Description

Food material management method for refrigerator and refrigerator
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of household appliances, in particular to a food material management method of a refrigerator and the refrigerator.
Background
At present, a multi-compartment refrigerator having a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) function can intelligently manage food stored therein.
In the related art, food material management for freezing compartments of a multi-compartment refrigerator has been achieved. An antenna is arranged in the freezing chamber and connected with the RFID module. After the door of the freezing compartment is closed, the refrigerator can identify a tag attached to the food material through the antenna and acquire food material data on the tag, the food material data including an identifier indicating a kind of the food material. Thus, the refrigerator can know the food in the freezing chamber.
However, since the antenna in the freezing chamber may identify the tags of the food materials in other chambers, such as the refrigerating chamber or the temperature-changing chamber, and classify all the identified food materials into the freezing chamber, it is impossible to accurately know which food materials are included in the freezing chamber, i.e., it is impossible to accurately manage the food materials in the chambers.

Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a food material management method for a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the method may include:
201. after a door closing signal of the refrigerator is detected, the RFID tag corresponding to each food material in each compartment of the refrigerator is detected, and a first food material identification set is obtained.
When a door closing signal of the refrigerator is detected and it is determined that the doors of all the compartments are closed, the RFID processing module may control the RFID detection module arranged in the refrigerator to detect the RFID tag corresponding to each food material in each compartment, so as to obtain the first food material identifier set.
In a specific implementation, after detecting a door closing signal of the refrigerator, the RFID processing module instructs the RFID detection module connected thereto to identify an RFID tag corresponding to each food material included in each compartment, so as to obtain a food material identifier of each food material. The tag includes a food material identification, such as an Electronic Product Code (EPC), that uniquely identifies the food material. After the RFID detection module detects the food material identifier of the food material, the food material identifier can be sent to the RFID processing module. The RFID processing module may duplicate all the received food material identifiers to obtain a first food material identifier set, and store the first food material identifier set for subsequent use.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, the door closing signal of the refrigerator is detected, specifically, the door closing signal may be detected by detecting a magnetic sensitive switch, a mechanical switch, and the like of the compartment, which is not limited herein.
202. And determining the food materials taken out of the refrigerator and/or the food materials put into the refrigerator according to the comparison result of the first food material identification set and the second food material identification set.
After obtaining the first food material identifier set, the RFID processing module may compare the first food material identifier set with a food material identifier set, that is, a second food material identifier set, obtained when the refrigerator was last closed. And determining the food material taken out of the refrigerator and/or the food material put into the refrigerator according to the comparison result.
Specifically, if the second food material identifier set is a proper subset of the first food material identifier set, that is, the first food material identifier set includes the second food material identifier set, and the two sets are different, it is determined that the operation is to place food material, and the food material identifiers of the food material placed in the refrigerator are a third food material identifier set, where the third food material identifier set is an absolute complement of the second food material identifier set in the first food material identifier set. If the first food material identification set is a proper subset of the second food material identification set, that is, the second food material identification set contains the first food material identification set, and the two sets are different, it is determined that the operation is to take out food material, and the food material identification of the food material taken out of the refrigerator is a fourth food material identification set, which is an absolute complement of the first food material identification set in the second food material identification set. And if the first food material identification set is the same as the second food material identification set, the refrigerator determines that the food materials are not taken or placed from the refrigerator. If the first set of food material identifications is not a subset of the second set of food material identifications, two situations are included: the first food material identification set and the second food material identification set have an intersection, or the first food material identification set and the second food material identification set do not have an intersection, it is determined that the food material is put in and taken out in the operation, the food material identification of the food material taken out of the refrigerator is a fifth food material identification set, and the food material identification of the food material put in the refrigerator is a sixth food material identification set.
Under the condition that the first food material identification set and the second food material identification set have intersection, the fifth food material identification set is contained in the second food material identification set and is not contained in the first food material identification set; the sixth set of food material identifiers is included in the first set of food material identifiers and is not included in the second set of food material identifiers. And under the condition that the first food material identification set and the second food material identification set are not intersected, the fifth food material identification set is the second food material identification set, and the sixth food material identification set is the first food material identification set.
For example, assuming that the first set of food material identifiers is { a, B, C, D }, and the second set of food material identifiers is { a, B, C }, the refrigerator may determine that the third set of food material identifiers of the food materials put into the refrigerator is { D } when { a, B, C } is determined to be a proper subset of { a, B, C, D }.
For another example, assuming that the first set of food material identifiers is { a, B, C }, and the second set of food material identifiers is { a, B, C, D }, the refrigerator may determine that the fourth set of food material identifiers of the food materials taken out of the refrigerator is { D } when { a, B, C } is determined to be a proper subset of { a, B, C, D }.
For another example, assuming that the first food material identifier set is { a, B, C }, and the second food material identifier set is { a, B, D }, the refrigerator may determine that a fifth food material identifier set of the food material taken out of the refrigerator is { D }, and a sixth food material identifier set of the food material put into the refrigerator is { C }, when it is determined that the { a, B, C } and the { a, B, D } have an intersection.
For another example, assuming that the first food material identifier set is { a, B, C }, and the second food material identifier set is { D }, the refrigerator may determine that the fifth food material identifier set of the food material taken out of the refrigerator is { D }, and the sixth food material identifier set of the food material put into the refrigerator is { a, B, C }, when it is determined that { a, B, C } and { D } are not intersected.
203. And determining the compartment to which the food material taken out of the refrigerator and/or the food material put into the refrigerator belongs according to the number of the door closing signals and the storage conditions of the food materials in the preset time period.
Optionally, for any food material taken out of the refrigerator, the refrigerator may determine that the food material belongs to the first compartment when determining that the food material identifier of the food material is contained in the database of the first compartment. The database of the chamber is used for storing the food material information of the chamber.
