Description

Electronic device and information reproduction control method
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an electronic device and a method for controlling information reproduction, and more particularly, to an electronic device and a method for controlling information reproduction, which can provide effective information to a user in a timely manner.
Background
In recent years, with the popularization of various social software SNS (Social Networking Services), communication is performed by transmitting and receiving information using social software between electronic devices having a data communication function such as a smart phone, a personal computer, and an in-vehicle device, and the communication has become an indispensable part of public daily life.
When receiving the information of the contact object, the user arranges and displays or plays the information according to the received time sequence through the social software. As shown in fig. 11, the display screen of the social software in the smart phone is displayed in a display screen in an arrangement manner from top to bottom according to the time sequence of each piece of information received from the contact object, the information received first is displayed above the screen, the information received later is displayed below the screen, and the information received last is displayed at the lowest of the screens. As shown in the figure, the information a is received before the information B, so the information a is displayed above the information B. As shown in the figure, the information received from the contact object may be text information such as information a and information B, or may be voice information such as a dialog box, and the user may perform playback of the voice information by clicking the dialog box. In addition, after the dialog box of the voice information is shown, a dot is used for marking the voice information which is not clicked or not played, and when the voice information is played, the dot disappears, so that a user can judge whether the voice information is played or not by whether the dot is marked. In addition, in order to facilitate the user to continuously listen to the voice messages, the social software automatically and continuously plays the voice messages according to the sequence of the time of receiving the messages.
In addition, for text information such as information a and information B in fig. 11, the social software may also convert text information into speech information for playing, and especially when the user is driving the vehicle, it is inconvenient to watch text information, and at the same time, it is inconvenient to click on received speech information, and when receiving speech information/text information from the social software, it is set to receive and play, and the received information is played sequentially according to the time sequence of the reception.
When the information is played in the order of the receiving time, as shown in fig. 11, the information a from the contact object is played first, and then the information B is played, as shown in the figure, the information B is a correction to the content of the information a, that is, the contact object finds that the content is wrong after sending the information a, and then sends the information B to perform the correction on the content. However, the user as the information receiving side must listen to the information a whose content is wrong before listening to the information B whose content is corrected after a plurality of pieces of information are separated, and therefore, the user cannot acquire the correct and valid information as early as possible. Moreover, the user listens to the information with the error content, which wastes time, delays the playing of other meaningful effective information, is meaningless, and the user can start to use the information with the error content, so that greater trouble and inconvenience are caused.
In addition, for the contact object transmitting the information, the duration of the play interval between the information of the content correction and the information of the content correction is not known by the information receiver, so if the user as the information receiver receives a plurality of information from a plurality of contact objects in the same time period, the information is played according to the receiving time sequence of all the received information, then the time interval from the information A of the content correction to the information B of the content correction is longer, and the plurality of contact objects are switched, even if the information B of the content correction is played, the user may not know what relationship is exactly between the information B and the information A, and the correct effective information is missed.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the drawings, embodiments and specific examples. The following description is merely an example for facilitating understanding of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. In a specific embodiment, the components of the apparatus may be changed, deleted or added according to the actual situation, and the steps of the method may be changed, deleted, added or added according to the actual situation.
First, an electronic device 100 according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 3. The electronic device 100 of the present embodiment is an in-vehicle electronic device as an example. Fig. 1 is a block diagram showing the configuration of an electronic device 100 according to the present embodiment, and as shown in the figure, the electronic device 100 according to the present embodiment includes: communication means 1, reproduction means 2, unrenewed information detection means 3, extraction means 4, and reproduction control means 5.
The communication unit 1 is composed of a module having a communication function, and can directly communicate with the outside. Alternatively, the communication unit 1 may perform communication with an external or other electronic device by establishing a wired or wireless connection with the other electronic device (e.g., a smart phone) having a data communication function, and receive data information from the external or other electronic device. In the present embodiment, the communication unit 1 can receive text information, voice information, video call information, and the like from the contact object of the user, and after the reception of the above information, the information is temporarily stored in a storage unit (not shown) in the form of a buffer.
