In another example of the present embodiment, a pipeline for connecting the water tank of the cleaning device and the water storage tank 20 of the base station 1 is connected to the first water pump, and a magnetic directional valve is disposed on a connection pipeline with the first water pump, an input end of the magnetic directional valve is communicated with the water pump, two output ends of the magnetic directional valve are respectively communicated with the pipeline for connecting the water tank of the cleaning device and the pipeline for connecting the water spray nozzle, so that the first water pump supplies water to the water spray nozzle and the water tank of the cleaning device by switching a conduction direction of the magnetic directional valve.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the electrolyzed water assembly 30 of the present embodiment is disposed at a position near the bottom of the water storage tank 20, so as to ensure that the tap water in the water storage tank 20 can be electrolyzed by the electrolyzed water assembly 30 even when the water level in the water storage tank 20 is low, thereby ensuring that the tap water in the water storage tank 20 has a sterilization effect. The water storage tank 20 of the present embodiment includes a cylinder 21 and a cover 22, the cylinder 21 is a cylindrical structure, one end of the cylindrical structure is provided with an opening, the cover 22 is connected to the opening of one end of the cylinder 21 in an openable manner, and the specific connection manner may be a rotatable connection or a detachable connection, so that the opening of one end of the cylinder 21 is in an open state by opening the cover 22, and the electrolyzed water assembly 30 at the bottom of the cylinder 21 is further operated.
Referring to fig. 4 to 7, in the water storage tank 20 of the present embodiment, a mounting seat 211 is provided on an inner side wall of a bottom of the cylinder 21 in a protruding manner, and a mounting groove is provided in the mounting seat 211. The electrolytic water component 30 comprises a base 31 and a cover plate 32, wherein an opening is formed in the top end of the base 31, and the bottom end of the base 31 is inserted into the mounting groove, so that the electrolytic water component is fixedly mounted. The cover plate 32 covers the opening at the top end of the base 31, and a plurality of water holes 321 are formed in the cover plate 32. Tap water in the water storage tank 20 can enter the cavity between the base 31 and the cover plate 32 through the water through holes 321 on the cover plate 32, so as to be electrolyzed, and tap water with a sterilization effect is formed.
Specifically, the outer peripheral surface of the base 31 of the electrolytic water module 30 of the present embodiment has a substantially square structure, and two elastic members 313 are provided on two side surfaces of the square structure that face each other, respectively, and the two elastic members 313 are provided on the circumferential outer side wall of the base 31 and are spaced apart by 180 ° in the circumferential direction. When electrolytic water subassembly 30 pegs graft in the mounting groove, elastic component 313 receives the inside wall of mounting groove and electrolytic water subassembly 30's circumference lateral wall's coextrusion and takes place to warp, produces radial direction's elastic force to with base 31 joint in the mounting groove, realize that electrolytic water subassembly 30 and mount pad 211 within a definite time are connected fixedly. In other examples of the present embodiment, the elastic member 313 may be provided only on one of the side walls of the outer peripheral surface of the base 31 of the electrolyzed water assembly 30, or the elastic member 313 may be provided on any pair of the side walls provided to face each other.
The elastic member 313 of the present embodiment is a deformable elastic sheet, the elastic sheet includes an elastic portion 3131 and a holding portion 3132, the elastic portion 3131 is formed by bending and extending the bottom of the electrolytic water assembly 30 toward the top, and the elastic portion 3131 is compressed and deformed by the inner side wall of the mounting groove and the circumferential outer side wall of the electrolytic water assembly 30, and is engaged in the mounting groove. The grip 3132 is provided at the tip of the elastic portion 3131 and abuts against the opening end face of the mounting groove. When the base 31 needs to be removed from the mounting groove of the mounting seat 211, the two side grips 3132 are pressed together to move the grips 3132 on the two sides of the base 31 relatively closer to each other, so that the elastic portion 3131 is further compressed to form a gap with the inner wall of the mounting groove, and the base 31 is taken out from the mounting groove of the mounting seat 211.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, the electrolytic water assembly 30 of the present embodiment includes a first electrode plate 33 and a second electrode plate 34 disposed opposite to each other, and the first electrode plate 33 and the second electrode plate 34 are disposed in a cavity between the base 31 and the cover plate 32. One of the first electrode plate 33 and the second electrode plate 34 is connected with the positive electrode of the power supply, and the other of the first electrode plate 33 and the second electrode plate 34 is connected with the negative electrode of the power supply, so that a potential difference is formed between the first electrode plate 33 and the second electrode plate 34, and then the electrolyzed water in the water storage tank 30 is electrolyzed, and tap water with a sterilization function is formed.
