The third slider 203 includes a fifth hook 2031, a sixth hook 2032, a third sliding portion 2033 and a third body (not labeled), the third sliding portion 2033 is located on one side of the third body, the fifth hook 2031 and the sixth hook 2032 are located on the opposite side of the third body, wherein the fifth hook 2031 and the sixth hook 2032 are disposed opposite to each other. The third fixing structure 403 includes a receiving slot, in which a fifth projection 4031, a sixth projection 4032, a fifth hole 4033 and a sixth hole 4034 are disposed, the fifth projection 4031 extends from a first slot wall of the receiving slot toward a second slot wall, and the fifth hole 4033 is located between the fifth projection 4031 and the second slot wall; the sixth bump 4032 extends from the second groove wall of the receiving groove toward the first groove wall, and the sixth hole 4034 is located between the sixth bump 4032 and the first groove wall; the fifth hole 4033 and the sixth hole 4034 may or may not communicate with each other.
The fifth hook 2031 enters the receiving groove from the fifth hole 4033 and is engaged with the fifth bump 4031; the sixth hook 2032 enters the receiving groove from the sixth hole 4034 and is engaged with the sixth bump 4032; the third body is accommodated in the accommodating groove, so that the third sliding portion 2033 protrudes from the accommodating groove. In this embodiment, the third sliding portion 2033 protrudes from the top surface of the protrusion 2211.
In this embodiment, the first sliding member 201, the second sliding member 202 and the third sliding member 203 have similar structures, and the corresponding first fixing structure 401, the second fixing structure 402 and the third fixing structure 403 also have similar structures. The first slider 201, the second slider 202 and the third slider 203 are made of polyoxymethylene (polyoxymethylene) thermoplastic polymer, and the sliding bodies, the hooks and the sliding portions of the first to third sliders may be formed by injection molding or 3D printing of polyoxymethylene (polyoxymethylene) thermoplastic polymer.
As shown in fig. 8, corresponding to the third sliding portion 2033, the first longitudinal side edge of the side frame 12 is provided with a sliding plate 125 facing the side of the drawer, the sliding plate 125 is located at the first side of the first extending wall 121 and extends from the first side of the first extending wall 121 toward the second extending wall 122, the sliding plate 125 includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other, and the second surface is close to the transparent panel 11.
When the cover plate 10 is covered on the drawer 20 (as shown in fig. 1), the first surface of the sliding plate 125 contacts the third sliding portion 2033 (not shown). Therefore, when the handle 13 is pushed to slide the cover plate 10 relative to the drawer 20, the first sliding portion 2013 slides on the first sliding surface 31, the second sliding portion 2023 slides on the second sliding surface 221, and the third sliding portion 2033 slides on the first surface of the sliding plate 125; when the cover plate 10 slides away from the drawer 20, the first sliding portion 2013 slides out of the first rosette carrying edge 31, and the first sliding portion 2013 is in a suspended state; after the cover plate 10 slides for a certain distance, when the sliding distance of the third sliding portion 2033 on the sliding support plate 125 is, for example, 1/3 or 1/2 (the sliding distance can be set according to actual requirements), because the third sliding portion 2033 is located on the protrusion 2211 of the second sliding surface 221, the third sliding portion 2033 jacks up or raises the cover plate 10, so that the second sliding portion 2023 is separated from the second sliding surface 221, that is, the second sliding portion 2023 is suspended on the second sliding surface 221, at this time, the cover plate 10 is driven to slide relative to the drawer 20 only by the third sliding portion 2033, because the contact between the sliding portions and the sliding edges is reduced, the friction is reduced, and further, the noise when the cover plate 10 slides relative to the drawer 20 can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 1, 3, 4, 5 and 7, in order to further reduce noise generated during the relative sliding of the cover plate 10 and the drawer 20 and during the movement of the drawer structure 100 into and out of the cabinet of the refrigerator.
The drawer structure 100 further includes a plurality of buffering cushions, for example, a plurality of first buffering cushions 40 are disposed on the far side 124 of the frame 12, and the first buffering cushions 40 are used to prevent the far side 124 from hitting the refrigerator body and causing noise when the cover plate 10 slides towards the refrigerator body. In the present embodiment, for example, there are 3 first cushion pads 40 uniformly disposed on the distal side 124, wherein the first cushion pads 40 are disposed on the first magnetic member 50.
As shown in fig. 3, a second buffer cushion 32 is disposed on the slide rail assembly 30, the second buffer cushion 32 is disposed at a distal end of the first sliding surface 31, and the second buffer cushion 32 is used to prevent noise caused by the distal end 1211 of the first extension wall 121 striking the cabinet when sliding into the cabinet of the refrigerator. In addition, when the cover plate 10 is slid to the innermost side of the cabinet of the refrigerator, the distal side edge 124 contacts the cabinet, and the second cushion pad 32 contacts the distal end 1211 of the first extension wall 121; when the drawer 20 moves to the innermost side toward the inside of the box body, the second cushion pad 32 acts on the distal end 1211 of the first extension wall 121 through the elastic force, so that the first magnetic member 50 and the second magnetic member 60 are magnetically attracted, and the cover 10 is completely closed and the drawer 20 is closed.
As shown in fig. 7, a third cushion 301 is disposed on the second sliding surface 221, the third cushion 301 is located on a side of the protrusion 2211 facing the near side of the cover 10, when the cover 10 slides on the drawer 20 and is opened to the maximum position, the third cushion 301 abuts against the near side of the cover 10, or the third cushion 301 is located between the near side of the cover 10 and the protrusion 2211, so as to prevent the near side of the cover 10 from hitting the protrusion 2211 on the second bearing edge 221 of the drawer 20, and further reduce noise.