The reproduction unit 2 reproduces information. Different reproduction modes are adopted according to different information types. The display and reproduction of the text and image information, the audio reproduction of the audio information, and the display and audio reproduction of the video information are combined.
Here, in the case of performing display reproduction, the reproduction unit 2 includes a display unit (not shown), and may be configured by a display device such as LCD (Liquid Crystal Display), an organic EL (Electro Luminesence) panel, or a plasma screen. In the case of performing audio playback, the playback unit 2 is provided with devices such as an amplifier and a speaker for performing audio output, and performs audio/video playback output by operating on audio/video information.
The electronic device 100 of the present embodiment is an in-vehicle electronic device mounted in a vehicle, and the playback unit 2 further includes a conversion module that converts text information into voice information. In the process of driving the vehicle, the user can not conveniently watch or operate the text information from the contact object, so that when the text information is received, the text information is converted into voice information to be directly played and output, the safe driving is ensured, and the user can conveniently obtain the content of the text information from the contact object.
The unrenewed information detecting unit 3 is an application specific integrated circuit or a CPU function module, and detects unrenewed information. The unrenewed information detecting unit 3 of the present embodiment detects unrenewed information by whether or not the received text information or voice information is played and output. As shown in fig. 11, in the display screen of the received information, if the dialog box representing the voice information is not clicked or not played, a colored dot is marked and displayed at the back of the dialog box, if the user clicks to operate the dialog box to play the voice information, the dot at the back of the dialog box of the voice information disappears, indicating that the voice information has been operated or played, and the user can determine whether the voice information has been listened to or not by whether the dot is marked at the back of the dialog box of the voice information. Similarly, the unrenewed information detecting unit 3 detects in real time whether the speech information has been played and outputted by the reproducing unit 2 or whether operations such as click deletion have been performed, and detects in real time whether the text information has been displayed or converted into speech information for play and outputted, to obtain unrenewed information.
The extracting unit 4 extracts a plurality of pieces of associated unrenewed information from among the unrenewed information detected by the unrenewed information detecting unit 3. Regarding whether or not a plurality of pieces of information are associated, it is first determined whether or not the pieces of information are from the same contact object, where the same contact object may be the same contact person or the same contact group (a plurality of contact person compositions), because there is a high possibility that the pieces of information from the same contact object are associated with each other. Then, it is determined whether or not the plurality of pieces of information are received within a predetermined time range based on the reception time of the plurality of pieces of information, for example, the predetermined time may be set to 1 day, and there is a high possibility that the plurality of pieces of information received in 1 day are correlated.
In addition, whether or not there is a relationship between the plurality of pieces of information may be further determined whether or not there is a relationship between the contents of the plurality of pieces of information. The semantic analysis of each piece of information can be performed, and whether the content of the information is related or similar or not can be judged by detecting whether the same specific keywords are contained in each piece of information or not, and whether the content of the information is aimed at the same topic/event or the like can be judged.
The regeneration control unit 5 is composed of a general computer, and has therein a bus (not shown) for connecting these components, for example, CPU, ROM, EEPROM, RAM, I/O. And a reproduction control unit 5 for integrating the plurality of pieces of information extracted by the extraction unit 4 and having no reproduction associated therewith, and controlling the reproduction unit 2 to reproduce the integrated information. There are various ways of integrating information and controlling reproduction, and detailed descriptions will be given below in the detailed description.
Next, a processing method of the electronic device 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 2 and 3. Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a method for controlling information reproduction of the electronic device 100 according to the present embodiment, and fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of integrated information of the electronic device 100 according to the present embodiment.
