The door-closing detection sensor and the terminal motion sensor detect the positions of the door washing mechanism 20 and the second terminal 40, so that the door washing mechanism 20 is closed and the first terminal 30 and the second terminal 40 are aligned when the power supply part 50 supplies power, and the safety of power supply is ensured.
The specific selection of the door closing detection sensor and the terminal motion sensor can be selected according to actual situations, and in the embodiment, a travel switch is adopted as the door closing detection sensor and the terminal motion sensor. In this embodiment, the door washing mechanism 20 is provided with the latch hook 22, and correspondingly, the whole machine 10 is provided with the latch hook groove 12, and the latch hook 22 can extend into and be clamped in the latch hook groove 12, so that the door washing mechanism 20 is in the closed position. The safety switch 80 in this embodiment is a normally open switch, that is, when the control structure does not control the safety switch 80 to act, the safety switch 80 is kept in an open state, at this time, the second terminal 40 and the power supply component 50 are always in a non-conducting state, and only when the control structure controls the safety switch 80 to act, the safety switch 80 is switched to a closed state, and the second terminal 40 is only conducted with the power supply component 50, so that the second terminal 40 can be ensured to be electrified only after being docked in place, and is always powered off when being undocked or undocked, thereby ensuring safety. Of course, the safety switch 80 may be any other type of switch as desired.
The embodiment also provides a control method of the washing device, which is implemented by adopting the washing device, as shown in fig. 6, and includes: detecting whether the door washing mechanism 20 is closed in place, and moving the second terminal 40 to the docking position after the door washing mechanism 20 is closed in place; detecting whether the second terminal 40 moves to the docking position; if the second terminal 40 is judged to move to the abutting position, the power supply part 50 supplies power to the second terminal 40, and the second terminal 40 is electrified so that the second terminal 40 is conducted with the first terminal 30, and the whole machine 10 supplies power to the door washing mechanism 20; if it is determined that the second terminal 40 has not moved to the docking position, the power supply unit 50 does not supply power to the second terminal 40, and the power supply flow of the second terminal 40 is terminated. The control method controls the movement of the second terminal 40 according to the closing condition of the door body washing mechanism 20 when the washing device is used, and then controls the power supply condition according to the position condition of the second terminal 40, so that the door body washing mechanism 20, the second terminal 40 and the like are ensured to move in place when power is supplied to the door body washing mechanism 20, the situation that power is supplied to the second terminal 40 under the condition that the door body washing mechanism is not in place or the door body washing mechanism is not in butt joint is prevented, and the situation that personnel gets an electric shock is caused is avoided, and the electric safety is improved.
In this embodiment, the control method further includes: if it is determined that the door washing mechanism 20 is not closed in place, the second terminal 40 is kept at the avoidance position, and the power supply flow of the second terminal 40 is terminated, so that the second terminal 40 is not electrified at this time, further, the safety of personnel is ensured, and the situation of electric shock is avoided.
In this embodiment, the control method further includes an alarm step, if it is determined that the door washing mechanism 20 is not closed in place, an alarm device of the washing device alarms; and/or if it is determined that the second terminal 40 has not moved to the docked position, an alarm device of the washing apparatus alarms. Thus, when the door washing mechanism 20 is not closed in place or the second terminal 40 is not moved in place, the alarm device can give an alarm in time to prompt, so that personnel can check and remove faults in time.
The control method of the present embodiment further includes: if it is determined that the second terminal 40 moves to the abutting position, the safety switch 80 of the washing device is closed, so that the power supply component 50 supplies power to the electric device of the door washing mechanism 20 through the second terminal 40 and the first terminal 30, and the electric device of the door washing mechanism 20 is powered on through the second terminal 40 and the first terminal 30, so that the on-off of the safety switch 80 is matched with the position of the second terminal 40, the situation that the second terminal 40 is electrified when not moved in place to cause electric shock is avoided, and safety is further ensured.
Whether the door washing mechanism 20 of the present embodiment is closed in place is detected by a door closing detection sensor, and similarly, whether the second terminal 40 is moved to the docking position is detected by a terminal movement sensor, so the control method of the present embodiment further includes: the door closing detection sensor of the door body washing mechanism 20 detects whether the door body washing mechanism 20 is closed in place and sends a door body switching signal to the control structure of the washing device, and the control structure judges the state of the door body washing mechanism 20 according to the door body switching signal and controls the second terminal 40 to move to the docking position after the door body washing mechanism is closed in place. The terminal motion sensor of the door washing mechanism 20 detects whether the second terminal 40 moves to the abutting position and sends a terminal motion signal to the control structure, the control structure receives the terminal motion signal, determines the position of the second terminal 40 according to the terminal motion signal control, controls the safety switch 80 to be closed after the second terminal 40 abuts against the first terminal 30, and the power supply part 50 supplies power to the second terminal 40.
It should be noted that, in the above embodiments, a plurality refers to at least two.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
1. the problem that potential safety hazards exist when a main power supply of a machine body of the washing device in the prior art supplies power to door electric appliance parts is solved;
2. the outer barrel washing cavity and the door washing cavity can respectively wash different clothes according to the needs, so that the effects of classified washing and synchronous washing are realized;
3. the movable second terminal can realize the butt joint and disconnection with the first terminal, and the effect that the power supply part of the whole machine supplies power to the electric device of the door body washing mechanism is realized;
4. the movable second terminal can be retracted into the whole machine, so that the problem of electrical safety is avoided, the safety problems of touching or subsequent short circuit and the like caused by opening and closing of a door by personnel can be prevented, and the safety of the personnel and equipment is ensured;
5. the door body washing mechanism, the second terminal and the like are guaranteed to move in place when power is supplied to the door body washing mechanism, so that the situation that personnel are shocked due to the fact that the second terminal is electrified when the door body washing mechanism is not docked in place or docking is not started is prevented, and the electrical safety is improved;
6. the on-off of the safety switch is matched with the position of the second terminal, and the safety switch is closed only after the second terminal is in butt joint with the first terminal, so that the situation of electric shock caused by the fact that the second terminal is electrified without moving in place is avoided, and the safety is further guaranteed.

the second terminal (40) is arranged on the other one of the door body washing mechanism (20) and the whole machine (10) and is connected with an electric device in a structure where the second terminal (40) is arranged, wherein the electric device of the whole machine (10) comprises a power supply component (50), the position of the second terminal (40) is adjustably arranged on the structure where the second terminal (40) is arranged, the second terminal (40) is provided with a butt joint position and an avoidance position, when the door body washing mechanism (20) closes the opening, the second terminal (40) is arranged at the butt joint position and can be in contact conduction with the first terminal (30), and when the door body washing mechanism (20) is away from the opening, the second terminal (40) is retracted into the structure where the door body washing mechanism is arranged and is switched to the avoidance position;
the washing apparatus further includes:
a control structure electrically connected to the power supply unit (50);
the terminal motion sensor is arranged on the whole machine (10) and is electrically connected with the control structure and is used for detecting whether the second terminal (40) is at the butt joint position or not;
