical interactive content;
an application or service associated with the interactive interface in the processing device has completed historical interactive content;
and/or, the second preset condition is met, and the method comprises at least one of the following steps:
the state of the associated equipment is a preset state;
an application or service associated with the interactive interface in the associated device has incomplete historical interactive content;
and the application or service associated with the interactive interface in the associated equipment has the completed historical interactive content.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step S12 includes at least one of:
if only the processing equipment meets a first preset condition, displaying an interactive interface based on a first preset strategy;
if only the associated equipment meets a second preset condition, displaying an interactive interface based on a second preset strategy;
if the processing equipment meets a first preset condition and the associated equipment meets a second preset condition, displaying an interactive interface based on a third preset strategy;
and if the processing equipment does not accord with the first preset condition and the associated equipment does not accord with the second preset condition, displaying an interactive interface based on a fourth preset strategy.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein displaying the interactive interface based on the first predetermined policy comprises at least one of:
displaying incomplete historical interactive content on the processing device on the interactive interface;
displaying prompt information on the interactive interface according to the incomplete historical interactive content on the processing equipment;
displaying prompt information on the interactive interface according to the finished historical interactive content on the processing equipment;
displaying prompt information of the associated historical interactive content or the associated historical interactive content on the interactive interface according to the time and/or the position of the processing equipment;
and/or, the interactive interface is displayed based on the second preset strategy, and the interactive interface comprises at least one of the following:
displaying incomplete historical interactive content on the associated equipment on the interactive interface;
displaying prompt information on the interactive interface according to incomplete historical interactive contents on the associated equipment;
displaying prompt information on the interactive interface according to the completed historical interactive content on the associated equipment;
and/or, the interactive interface is displayed based on the third preset strategy, and the interactive interface comprises at least one of the following:
displaying the interactive content with the latest occurrence time in the uncompleted historical interactive content on the processing equipment and the associated equipment on the interactive interface;
displaying prompt information of interactive contents with the latest occurrence time in the uncompleted historical interactive contents on the processing equipment and the associated equipment on the interactive interface;
screening the finished history interactive contents on the processing equipment and the associated equipment according to at least one of time, place and frequency, and displaying prompt information of the screened interactive contents on the interactive interface;
and/or, the interactive interface is displayed based on a fourth preset strategy, and the interactive interface comprises at least one of the following:
screening historical interactive contents on a server according to at least one of time, place and frequency, and displaying prompt information of the screened interactive contents on the interactive interface;
and displaying prompt information without history interactive content and/or adding the history interactive content on the interactive interface.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the step S1 includes:
when the historical interactive content to be displayed is unfinished historical interactive content, displaying content consistent with the unfinished historical interactive content on the interactive interface;
and when the historical interactive content to be displayed is prompt information based on the historical interactive content, displaying at least one window or control on the interactive interface, wherein the window or control comprises at least one prompt information based on the historical interactive content.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein displaying at least one window or control on the interactive interface comprises at least one of:
displaying a first window or control on the interactive interface according to the incomplete historical interactive content, wherein the first window or control comprises prompt information for prompting a theme of the incomplete historical interactive content;
displaying a second window or control on the interactive interface according to the occurrence time of the historical interactive content, wherein the second window or control comprises prompt information of the historical interactive content corresponding to different occurrence times;
displaying a third window or control on the interactive interface according to the occurrence place of the historical interactive content, wherein the third window or control comprises prompt information of the historical interactive content corresponding to different occurrence places;
displaying a fourth window or control on the interactive interface according to the occurrence frequency of the historical interactive content, wherein the fourth window or control comprises prompt information of the historical interactive content corresponding to different occurrence frequencies;
and displaying a fifth window or control on the interactive interface according to the source equipment of the historical interactive content, wherein the fifth window or control comprises prompt information of the historical interactive content from different equipment.
10. The method of any of claims 1 to 7, wherein the second data and/or second operations comprise at least one of:
continuing data and/or operations of the incomplete historical interactive content;
ending the data and/or operation of the incomplete historical interactive content;
performing selected data and/or operation according to the prompt information;
the prompt message is not responded;
and exiting the data and/or operation of the interactive interface.
11. The method according to claim 10, wherein the step S2 includes at least one of:
when the interactive interface comprises incomplete historical interactive contents, outputting interactive results of the second data and/or the second operation based on the incomplete historical interactive contents;
when the interactive interface comprises the incomplete historical interactive content, ending the incomplete historical interactive content according to the second data and/or the second operation;
when the interactive interface comprises prompt information based on historical interactive contents, updating the display contents of the interactive interface according to the second data and/or the interactive results of the second operation, wherein the updated display contents comprise the interactive results of the completed historical interactive contents and/or the incomplete historical interactive contents;
and exiting the interactive interface.
12. An interactive method, applied to a processing device, characterized in that the interactive method comprises the steps of:
step S10: responding to the first data and/or the first operation, and displaying an interactive interface;
step S20: in response to second data, detecting whether the second data has associated historical interactive content;
step S30: and processing the second data and/or the interactive interface based on a preset strategy according to the detection result.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein the first data and/or first operation comprises at least one of:
jumping from other applications and/or interfaces to data and/or operations of the interactive interface;
and enabling a preset application to enter data and/or operation of the interactive interface from at least one state of dormancy, awakening, interruption and hiding.