The electronic device 100 in the present embodiment is an in-vehicle electronic device, and can receive information from a contact object in a vehicle by social software installed therein, and can transmit information to the contact object. The vehicle-mounted electronic device converts the received text information into voice information, and then plays and outputs the voice information through the system sound of the vehicle-mounted electronic device. After a user logs in the social software account on the vehicle-mounted electronic machine, the user can receive and send information with the contact object in the social software, and play and regenerate automatically when receiving the information from the contact object.
Here, the in-vehicle electronic device may receive a plurality of information from a plurality of contact objects in a period of time, and then the in-vehicle electronic device may sequentially play the information through the in-vehicle audio device according to the sequence of the information receiving time, so that the user may listen to the information from the contact objects without operation.
In addition, as described above, in the process of playing one information, the vehicle-mounted electronic machine may also receive other information, and the other information needs to be played after the information in the current playing is played, so that the information to be played is the information which is not regenerated in the invention. As shown in fig. 2, in step S101, unrenewed information to be played is detected. Here, for unrenewed information to be played, the source of each information, i.e., from which contact object, can be extracted, and at the same time, the reception time of each information can also be acquired. As shown in fig. 11, a plurality of pieces of voice information and text information are received from the same contact object, and a dot mark is displayed behind the dialog box of the voice information, which indicates that the voice information is not operated or not played, and the time of receiving the information is also displayed on the display screen. However, in the in-vehicle electronic device according to the present embodiment, the screen as shown in fig. 11 is not displayed on the in-vehicle display screen, but is operated and managed in the system background of the in-vehicle electronic device.
In step S101, the above unrenewed information, information source information, reception time information, and the like are stored. In addition, the detection of unrenewed information can be updated in real time or in a certain time, and the new information to be played is added when the new information appears, and the information which is played and output is deleted when the new information appears.
In step S102, it is determined whether or not there are a plurality of pieces of information associated with the unrenewed information stored in step S101, and the pieces of information are extracted. In the present embodiment, first, unrenewed information is classified according to the contact object of each source, and then, if there are a plurality of unrenewed information for the same contact object, it is determined whether or not the intervals of the reception times of the plurality of unrenewed information are within a predetermined time range. Finally, a determination is made as to whether or not a plurality of unrenewed information pieces within a predetermined time range are associated with each other in the content at the intervals of the reception time.
Here, as shown in fig. 11, the user receives voice information/text information from the same contact object. As shown in the figure, the received information is displayed in a sequence of the receiving time from top to bottom. The text information is not converted into the speech information and is played, and the information belongs to unrenewable information, and the receiving time interval of the information is within a preset time range of 1 hour, and finally, whether the content of the unrenewable information is related or not is judged.
As shown in fig. 3, in unrenewed information, whether or not a plurality of unrenewed information are related is determined by whether or not the same or similar predetermined characters/words are included in the information. As shown in the figure, the information a and the information B may represent received text information or may represent content of received voice information, and if the default predetermined word/word includes "telephone", "number" and a number sequence of consecutive predetermined digits (8-bit or 11-bit), the information a and the information B having the same predetermined word/word at the same time or partially have the same predetermined word/word are determined to be associated unrenewed information (yes in step S102), and the process proceeds to step S103, otherwise, the interval of the receiving time of the information from different contact objects exceeds the predetermined time range, and a plurality of unrenewed information not including the same or similar predetermined word/word is not associated with each other (no in step S102), and all the processes are ended, and the reproduction is performed in the original playing manner/playing order.
In step S103, a plurality of pieces of information related to the unrenewed information are integrated, and the integrated information is then reproduced. As shown in fig. 3, the information a and the information B are determined to be associated unrenewed information, and the information a and the information B are integrated after being extracted. As shown, information a and information B may be combined into new information C, which is then reproduced.
There are many ways of integrating a plurality of pieces of unrenewed information, and the integration will be described further in the following embodiments as long as the original meaning is not changed in terms of content.
Therefore, the user can acquire a plurality of pieces of information which are related and not regenerated as soon as possible, the interval is not needed to be too long, and the acquisition efficiency of the effective information is greatly improved.
