Abstract
The invention discloses a double-oven spraying production line and a process, which sequentially comprise a dust remover, a spraying machine, a double-bin vertical drier and a four-bin vertical drier along the production line; the inlet end of the dust remover is connected with a conveyor; a double-speed conveyor is connected between the spraying machine and the double-bin vertical dryer, and a transition conveyor is connected between the double-bin vertical dryer and the four-bin vertical dryer, so that the occupied space of production is reduced, and the operation of the whole paint spraying process is simple; and through the following steps: a. feeding; b. workpiece dust removal: c. reciprocating spraying; d. carrying for the first time; e. second conveying; g. drying in four bins: the workpiece completes the paint drying process in the four-bin vertical dryer, completes the double-oven spraying process, and improves the production efficiency.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of household decorative plate spraying, in particular to a double-oven spraying production line and a double-oven spraying process.
Background
Generally, panel furniture is required to be coated with a layer of paint or other coatings on the surface of the panel furniture to protect the product and enhance the aesthetic effect of the product, and in a traditional manual coating production line, the coated paint has long drying time, high requirement on operation skills and higher difficulty of quality control points, so the production efficiency is low.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a double-oven spraying production line of an embodiment of the first aspect, which sequentially comprises a dust remover, a spraying machine, a double-bin vertical dryer and a four-bin vertical dryer along the production line; the inlet end of the dust remover is connected with a conveyor; a double-speed conveyor is connected between the spraying machine and the double-bin vertical dryer, and a transition conveyor is connected between the double-bin vertical dryer and the four-bin vertical dryer.
According to some embodiments of the invention, a first volatilization flat bin and a first hot air drying bin are arranged in the double-bin vertical dryer, and the first volatilization flat bin are independent.
According to some embodiments of the invention, a second flat evaporation bin, a second hot air drying bin, a third hot air drying bin and a cooling bin which are independent from each other are arranged in the four-bin vertical dryer.
According to a second aspect of the invention, the double-oven spraying process comprises the following steps:
a. feeding;
b. workpiece dust removal: the workpiece is sent into the dust remover, and the dust remover removes dust on the upper surface and four sides of the workpiece and removes static electricity on the surface of the workpiece;
c. reciprocating spraying: the workpiece after dust removal is sent into the spraying machine, and the spraying machine carries out reciprocating spraying operation on the upper surface and four sides of the workpiece;
d. first conveying: after the spraying of the workpiece is finished, the workpiece enters the double-speed conveyor at a constant speed, and the double-speed conveyor speeds up to send the workpiece into the double-bin vertical dryer;
e. and (3) second conveying: the transition conveyor conveys the workpieces in the double-bin vertical dryer into the four-bin vertical dryer;
f. drying in four bins: and (3) finishing the paint drying process of the workpiece in the four-bin vertical dryer, and finishing the spraying process of the double oven.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the method further comprises a step g, wherein the step g is located between the step d and the step e:
g. and conveying the workpiece into a double-bin vertical dryer, leveling the inside of the first volatilization flow leveling bin, and performing primary drying in the first volatilization flow leveling bin.
According to some embodiments of the invention, step f comprises:
f. leveling the workpiece in the first volatilization leveling bin;
f. the workpiece is respectively dried in the second hot air drying bin and the third hot air drying bin;
f. the workpiece is cooled in the cooling bin.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, after the conveyor is full of workpieces in step a, the conveyor stops rotating, and waits for the conveyor to rotate again after the subsequent equipment finishes processing, so as to receive the loading.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the workpieces enter the double-speed conveyor at a constant speed after finishing spraying in the step d, when all the workpieces are conveyed to the double-speed conveyor, the double-speed conveyor speeds up to convey the workpieces into the double-bin vertical dryer, the speed of the double-speed conveyor when the speed of the double-speed conveyor is increased is set to be four to five times of the whole linear speed, and after the conveying is finished, the double-speed conveyor slows down to be consistent with the whole linear working speed, and receives the next workpiece again.
The invention has at least the following beneficial effects:
the production line adopts the above design, reduces the occupied space of production, makes the whole paint spraying process operation simple, and improves production efficiency.

Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a dual-oven coating line includes a dust remover 100, a coating machine 200, a dual-bin vertical dryer 300, and a four-bin vertical dryer 400 in sequence along the line; the inlet end of the dust remover 100 is connected with a conveyor 500; a double-speed conveyor 600 is connected between the coating machine 200 and the double-bin vertical dryer 300, and a transition conveyor 700 is connected between the double-bin vertical dryer 300 and the four-bin vertical dryer 400.
The double-bin vertical dryer 300 is internally provided with a first volatilization flow leveling bin 310 and a first hot air drying bin 320, and the first volatilization flow leveling bin 310 and the first hot air drying bin 320 are mutually independent.
The vertical four-bin dryer 400 is provided with a second flat volatilization bin 410, a second hot air drying bin 420, a third hot air drying bin 430 and a cooling bin 440 which are independent of each other.
Referring to fig. 1, in a first embodiment:
a double-oven spraying process comprises the following steps:
a. feeding;
b. workpiece dust removal: the workpiece is sent into a dust remover 100, the dust remover 100 removes dust on the upper surface and four sides of the workpiece, and simultaneously removes static electricity on the surface of the workpiece;
c. reciprocating spraying: the workpiece after the dust removal work is sent into a spraying machine 200, and the spraying machine 200 performs reciprocating spraying operation on the upper surface and four sides of the workpiece;
d. first conveying: after the spraying of the workpiece is finished, the workpiece enters a double-speed conveyor 600 at a constant speed, and the double-speed conveyor 600 speeds up to send the workpiece into a double-bin vertical dryer 300;
g. leveling: the workpiece is fed into the double-bin vertical dryer 300, leveled inside the first volatilization leveling bin 310, and subjected to preliminary drying in the first hot air drying bin 320.
e. And (3) second conveying: the transition conveyor 700 feeds the work in the double-bin vertical dryer 300 into the four-bin vertical dryer 400;
f. drying in four bins: the workpiece completes the paint drying process in the four-bin vertical dryer 400, completing the double oven spray coating process.