14. The method according to claim 12, wherein the step S20 includes:
if the incomplete historical interactive content exists, detecting whether the second data is associated with the incomplete historical interactive content; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
if the incomplete historical interactive content exists, detecting whether the second data is associated with the incomplete historical interactive content, and if the second data is not associated with the incomplete historical interactive content, detecting whether an interactive result and/or an interactive problem of the completed historical interactive content has an interactive result and/or an interactive problem associated with the second data; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
if the incomplete historical interactive content does not exist, detecting whether the interactive result and/or the interactive problem of the completed historical interactive content has the interactive result and/or the interactive problem associated with the second data.
15. The method according to claim 12, wherein the step S30 includes:
if the second data has associated historical interactive content, processing the second data and/or the interactive interface based on a first preset strategy; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and if the second data does not have associated historical interactive content, processing the second data and/or the interactive interface based on a second preset strategy.
16. The method according to any one of claims 12 to 15, wherein the processing the second data and/or the interactive interface based on the first preset policy comprises at least one of:
when the second data is associated with the incomplete historical interactive content, displaying the incomplete historical interactive content or prompt information based on the incomplete historical interactive content on the interactive interface;
when the second data is associated with the incomplete historical interactive content, displaying an interactive result of the incomplete historical interactive content and the second data on the interactive interface;
when the second data is associated with the interaction result and/or the interaction problem of the completed historical interaction content, displaying the associated at least one interaction result and/or interaction problem on the interaction interface, wherein the at least one interaction result and/or interaction problem respectively correspond to one option;
when the second data is associated with the interaction result and/or the interaction problem of the completed historical interaction content, displaying at least one interaction result of the second data on the interaction interface based on the associated at least one interaction result and/or the interaction problem, wherein the at least one interaction result corresponds to one option respectively;
performing preset processing on the second data according to the associated historical interactive content, wherein the preset processing comprises at least one of correction, hiding and splitting;
the processing the second data and/or the interactive interface based on a second preset strategy comprises:
and displaying the new interactive content on the interactive interface to output the interactive result of the second data.
17. An interactive method, applied to a processing device, characterized in that the interactive method comprises the steps of:
step S100: responding to the first data and/or the first operation, and displaying an interactive interface;
step S200: responding to second data and/or second operation, displaying historical interaction content on an associated device and/or prompt information based on the historical interaction content on the interaction interface;
step S300: and responding to the third data and/or the third operation, and performing preset processing.
18. The method of claim 17, wherein the first data and/or first operation comprises at least one of:
jumping from other applications and/or interfaces to data and/or operations of the interactive interface;
and enabling a preset application to enter data and/or operation of the interactive interface from at least one state of dormancy, awakening, interruption and hiding.
19. The method according to claim 17, wherein the step S200 comprises:
step S201: responding to the second data and/or the second operation, detecting an associated device provided with an application or service associated with the interactive interface;
step S202: and displaying the detected historical interactive content on the associated equipment and/or prompt information based on the historical interactive content on the interactive interface.
20. The method according to claim 19, wherein the step S202 comprises at least one of:
when the historical interactive content on the associated equipment is the incomplete historical interactive content, displaying the last incomplete historical interactive content and/or prompt information based on the last incomplete historical interactive content on the interactive interface;
when the historical interactive content on the associated equipment is the finished historical interactive content, displaying prompt information based on the finished historical interactive content on the interactive interface;
screening the finished historical interactive contents on the associated equipment according to at least one of time, place and frequency, and displaying prompt information of the screened interactive contents on the interactive interface;
displaying the interactive question of the historical interactive content in a first window or a first control;
displaying an interaction result of the historical interaction content in a second window or a second control;
displaying prompt information of the interactive questions of the historical interactive contents in a third window or a third control;
and displaying prompt information of the interaction result of the historical interaction content in a fourth window or a fourth control.
21. The method according to any one of claims 17 to 20, wherein the pre-setting process comprises at least one of:
the third data is used for displaying unfinished historical interactive contents corresponding to the prompt information on the interactive interface when responding to the prompt information;
the third data is used for displaying an interaction result and/or an interaction problem of the finished historical interaction content corresponding to the prompt information on the interaction interface when responding to the prompt information;
when the third data is associated with the incomplete historical interactive content, displaying an interactive result of the incomplete historical interactive content and the third data on the interactive interface;
when the third data is associated with the interaction result and/or the interaction problem of the completed historical interaction content, displaying the associated at least one interaction result and/or interaction problem on the interaction interface, wherein the at least one interaction result and/or interaction problem respectively correspond to one option;
when the third data is associated with the interaction result and/or the interaction problem of the completed historical interaction content, displaying at least one interaction result of the third data on the interaction interface based on the associated at least one interaction result and/or the interaction problem, wherein the at least one interaction result corresponds to one option respectively;
when the third data is not associated with the historical interactive content, displaying new interactive content on the interactive interface to output an interactive result of the third data;
performing first processing on the historical interactive content;
and carrying out second processing on the prompt message.
22. The method of claim 21, wherein the pre-setting process further comprises at least one of:
the first treatment and the second treatment may be the same or different;
the first treatment and the second treatment may be performed simultaneously or may not be performed simultaneously;
performing the second processing according to the result of the first processing;
and performing the first processing according to the result of the second processing.
23. An apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises: memory, processor, wherein the memory has stored thereon an interaction program which, when executed by the processor, implements the steps of the interaction method according to any one of claims 1 to 22.
24. A readable storage medium, characterized in that the readable storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the interaction method according to any one of claims 1 to 22.
