a first pneumatic cylinder 232 is started, the first pneumatic cylinder 232 can adjust the height of the first glue solution guide pipe 211, a second pneumatic cylinder 233 is started, and the second pneumatic cylinder 233 can adjust the height of the second glue solution guide pipe 221;
when the tape passes through the glue scraping platform 31, the height of the glue scraping plate 322 is adjusted through the telescopic cylinder 323, and the height difference between the bottom of the glue scraping plate 322 and the upper surface of the tape is the glue solution thickness value;
when the scraping plate 322 moves, the support spring 334 always presses the bottom of the L-shaped trimming plate 332 against the upper surface of the scraping platform 31, and the glue solution higher than the thickness value of the glue solution is removed through the scraping plate 322 and the L-shaped trimming plate 332;
the removed glue solution enters a glue solution recovery box 41, when the tape paper in the previous glue spraying device 20 is transferred to the next glue spraying device 20, the electric cylinder 421 drives the scraper 422 to move so as to scrape the overflowing glue solution onto the weighing plate 433, at this time, the weight sensor 432 transmits the weight data of the overflowing glue solution to the PLC controller, the PLC controller controls the next glue spraying device 20 to continuously spray glue when the weight data of the overflowing glue solution is smaller than a set value, and controls the next glue spraying device 20 to stop working when the weight data of the overflowing glue solution is larger than or equal to the set value;
after the overflowed glue solution is weighed, the air cylinder 434 at one end of one glue solution recycling box 41 drives the L-shaped sealing plate 431 to move outwards, the overflowed glue solution is reset after entering the pressurizing transmission box 441, the heater 442 heats the glue solution to increase the fluidity of the glue solution, the air pump 443 pressurizes the inside of the pressurizing transmission box 441, the overflowed glue solution enters the second glue solution tank 223 through a pipeline, and the overflowed glue solution in the other glue solution recycling box 41 can be transmitted to the first glue solution tank 213.

the glue solution quality measuring component (43) comprises an L-shaped sealing plate (431) which is arranged on the outer wall of a glue solution recovery box (41) and extends to the inside, the L-shaped sealing plate (431) is used for sealing the communication position of a pressurizing transmission box (441) and the glue solution recovery box (41), a weight sensor (432) arranged on the L-shaped sealing plate (431), a weighing plate (433) arranged on the weight sensor (432), and a cylinder (434) which is arranged on the side wall of the L-shaped sealing plate (431) and has an execution end penetrating through the L-shaped sealing plate (431) and connected with one end of the glue solution recovery box (41).