Next, an electronic device 200 according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 4 to 6. Fig. 4 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the electronic device 200 according to the present embodiment, and further includes a determination unit 6 as compared with the electronic device 100 according to the first embodiment, as shown in the drawing.
The judgment unit 6 is constituted by an application specific integrated circuit or a CPU functional module, and judges whether or not there is a difference in predetermined content among a plurality of pieces of associated unrenewable information extracted by the extraction unit 4. The predetermined content may be content set by default by the electronic device 200, for example, information such as a name, address, and telephone, or information such as a specific name, which is set by the user according to personal needs. The judgment unit 6 extracts predetermined contents from a plurality of pieces of associated unrenewed information, respectively, and judges whether the predetermined contents are identical or similar.
Next, a processing method of the electronic device 200 according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 5 and 6. Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a method for controlling information reproduction in the electronic device 200 according to the present embodiment, and fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of integrated information according to the present embodiment.
In the process flow of the present embodiment, steps S201 to S202 are identical to steps S101 to S102 in the process flow of the electronic device 100 of the first embodiment, and are not described here.
When a plurality of pieces of information related to unrenewable information are detected in step S202 (yes in step S202), the flow proceeds to step S203, otherwise, all the flows are ended, and reproduction is performed in accordance with the original playback method and playback sequence.
In step S203, it is determined whether or not a plurality of pieces of associated unrenewed information differ in predetermined content. As shown in fig. 6, since the information a and the information B are two pieces of unrenewed information that are associated, the two pieces of information are detected and extracted, respectively, for predetermined content. In the present embodiment, the predetermined content is a name, address, and telephone number set by default, telephone numbers having 8-digit sequences in information a and information B are identified based on keyword analysis, and then the two telephone numbers are compared to determine whether they are identical. As shown in the figure, the telephone numbers in the identified information a and information B are different (yes in step S203), and the process proceeds to step S204, otherwise, all the processes are ended, and reproduction is performed in accordance with the original playback mode/playback order.
In step S204, the information a and the information B are integrated by using the telephone number of the information B received later as the predetermined content. In the integrated information D, the telephone number of the information a received first as the prescribed content is deleted, the content is analyzed to obtain the meaning to be expressed by the information a and the information B, then the information D as shown in the figure is integrated, and the information D is played and output.
Here, the keyword analysis may be performed on a plurality of pieces of information related to unrenewed, and if the pieces of information are included in the post-received information, for example, "correction", "error", "re" or the like, it is possible to determine that predetermined content in the post-received information is correct and valid information.
Therefore, the user can acquire effective correct information from a plurality of related unrenewed information in time, and the wrong specified content information is not required to be regenerated, so that the regeneration time is saved, and the information regeneration efficiency is further improved.
Next, an electronic device 300A according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 7 to 8. Fig. 7 is a block diagram of the electronic device 300A according to the present embodiment. As shown in the figure, the electronic device 100 according to the first embodiment further includes a predetermined reproduction time acquisition unit 7.
The predetermined reproduction time acquisition unit 7 is a predetermined reproduction time for acquiring unrenewed information extracted by the extraction unit 4. As shown in fig. 11, the length of time for playing the voice information is displayed after the received voice information dialog box, for example, 9 ", which means that the playing time is 9 seconds, and also for the text information, after converting into the voice information, the length of time for playing the text information can be calculated according to the number of words and the reading speed of each word. And then according to the sequence of the receiving time of the information, obtaining how much information is expected to be played before the related unrenewed information extracted by the extracting unit 4, and adding the playing time lengths of all the information to be played which is arranged in front to obtain the preset reproducing time of the unrenewed information, namely the waiting time length. For example, as shown in the figure, the predetermined reproduction time of the information B is the sum of the play durations of 4 pieces of information received before the information B, that is, the time period during which the information B needs to wait until the 4 pieces of information are played is the time period during which the information B starts to play.