Referring to fig. 1, embodiment two:
a double-oven spraying process comprises the following steps:
a. feeding;
b. workpiece dust removal: the workpiece is sent into a dust remover 100, the dust remover 100 removes dust on the upper surface and four sides of the workpiece, and simultaneously removes static electricity on the surface of the workpiece;
c. reciprocating spraying: the workpiece after the dust removal work is sent into a spraying machine 200, and the spraying machine 200 performs reciprocating spraying operation on the upper surface and four sides of the workpiece;
d. first conveying: after the spraying of the workpiece is finished, the workpiece enters a double-speed conveyor 600 at a constant speed, and the double-speed conveyor 600 speeds up to send the workpiece into a double-bin vertical dryer 300;
e. and (3) second conveying: the transition conveyor 700 feeds the work in the double-bin vertical dryer 300 into the four-bin vertical dryer 400;
f. drying in four bins:
f1. the workpiece is leveled inside the first volatilization leveling bin 310;
f2. the workpiece is respectively dried in a second hot air drying bin 420 and a third hot air drying bin 430;
f2. the workpiece is cooled in a cooling chamber 440.
In the first and second embodiments, the length of the conveyor 500 is designed to be 2 meters, the circumference of the belt is 4 meters, and the length of the workpiece is 4 meters; after the conveyor 500 is full of workpieces in the step a, the conveyor 500 stops rotating, and the conveyor 500 rotates again after the subsequent equipment finishes processing to receive feeding.
In the first and second embodiments, the workpieces enter the double-speed conveyor 600 at a constant speed after being sprayed in step d, when all the workpieces are conveyed to the double-speed conveyor 600, the double-speed conveyor 600 is accelerated to convey the workpieces into the double-bin vertical dryer 300, the speed of the double-speed conveyor 600 is set to be four to five times of the whole linear speed, and after the conveying is completed, the double-speed conveyor 600 is decelerated to be consistent with the whole linear working speed, and the next workpiece is received again.
The production line adopts the above design, reduces the occupied space of production, makes the whole paint spraying process operation simple, and improves production efficiency.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. A double-oven spraying production line is characterized by comprising a dust remover (100), a spraying machine (200), a double-bin vertical dryer (300) and a four-bin vertical dryer (400) in sequence along the production line; the inlet end of the dust remover (100) is connected with a conveyer (500); a double-speed conveyor (600) is connected between the coating machine (200) and the double-bin vertical dryer (300), and a transition conveyor (700) is connected between the double-bin vertical dryer (300) and the four-bin vertical dryer (400).
2. The double-oven spraying production line of claim 1, wherein a first volatilization leveling bin (310) and a first hot air drying bin (320) are arranged in the double-bin vertical dryer (300), and the first volatilization leveling bin (310) are independent from each other.
3. The double-oven coating production line of claim 1, wherein a second evaporation leveling bin (410), a second hot air drying bin (420), a third hot air drying bin (430) and a cooling bin (440) which are independent of each other are arranged in the four-bin vertical dryer (400).
4. A double oven coating process, characterized in that a double oven coating line according to any one of claims 1 to 3 is used, comprising the following steps:
a. feeding;
b. workpiece dust removal: the workpiece is sent into the dust remover (100), the dust remover (100) removes dust on the upper surface and four sides of the workpiece, and static electricity on the surface of the workpiece is removed;
c. reciprocating spraying: the workpiece after dust removal is sent into the spraying machine (200), and the spraying machine (200) performs reciprocating spraying operation on the upper surface and four sides of the workpiece;
d. first conveying: after the spraying of the workpiece is finished, the workpiece enters the double-speed conveyor (600) at a constant speed, and the double-speed conveyor (600) speeds up to send the workpiece into the double-bin vertical dryer (300);
e. and (3) second conveying: the transition conveyor (700) conveys the workpieces in the double-bin vertical dryer (300) into the four-bin vertical dryer (400);
f. drying in four bins: and the workpiece completes the paint drying process in the four-bin vertical dryer (400) to complete the double-oven spraying process.
5. The dual oven spray process of claim 4, further comprising step g, wherein step g is located between step d and step e:
g. and conveying the workpiece into a double-bin vertical dryer (300), leveling the inside of the first volatilization leveling bin (310), and performing primary drying in the first volatilization leveling bin (310).
6. The dual oven spray process of claim 4, wherein step f comprises:
f1. the workpiece is leveled in the first volatilization leveling cabin (310);
f2. the workpiece is respectively dried in a second hot air drying bin (420) and a third hot air drying bin (430);
f2. the workpiece is cooled in a cooling chamber (440).
7. The dual-oven coating process of claim 4, wherein in the step a, after the conveyor (500) is full of workpieces, the rotation of the conveyor (500) is stopped, and the conveyor (500) is rotated again to receive the loading after the subsequent equipment is finished.
8. The double-oven spraying process according to claim 4, wherein in the step d, the workpieces enter the double-speed conveyor (600) at a constant speed after being sprayed, when all the workpieces are conveyed to the double-speed conveyor, the double-speed conveyor (600) accelerates to convey the workpieces into the double-bin vertical dryer (300), the speed of the double-speed conveyor (600) is set to be four to five times of the whole linear speed when the speed is increased, and after the conveying is finished, the double-speed conveyor (600) decelerates to be consistent with the whole linear working speed, and receives the next workpiece again.