The first, second and third cushion cushions 40, 32 and 301 are made of elastic materials such as silica gel and rubber.
The present invention also provides a refrigerator including the drawer structure 100 described in the above embodiments.
In summary, according to the drawer structure and the refrigerator thereof of the present invention, the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member are respectively disposed on the cover plate and the drawer, and the first magnetic member and the second magnetic member are magnetically attracted, so that the drawer and the cover plate are pulled out together in the process of opening the refrigerator door. In addition, the cover plate and the drawer are also provided with sliding parts with height difference and a plurality of buffering structures, and the sliding parts and the buffering structures are used for reducing the noise generated when the cover plate and the drawer slide relatively and the drawer structure moves relative to the refrigerator body.
The present invention is capable of other embodiments, and various changes and modifications may be made by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A drawer structure comprises a drawer and a cover plate covering the drawer, which is characterized in that,
the cover panel includes a bezel including a distal side edge;
the drawer includes a side wall including a distal side wall;
this drawer structure still includes:
a first magnetic member disposed on the distal side edge;
the second magnetic part is arranged on the far side wall and corresponds to the first magnetic part, the first magnetic part and the second magnetic part are magnetically adsorbed, so that the cover plate covers the drawer, the drawer structure is in a closed state, and the far side wall is positioned at the far side of the far side; the first magnetic part and the second magnetic part are separated, so that the cover plate slides relative to the drawer, and the drawer structure is in an open state; and
at least one first cushion shock pad, evenly set up on the distal side edge.
2. The drawer structure of claim 1, wherein the first magnetic member is provided with a first cushion pad.
3. The drawer structure of claim 1, wherein the outer surface of the distal side wall is provided with a partition, and the second magnetic member is fixed between the partition and the distal side wall.
4. The drawer structure of claim 3, wherein the second magnetic member comprises a fixing seat, a magnet or a magnetically permeable material, and a fixing bolt, and the magnet or the magnetically permeable material disposed on the fixing seat is fixed between the partition plate and the distal side wall by the fixing bolt.
5. The drawer structure of claim 1, wherein the drawer structure further comprises a slide assembly having a first sliding surface;
the sidewall further comprises a first longitudinal sidewall having a second sliding surface; the first sliding surface is parallel to the second sliding surface, and the second sliding surface is higher than the first sliding surface;
the frame further comprises a first longitudinal side edge and a second longitudinal side edge which are parallel and opposite, and the first longitudinal side edge and the second longitudinal side edge are respectively arranged at two opposite ends of the far side edge; a first extending wall is arranged on the first longitudinal side, a second extending wall is arranged on the second longitudinal side, a first fixing structure and a second fixing structure are arranged on a first side of the first extending wall, and the first side faces the second extending wall; the first sliding surface and the second sliding surface are respectively parallel to the first longitudinal side edge, the first fixing structure is provided with a first sliding part, the first sliding part of the first sliding part slides on the first sliding surface, the second fixing structure is provided with a second sliding part, and the second sliding part of the second sliding part can slide on the second sliding surface.
6. The drawer structure of claim 5, wherein the first fixing structure is disposed adjacent to a distal end of the first extension wall and adjacent to a lower edge of the first extension wall, the first sliding portion of the first sliding member protruding from the lower edge of the first extension wall; the second fixing structure is arranged adjacent to the proximal end of the first extending wall and close to the upper edge part of the first extending wall, and the second sliding part of the second sliding part protrudes from the second fixing structure; the distal end is proximate to the distal side, the proximal end is distal to the distal side, the upper edge is proximate to the first longitudinal side, and the lower edge is distal to the first longitudinal side.

The drawer structure of claim 5, further comprising a third sliding member, wherein the second sliding surface has a protrusion, and the protrusion has a third fixing structure, wherein the third sliding member is integrated into the third fixing structure, and the third sliding portion of the third sliding member protrudes from the third fixing structure;
the drawer structure further includes a sliding plate disposed on the first side of the first extending wall, the sliding plate extending from the first side toward the second extending wall, the sliding plate being adjacent to an upper edge of the first extending wall, the upper edge being adjacent to the first longitudinal side, the sliding plate having a first surface, and the third sliding portion sliding on the first surface.
8. The drawer structure of claim 7,
a second buffer shock pad is arranged at the far end of the second sliding surface, and the second buffer shock pad is contacted with the far end of the first extension wall when the drawer structure is in a closed state;
and/or, the drawer structure further includes a third cushion pad disposed on a side of the protrusion facing the proximal end of the first longitudinal side, and the third cushion pad is located between the proximal side of the cover plate and the protrusion when the cover plate slides relative to the drawer and is opened to a maximum position.
9. The drawer structure of claim 5, wherein the first sliding portion slides on the first sliding surface, the second sliding portion slides on the second sliding surface, and the third sliding portion slides on the first surface of the sliding plate when the cover plate slides relative to the drawer; after the first sliding part slides out of the first flower bearing edge, the first sliding part is in a suspended state, and the cover plate is driven to slide relative to the drawer to form a second sliding part and a third sliding part; the third sliding part jacks up or lifts the cover plate after the sliding distance of the sliding bearing plate is 1/3 or 1/2 of the length of the sliding plate, the second sliding part is separated from the second sliding surface and suspended on the second sliding surface, and the cover plate is driven to slide relative to the drawer and is only the third sliding part at the moment.
10. A refrigerator comprising the drawer structure of any one of claims 1 to 9.
