The invention has the advantages of water saving and environmental protection.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of sewage treatment, and particularly relates to a kitchen water ash water treatment and recycling system.
Background
Sewage is the effluent from life and production that is contaminated to some extent. The water which loses the original use function is called sewage for short. Mainly used water in daily life, which contains more organic matters and is easy to treat, and the wastewater or sewage is recycled in a production system or in miscellaneous daily life after secondary treatment and advanced treatment, which is called sewage recycling. The sewage reuse range is wide, and the supply water and the domestic water of the water body are recycled in industry. The sewage reuse can not only effectively save and utilize limited and precious fresh water resources, but also reduce the discharge amount of waste water or sewage, lighten the pollution of water environment, relieve the overload phenomenon of urban drainage pipelines, and have obvious social benefit, environmental benefit and economic benefit. However, the conventional sewage treatment system usually treats sewage through the anoxic tank, the aerobic tank and the reaction tank, and the treatment effect is poor.

The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme: a kitchen water ash water treatment and recycling system is characterized by comprising a water collecting tank, a water supply system, a water drainage system, a full-automatic constant-temperature oil residue removing system, a dosing system, an ash water collecting system and an ash water treatment system, the water supply system comprises a negative pressure variable frequency booster pump or not, the water drainage system comprises canteen water, floor water and fire water, the water for the canteen enters an ash water collecting system through a full-automatic constant-temperature oil residue removing device, the ash water collecting system is processed and purified by an ash water treatment system and is supplied to secondary water of each floor through an ultrasonic metering automatic control electric valve and a check valve, the full-automatic constant-temperature oil residue removing device carries out secondary treatment on the grey water to carry out dry-solid treatment on the sludge and transport the sludge outside, the grey water is reused again and flows into a grey water collecting system which collects the sewage again and carries the sludge for dry-solid treatment and transportation.
In the kitchen water ash water treatment and recycling system, a dosing device for processing is arranged between the ash water collecting system and the ash water collecting system.
In the kitchen water ash water treatment and recycling system, fire-fighting water remote transmission metering is arranged between the urban water and the fire-fighting water.
In the kitchen water ash water treatment and recycling system, remote metering of each floor is arranged between the water for the floor and the water for the city.

The device fully utilizes the discharged ash water and sewage, recovers and reutilizes the ash water and sewage, has high water resource utilization rate, small occupied area of equipment facilities, full automatic control operation, good effluent quality, modular combination, simple process, convenient management, low input cost and low operating cost.

The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and are further described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
As shown in figure 1, the kitchen water ash water treatment and recycling system comprises a water collecting tank, a water supply system, a water drainage system, a full-automatic constant-temperature oil residue removing system, a dosing system, an ash water collecting system and an ash water treatment system, wherein the water supply system comprises a non-negative-pressure variable-frequency booster pump, the water drainage system comprises canteen water, floor water and fire water, fire water is remotely metered between the city water and the fire water, each floor is remotely metered between the floor water and the city water, the canteen remote metering is arranged between the canteen water and the city water, the amount of the ash flowing out is accurately controlled by the fire water remote metering, each floor remote metering and the canteen remote metering, the canteen water enters the ash water collecting system through a full-automatic constant-temperature oil residue removing device, the ash water collecting system is processed and purified by the ash water treatment system and is supplied to each floor for secondary water through an ultrasonic metering automatic control electric valve and a check valve, the full-automatic constant-temperature oil residue removing device carries out secondary treatment on the ash water to dry and solidify the sludge and transport the sludge outside, ultrasonic remote transmission metering is arranged between the full-automatic constant-temperature oil residue removing device and an ash water collecting system, the ash water is recycled and flows into the ash water collecting system, the ash water collecting system collects the sewage again, dries and solidifies the sludge and transports the sludge outside, a dosing device for processing is arranged between the ash water collecting system and the ash water collecting system, rainwater, air conditioning water, hand washing water, tea water, canteen water and the like are recovered and treated through the ash water treating system, impurities, organic microorganisms, inorganic pollutants, peculiar smell, chromaticity, detergents and the like in an intercepted and adhered water body are effectively removed, and the intercepted and marked water is reused for flushing toilets, washing vehicles, mopping and greening, so that the device is water-saving and environment-friendly.
In more detail, the water collection tank collects water and supplies it to secondary water for each floor, and the water collection tank delivers overflow rainwater to the next water collection tank.
In order to increase the corrosion resistance, the integral structure is made of 304 stainless steel, so that the corrosion resistance is high, the unique design and manufacture are realized, and the integral structure has the advantages of equipment integration, process modularization, water quality optimization, control intellectualization, integral miniaturization and the like.

A kitchen water ash water treatment and recycling system is characterized by comprising a water collecting tank, a water supply system, a water drainage system, a full-automatic constant-temperature oil residue removing system, a dosing system, an ash water collecting system and an ash water treatment system, the water supply system comprises a negative pressure variable frequency booster pump or not, the water drainage system comprises canteen water, floor water and fire water, the water for the canteen enters an ash water collecting system through a full-automatic constant-temperature oil residue removing device, the ash water collecting system is processed and purified by an ash water treatment system and is supplied to secondary water of each floor through an ultrasonic metering automatic control electric valve and a check valve, the full-automatic constant-temperature oil residue removing device carries out secondary treatment on the grey water to carry out dry-solid treatment on the sludge and transport the sludge outside, the grey water is reused again and flows into a grey water collecting system which collects the sewage again and carries the sludge for dry-solid treatment and transportation.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein a dosing device is disposed between the grey water collecting system and the grey water collecting system.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein fire water is remotely metered between the municipal water and the fire water.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein remote metering is provided between the water used in the floors and the city water.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein a remote canteen meter is provided between the canteen water and the city water.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein ultrasonic remote measurement is provided between the automatic constant temperature oil residue removing device and the grey water collecting system.
7. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the water collecting tank collects water and supplies it to the secondary water of each floor, and the water collecting tank sends the overflow rainwater to the next water collecting tank.
