The invention discloses a transaction method and a system based on a block chain, wherein the method adopts real-name authentication to register information on block chain link points, the block chain link points comprise at least one first block chain node, two credible block chain nodes and one second block chain node, and a consensus request is achieved between every two nodes by establishing an intelligent contract; the first block link node transacts with the second block link node through the trusted block link node; verifying and covering a digital certificate on order information and commodity information which are qualified through verification by the trusted block link point pairs; and the trusted block chain link point supervises the whole transaction process in real time, limits illegal operation, scores credit evaluation, marks the violation of rules for one time for nodes lower than a credit evaluation scoring threshold value, and pulls the nodes with the number of times exceeding the violation of rules into a blacklist. The block chain-based transaction method and system provided by the invention are used for protecting the safe and reliable operation of the whole transaction process.
