Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of electric appliances, in particular to a washing device with a door body washing function.

Background

The types of washing devices are various, and in the case of washing machines, the functions of the washing machines are continuously updated to meet the use requirements of users. Users generally tend to wash small clothes such as underwear and socks separately from large clothes, and therefore, some manufacturers propose a drum washing machine with a door body washing mechanism, which is mainly used for washing small clothes, so that when washing in a drum, the door body washing mechanism can also wash the small clothes synchronously, thereby improving the washing efficiency, ensuring that the small clothes and other large clothes are washed separately, and avoiding pollution.

The drum washing machine generally adopts a water (air) inlet and outlet mode of a hidden pipeline through a pivoting structure between a door body washing mechanism and the whole machine. As can be seen from the above, the problem of poor butt joint reliability between the door body washing mechanism and the whole machine exists in the prior art.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a washing device with a door body washing function, and aims to solve the problem that in the prior art, the butt joint reliability between a door body washing mechanism and a whole machine is poor.

The flange 12 is provided with a recess in which the seal 30 is located and at least a portion of the seal 30 extends from the mouth of the recess. Specifically, the flange 12 is provided at an end of the first counterpart 10 near the second communication hole 21. Thus, after the first butt joint member 10 is inserted into the second communication hole 21, the sealing member 30 on the flange 12 can seal the inlet end of the first butt joint member 10, and prevent water or gas from remaining in the gap between the first butt joint member 10 and the second communication hole 21, thereby ensuring the sealing effect.

In the present embodiment, the sealing member 30 is a rubber packing.

As shown in fig. 1, 6 to 7, the door washing mechanism 50 includes a decorative panel 51, an auxiliary door 52, a door structure 53, and a glass bowl 54. Specifically, the inner space of the glass bowl 54 serves as a door washing chamber 55. The whole machine 40 of the drum washing machine has an opening 41 and a tub washing chamber 42 communicating with the opening 41. An input port for inputting laundry is opened in the upper half of the decorative plate 51. The auxiliary door 52 is openably and closably connected to the decorative plate 51 so that the auxiliary door 52 can escape from or block the input opening. A driving motor is provided below the glass bowl 54 for driving the water flow to rotate and thus wash the laundry. The water in the outer barrel washing cavity 42 and the water in the door body washing cavity 55 are not communicated with each other, so that small clothes in the door body washing cavity 55 are prevented from being polluted. When the outer tub washing chamber 42 is needed for washing, the door washing mechanism 50 is opened, the laundry is put into the outer tub washing chamber 42 from the opening 41, and the door washing mechanism 50 is closed to perform washing.

In this embodiment, the first butt joint part 10 of the butt joint assembly is disposed on the door body structure 53 of the door body washing mechanism 50, and the second butt joint part 20 of the butt joint assembly is disposed on the whole machine 40.

In the present embodiment, the first docking member 10 is integrally formed with the door washing mechanism 50. Specifically, the first docking member 10 is integrally formed with the door body structure 53. The integrally formed connection mode can enable the first butt joint piece 10 to have enough strength, and the service life of the first butt joint piece 10 is guaranteed.

When it is necessary to open the door washing mechanism 50 with respect to the whole machine 40, the lock attachment 70 releases the locking so that the door washing mechanism 50 moves in a direction away from the opening 41.

In this embodiment, when only the tub washing compartment 42 is operated, the lock attachment 70 is locked, and the user can normally use the door washing compartment 55. the first butt piece (10) is provided with a first through hole (11);

the second docking member (20) has a second communication hole (21), and at least a part of the first docking member (10) is inserted into the second communication hole (21) to communicate the first communication hole (11) with the second communication hole (21);

the second docking member (20) comprises:

a base (22);

a plurality of connecting columns (23), wherein the connecting columns (23) are arranged on the base (22) at intervals, each connecting column (23) is provided with a second communication hole (21) and penetrates through the base (22), and the second communication holes (21) comprise at least one inlet communication hole and at least one outlet communication hole;

the first butt joint pieces (10) are columnar and are multiple, and the first butt joint pieces (10) are correspondingly inserted into the second communication holes (21) one by one;

the washing device with the door body washing function further comprises a sealing element (30), a flange (12) is arranged on the periphery of the first butt joint piece (10), a groove is formed in the flange (12), the sealing element (30) is positioned in the groove, and at least one part of the sealing element (30) extends out of the groove opening of the groove.

2. The washing device with the door washing function as claimed in claim 1, wherein a fixing hole (221) is further formed in the base (22), and a fastener penetrates through the fixing hole (221) to be connected with the whole machine (40) or the door washing mechanism (50).

The washing device with a door body washing function according to claim 1, wherein the sealing element (30) is arranged between the first butt joint piece (10) and the second butt joint piece (20), and when the first butt joint piece (10) and the second butt joint piece (20) are plugged in place, the sealing element (30) connects the first butt joint piece (10) and the second butt joint piece (20) in a sealing manner.

The washing device with the door body washing function according to claim 3, wherein the sealing member (30) is continuously arranged along the periphery of the first butt piece (10) to abut between the inner wall of the second communication hole (21) and the outer peripheral surface of the first butt piece (10) after the first butt piece (10) and the second butt piece (20) are inserted in place.