Specifically, the first electrode plate 33 and the second electrode plate 34 of the present embodiment have the same structure, and include a base material, the base material is a plate-shaped structure made of a titanium metal material, the surface of the base material is provided with a coating, and the coating material may be one or more of platinum, ruthenium, iridium, and other elements, and has excellent corrosion resistance and chemical stability. The first electrode plate 33 is connected with the positive electrode of a power supply, the second electrode plate 34 is connected with the negative electrode of the power supply, direct current is simultaneously introduced into the first electrode plate 33 and the second electrode plate 34, tap water in the water storage tank 20 can be electrolyzed, components with strong oxidizing property such as hypochlorous acid, chloric acid, hydrogen peroxide, ground state oxygen and the like can be generated in electrolyte, and the sterilization effect on microorganisms such as bacteria, mold, yeast and the like is strong. Partial areas or all areas of the first electrode plate 33 and the second electrode plate 34 may be provided with meshes through which the electrolyzed solution passes, thereby realizing exchange flow between the electrolyzed aqueous solution and tap water in the water storage tank 20.
Further, the top of the water storage tank 30 of the present embodiment is provided with a water inlet, which can be connected with a tap water pipe, so that tap water automatically enters the water storage tank 30. Meanwhile, an electromagnetic valve is further disposed at the water inlet of the water storage tank 30, and the electromagnetic valve is used for controlling the opening/closing of the water inlet. In the present embodiment, a first water level detection switch for detecting a low water level in the water storage tank 30 is provided at the bottom or lower portion of the water storage tank 30, and a second water level detection switch for detecting a high water level in the water storage tank 30 is provided at the top of the water storage tank 30. Through setting up first water level detection switch, can detect whether the water level in the storage water tank 30 is less than minimum water level line, when first water level detection switch detects that the water level in the storage water tank 30 is less than minimum water level line, then control the water pump and close to avoid the water pump unloaded. Through setting up second water level detection switch, can detect whether the water level in the storage water tank 30 exceeds the early warning value, when the water level in second water level detection switch detection storage water tank 30 exceeds the early warning value, then close the water inlet through the solenoid valve, stop to the water injection in the storage water tank 30, prevent that the running water from overflowing in the storage water tank 30.
Further, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, in order to facilitate connection between the first electrode plate 33 and the second electrode plate 33 and the power supply, respectively, the first power supply column 35 and the second power supply column 36 are spaced apart from each other on the inner sidewall of the bottom of the water storage tank 20 according to the present embodiment. The first power supply column 35 is fixed to the inner side wall of the bottom of the water storage tank 20 through threaded connection and is electrically connected with the first electrode plate 33, and the second power supply column 36 is fixed to the inner side wall of the bottom of the water storage tank 20 through threaded connection and is electrically connected with the second electrode plate 34. A first through hole (not shown) and a second through hole (not shown) for the first power supply column 35 and the second power supply column 36 to respectively penetrate are formed in the base 31, when the base 31 is inserted into the mounting groove of the mounting seat 211, the first power supply column 35 penetrates through the first through hole and is abutted to a first conductive ring 37 in the base 211, and meanwhile, the first conductive ring 37 is electrically connected with the first electrode plate 33, so that the first electrode plate 33 is powered through the first power supply column 35; meanwhile, the second power supply column 36 passes through the second through hole and abuts against the second conductive ring 38 in the base 211, and meanwhile, the second conductive ring 38 is electrically connected with the second electrode plate 34, so that power is supplied to the second electrode plate 34 through the second power supply column 36. Meanwhile, the first power supply column 35 and the second power supply column 36 can also play a role in positioning and installing the electrolyzed water assembly 30.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the electrolytic water module 30 of the present embodiment is provided with a first mounting portion 311 and a second mounting portion 312 at the bottom thereof. The bottom of the mounting seat 211 is provided with a partition 212, the partition 212 divides the bottom of the mounting seat 211 into a first slot and a second slot, and the electrolytic water assembly 30 can be positioned and mounted by inserting the first mounting part 311 into the first slot and inserting the second mounting part 312 into the second slot.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, the first sealing ring 314 engaged with the inner sidewall of the first slot is annularly disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the first mounting portion 311 of the present embodiment, and the first slot and the first mounting portion 311 are connected and sealed by the first sealing ring 314, so as to prevent the tap water in the water storage tank 20 from leaking to the first power supply column 35 through the gap between the first slot and the first mounting portion 311, thereby preventing potential safety hazards. The outer peripheral surface of the second mounting portion 312 is provided with a second sealing ring 315 engaged with the inner sidewall of the second slot. The second sealing ring 315 is used to seal the second slot and the second mounting portion 312, so as to prevent the tap water in the water storage tank 20 from leaking to the second power supply column 36 through the gap between the second slot and the second mounting portion 312, thereby preventing potential safety hazards.