It can be understood that after the refrigerator determines the compartment to which the food material taken out of the refrigerator belongs, the food material identifier of the food material taken out of the refrigerator can be deleted from the database of the corresponding compartment, so as to facilitate the automatic management of the food material of the compartment.
For example, assuming that the fourth set of food material identifiers of the food material retrieved from the refrigerator is determined to be { D }, the refrigerator may determine that the food material corresponding to D belongs to the refrigerating compartment when it is determined that the food material identifier D is contained in the database of the refrigerating compartment.
Optionally, after the compartment to which the food material put into the refrigerator belongs is determined, the refrigerator may add the food material identifier of the food material put into the refrigerator to the database of the corresponding compartment.
Optionally, the specific process of determining the compartment to which the food material put into the refrigerator belongs by the RFID processing module is as follows:
for any food material put in the refrigerator, if the number of the detected door closing signals in the preset time period is only one, such as only the door closing signal of the target compartment is detected, the food material can be determined to belong to the target compartment.
And if the number of the door closing signals in the preset time period comprises at least two, determining the compartment to which the put food belongs according to whether the at least two compartments comprise the variable temperature compartment and the storage condition of the food put into the refrigerator. Specifically, if the at least two compartments do not include the temperature-changing compartment, the RFID processing module may determine that the food material belongs to the first compartment when determining that the storage condition of the food material put into the refrigerator meets the storage condition of the first compartment (that is, the storage temperature of the food material is within the temperature range of the first compartment), and the at least two compartments include the first compartment. In a specific implementation, a cold-storage food material database and a frozen food material database can be pre-stored in a refrigerator according to the storage habits of users and the storage conditions of food materials, and each database comprises a plurality of food materials. Thus, for any food material placed in the refrigerator, the refrigerator can determine that the food material belongs to the refrigeration compartment when determining that the food material is contained in the refrigerated food material database. Alternatively, the refrigerator may determine that the food material belongs to the freezing compartment when it is determined that the food material is contained in the freezing food material database.
If the at least two compartments include the temperature-changing compartment, the refrigerator may determine that the food material placed into the refrigerator belongs to the first compartment when it is determined that the storage conditions of the at least two compartments are different from each other and the storage conditions of the food material placed into the refrigerator meet the storage conditions of the first compartment, and the specific implementation manner is not described again. Alternatively, when it is determined that the storage conditions of the two compartments are the same, the compartment to which the inserted food belongs may be determined according to a confirmation operation by the user. In a specific implementation, for any food material put into a refrigerator, assuming that the refrigerator detects a door closing signal of three compartments of cold storage, freezing and temperature changing, when the refrigerator determines that the food material is contained in a certain food material database, for example, in a case of the food material database contained in the cold storage, if two compartments with the same storage conditions are determined to be freezing compartments (that is, the refrigerator includes one freezing compartment, and the temperature changing compartment currently operates in a freezing mode), the refrigerator may determine that the food material belongs to the cold storage compartment. If it is determined that two existing compartments with the same storage conditions are cold storage compartments (that is, the refrigerator includes one cold storage compartment, and the temperature-changing compartment currently operates in a cold storage mode), the refrigerator may determine whether the food material belongs to the cold storage compartment or the temperature-changing compartment according to a confirmation operation of a user, for example, through a voice interaction manner.
It can be understood that the refrigerator may determine the operation mode of the temperature-changing compartment according to the temperature fed back by the indoor temperature sensor in the temperature-changing compartment, or according to the mode of obtaining the operation mode set by the temperature-changing compartment from the main control board.
For example, assuming that the third food material identifier set of the food material put into the refrigerator is determined to be { D }, the refrigerator may determine that the food material corresponding to D belongs to the refrigerating chamber when only the door closing signal of the refrigerating chamber is detected within the predetermined time period.
For another example, assuming that the third food material identifier set of the food materials put into the refrigerator is determined to be { D }, when the refrigerator detects a door closing signal of two compartments (such as a refrigerating compartment and a freezing compartment) within a predetermined time period and the two compartments do not include a temperature-changing compartment, it is determined that the food material corresponding to D belongs to the refrigerating compartment according to the fact that the food material corresponding to D is included in the cold meal food material database.
For another example, if it is determined that the third food material identifier set of the food materials put into the refrigerator is { D }, the refrigerator may detect a door closing signal of two compartments (e.g., a temperature changing compartment and a refrigerating compartment) within a predetermined time period, and when the two compartments include the temperature changing compartment, if the operation mode of the temperature changing compartment is a freezing mode and the food material corresponding to D is contained in the refrigerating food material database, it is determined that the food material corresponding to D belongs to the refrigerating compartment. If the operation mode of the variable-temperature chamber is a refrigerating mode and the food material corresponding to the D is contained in the refrigerating food material database, the refrigerator can determine whether the food material corresponding to the D belongs to the refrigerating chamber or the variable-temperature chamber according to the voice input of the user.
According to the food material management method for the refrigerator, after the refrigerator detects a door closing signal, the RFID tag corresponding to each food material in each compartment of the refrigerator is detected, a first food material identification set is obtained, food materials taken out of the refrigerator and/or food materials put into the refrigerator are determined according to the comparison result of the first food material identification set and the food material identification set obtained when the refrigerator is closed last time, namely a second food material identification set, and finally the compartment to which the food materials taken out of the refrigerator and/or the food materials put into the refrigerator belong is determined according to the number of the door closing signals and the storage conditions of the food materials in a preset time period. Therefore, compared with the prior art that the food materials are managed only by means of antenna identification, the method and the device can determine the compartment to which each stored food material belongs, and improve the accuracy of food material management.
