The hydraulic control integral multi-way valve has the following defects:

(2) the function modules cannot be adjusted and added according to the actual requirements on the site;
(3) the troubleshooting is difficult, the requirement on the quality of maintenance personnel is high, and the later maintenance cost is high.

the oil inlet of the long-ship traveling multi-way valve is connected with the oil inlet of the short-ship traveling multi-way valve of the multi-way valve connecting plate, and the oil outlet of the short-ship traveling multi-way valve is connected with the oil return port of the short-ship traveling multi-way valve of the multi-way valve bottom plate;
the overflow valves are arranged at an overflow oil inlet and an overflow oil return port of the bottom plate of the multi-way valve, and the pile pressing multi-way valve, the walking long ship multi-way valve and the walking short ship multi-way valve are all communicated with the overflow valves;
and the unloading valve is arranged on the multi-way valve connecting plate, and the pile pressing multi-way valve, the walking long ship multi-way valve and the walking short ship multi-way valve are all communicated with the unloading valve.

The oil inlet 121 of the long walking ship, the oil inlet 123 of the short walking ship and the oil inlet 125 of the pile pressing are respectively connected with an oil pump, one-way valves which are internally arranged in the multi-way valve connecting plate 12 are respectively arranged between the oil inlet 121 of the long walking ship and the oil pump, between the oil inlet 123 of the short walking ship and the oil pump and between the oil inlet 125 of the pile pressing and the oil pump, the oil outlet of the hydraulic pump is separated from the system and the pump by the one-way valves, when the hydraulic pump is started, hydraulic oil discharged by the pump can enter the hydraulic system through the one-way valves, and the system is still in a pressure maintaining state when the pressure load of the system suddenly rises or is powered off by the one-way valves; the oil pump can be prevented from being damaged due to backflow of oil of the hydraulic system, certain accidents are avoided, and pressure oil in the system can not be lost when the pump is disassembled.
The pile pressing multi-way valve 2 is locked on the multi-way valve connecting plate 12 through screws, an oil inlet of the pile pressing multi-way valve 2 is connected with a pile pressing oil inlet 125 of the multi-way valve connecting plate 12, and an oil outlet of the pile pressing multi-way valve 2 is connected with a pile pressing oil return port 126 of the multi-way valve connecting plate 12.
The long-ship traveling multi-way valve 3 is fixedly locked on the multi-way valve connecting plate 12 through screws, an oil inlet of the long-ship traveling multi-way valve 3 is connected with a long-ship traveling oil inlet 121 of the multi-way valve connecting plate 12, and an oil outlet of the long-ship traveling multi-way valve 3 is connected with a long-ship traveling oil return port 122 of the multi-way valve connecting plate 12.
The traveling short ship multi-way valve 4 is fixedly locked on the multi-way valve connecting plate 12 through a screw, an oil inlet of the traveling long ship multi-way valve 3 is connected with an oil inlet 123 of a traveling short ship of the multi-way valve connecting plate 12, and an oil outlet of the traveling short ship multi-way valve 3 is connected with an oil return port 124 of the traveling short ship of the multi-way valve connecting plate 12.
The overflow valves 5 are arranged at an overflow oil inlet and an overflow oil return port of the multi-way valve connecting plate 12, and the pile pressing multi-way valve 2, the walking long ship multi-way valve 3 and the walking short ship multi-way valve 4 are all communicated with the overflow valves 5.
The unloading valve 6 is arranged at the rear end of the multi-way valve connecting plate 12, and the pile pressing multi-way valve 2, the long walking ship multi-way valve 3 and the short walking ship multi-way valve 4 are all communicated with the unloading valve 6.