Claims (10)

1. A base station for a cleaning apparatus, comprising:
a housing;
the water storage tank is connected with the shell or is a part of the shell, and the water storage tank is used for supplementing water and/or cleaning the cleaning equipment;
the electrolytic water assembly is clamped in the water storage tank in a detachable mode and is used for electrolyzing water in the water storage tank.
2. The base station of claim 1, wherein a mounting groove is formed in the water storage tank, at least one elastic member is arranged on the circumferential outer side wall of the electrolyzed water assembly, and the electrolyzed water assembly is inserted into the mounting groove and enables the elastic member to be in a compressed state.
3. The base station of a cleaning apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the number of the elastic members is two, and two of the elastic members are provided on a circumferential outer side wall of the electrolyzed water assembly at an interval of 180 ° in a circumferential direction of the electrolyzed water assembly.

The base station of the cleaning device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the elastic member is a deformable elastic piece, the elastic piece comprises an elastic part and a holding part, the elastic part is formed by bending and extending the bottom of the electrolyzed water assembly towards the top, the elastic part is compressed and deformed under the combined action of the inner side wall of the installation groove and the circumferential outer side wall of the electrolyzed water assembly, and the holding part is arranged at the top end of the elastic part and is abutted against the opening end face of the installation groove.

The base station of claim 2, wherein the electrolyzed water assembly comprises a first electrode plate and a second electrode plate that are oppositely disposed, one of the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate is connected to a positive pole of a power supply, and the other of the first electrode plate and the second electrode plate is connected to a negative pole of the power supply.

The base station of a cleaning appliance of claim 5, wherein the electrolyzed water assembly further comprises a first power supply column and a second power supply column, the first power supply column being in electrical communication with the first electrode plate, the second power supply column being in electrical communication with the second electrode plate.

The base station of the cleaning device as claimed in claim 2, wherein a first mounting portion and a second mounting portion are arranged at the bottom of the electrolyzed water assembly, a partition plate is arranged at the bottom of the mounting groove and divides the bottom of the mounting groove into a first slot and a second slot, the first mounting portion is inserted into the first slot, and the second mounting portion is inserted into the second slot.
8. The base station of claim 7, wherein the first installation part is annularly provided at an outer circumferential surface thereof with a first sealing ring engaged with an inner sidewall of the first installation groove, and the second installation part is annularly provided at an outer circumferential surface thereof with a second sealing ring engaged with an inner sidewall of the second installation groove.
9. The base station of the cleaning device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the electrolyzed water assembly comprises a base and a cover plate, one end of the base is provided with an opening, the other end of the base is inserted into the mounting groove, the cover plate covers the opening at the one end of the base, and the cover plate is provided with at least one water through hole.
10. Cleaning system, characterized in that it has a base station of a cleaning device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, which cleaning system also has a cleaning device which cooperates with the base station of the cleaning device for replenishing and/or cleaning the cleaning device.