Here, fig. 11 shows only a case where information from the same contact object is continuously played, and if the information is played in the order of reception without limiting the contact object, the predetermined playback time of the unrenewed information is calculated by adding the play time lengths of all the information to be played received before the unrenewed information extracted by the extracting unit 4.
Next, a processing method of the electronic device 300A according to the third embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 8. Fig. 8 is a flowchart of a method of controlling information reproduction in the electronic apparatus 300A according to the present embodiment.
In the process flow of the present embodiment, steps S301 to S302 are identical to steps S101 to S102 in the process flow of the electronic device 100 of the first embodiment, and are not described in detail here.
When a plurality of pieces of information related to unrenewable information are detected in step S302 (yes in step S302), the flow proceeds to step S303, otherwise, all the flows are ended, and reproduction is performed in accordance with the original playback method and playback sequence.
In step S303, a predetermined reproduction time period of the extracted plurality of pieces of information related to unrenewed information is acquired, and it is determined whether or not the predetermined reproduction time period distance is equal to or longer than a predetermined time period. The predetermined time may be a fixed time period set by default, for example, 10 minutes, or may be a time period which varies according to the situation of the user, for example, 5 minutes, and the predetermined time period is set to be within 5 minutes. If the predetermined reproduction time distance of the plurality of pieces of information related to unrenewed information is equal to or longer than the predetermined time (yes in step S303), the flow proceeds to step S304, otherwise, all the processes are ended, and reproduction is performed in accordance with the original playback mode/playback order.
In step S304, a plurality of pieces of information related to unrenewed information whose predetermined playback time exceeds the current predetermined time are integrated, and then playback processing is preferentially performed. Here, before the current prescribed time, a plurality of pieces of information related to unrenewed are integrated, played and output in preference to other pieces of information to be played.
Thus, the user can acquire the related unrenewed information within a specified time, and can know the contents of a plurality of pieces of related unrenewed information as soon as possible, thereby improving the effective information reproduction efficiency.
Further, an electronic device 300B according to a modification of the third embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 9 to 10. Fig. 9 is a block diagram of the electronic device 300B according to the present modification. As shown in the figure, the electronic device 300A according to the third embodiment further includes a predetermined arrival time acquisition means 8 for a predetermined point.
The predetermined arrival time acquisition means 8 acquires a predetermined time for reaching the predetermined point, and the predetermined point may be a destination set by the user, or a destination, or a point included in the information received from the contact object, and calculates the predetermined time for reaching the predetermined point based on the current location and the movement speed.
Next, a processing method of the electronic device 300B according to the modification will be described in detail with reference to fig. 10. Fig. 10 is a flowchart of a method of controlling information reproduction in the electronic apparatus 300B according to the present modification.
In the processing flow of the present modification, steps S401 to S402 are identical to steps S301 to S302 in the processing flow of the electronic device 300A of the third embodiment, and are not described here.
When a plurality of pieces of information related to unrenewable information are detected in step S402 (yes in step S402), the flow proceeds to step S403, otherwise, all the flows are ended, and reproduction is performed in accordance with the original playback method and playback sequence.
In step S403, the obtained predetermined reproduction time of the plurality of pieces of associated unrenewable information is compared with the obtained predetermined time to the predetermined place, and when the predetermined reproduction time of the plurality of pieces of associated unrenewable information is after the predetermined time to the predetermined place (yes in step S403), the routine proceeds to step S404, otherwise, all the processes are terminated, and reproduction is performed in accordance with the original playback mode/playback order.
In step S404, a plurality of pieces of associated unrenewed information having a predetermined playback time that is later than the predetermined time for reaching the predetermined location are integrated, and the integrated information is preferentially subjected to playback processing. Here, before a predetermined time reaches a predetermined place, a plurality of pieces of information related to unrenewed information are integrated, played and output in preference to other pieces of information to be played.
