Abstract

The invention discloses a liquid food composite paper packaging box and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the manufacturing method comprises the following steps: preparing a box body, wherein the box body is used for containing liquid food, and the periphery of the box body is covered with an outer surface layer film; selecting a straw packaging film with the same polymer material as the outer surface layer film, and packaging the straw in the straw packaging film; and (3) heating the straw packaging film and the outer surface layer film packaged with the straw to a viscous flow state by adopting heat sealing equipment, and then pressurizing to fix the straw packaging film and the outer surface layer film together. According to the invention, the straw packaging film for packaging the straw is improved into the high polymer material with the same material as the outer surface layer film of the box body, and then the straw packaging film is fixed on the box body in a hot-pressing sealing manner, so that the direct bonding effect is achieved, the use of hot melt adhesive is avoided, the straw packaging film is green and environment-friendly, has no pollution, and the processing cost can be reduced.
