A convex female die working belt 71 is arranged above the inner edge of the female die, and a male die working belt 81 is arranged on the outer edge of the end part of the male die 8; in the drawing process, the inner side of the side wall 141 is abutted with the punch working tape 81, and the outer side of the side wall 141 is abutted with the die working tape 71; the distance between the die work belt 71 and the punch work belt 81 in the horizontal direction, that is, the punch-die gap, changes with the drawing stroke.
The female die is provided with a plurality of fan-shaped female die sliding blocks 7 which are arranged along the circumferential direction, and the die also comprises a sliding sleeve 9 which is used for driving the fan-shaped female die sliding blocks 7 to move towards the circle center; the sliding sleeve 9 is fixedly arranged below the upper die plate 13, and in the drawing process, the sliding sleeve 9 is sleeved outside the fan-shaped female die sliding block 7 and is abutted against the fan-shaped female die sliding block 7. The outer edge of the fan-shaped female die sliding block 7 is a conical surface with an upward direction, and the shape of the inner edge of the sliding sleeve 9 is matched with the outer edge of the fan-shaped female die sliding block 7.
The elastic supporting mechanism comprises an ejector rod 3, an elastic cushion block 4 and a lower backing plate 5, the elastic cushion block 4 and the ejector rod 3 are arranged on the lower template 1, the ejector rod 3 is arranged in the elastic cushion block 4 in a penetrating mode, and the lower backing plate 5 is fixedly arranged at the end portion of the ejector rod 3; in the drawing process, the tube bottom 142 is simultaneously abutted against the punch 8 and the lower bolster 5.

The edge of the lower template 1 is fixedly provided with a guide pillar 2 matched with the relative position of the auxiliary lower template 1 and the upper template 13, and the guide pillar 2 penetrates through the upper template 13 and is in sliding butt joint with a guide sleeve 12 fixedly arranged on the upper template 13.

(6) after the drawing stroke of the plate reaches 60mm, the male die 8 drives the cylindrical part to move upwards, and the fan-shaped female die sliding block 7 slides in the direction far from the central axis of the cylindrical part along the radial direction of the cylindrical part in the contact plane of the fan-shaped female die sliding block and the female die supporting seat 6 under the action of the radial resilience force far from the central axis of the cylindrical part, which is generated by the resilience of the side wall 141 of the cylindrical part;
