Technical Field
The invention relates to a clothes treatment device in a household appliance, in particular to a clothes treatment device which is provided with a non-porous roller and has a drying function, in particular to a roller type washing and drying integrated machine of which the roller is composed of the non-porous roller without dewatering holes, and particularly relates to a ventilation valve which is applied to an air inlet and an air outlet of the roller of the clothes treatment device.
Background
With the progress of the living standard of people, equipment such as a washing and drying all-in-one machine and a clothes dryer with a clothes drying function gradually enter the public families. However, in the existing washing and drying integrated machine, clothes dryer and other devices, an air duct is generally connected to an outer cylinder, and a fan is arranged in the air duct to draw out wet hot air in the outer cylinder, so as to reduce humidity in the cylinder and dry clothes.
Washing machines are largely classified into pulsator type, pulsator type and drum type washing machines. Generally, a washing machine removes stains from laundry by the action of water and detergent.

Preferably, in order to ensure the sealing and fitting performance of the annular blocking rib 511 on the valve plate, a radially extending connecting rib may be arranged on the inner periphery of the annular blocking rib to improve the fitting and sealing performance of the valve plate.
In this embodiment, the connecting rib 59 and the annular blocking rib 511 are respectively located on two opposite sides of the sleeve-shaped main body 59 to limit two sides of the valve sheet 55, so as to effectively prevent the valve sheet 55 from being separated from the bracket 54 due to deformation.
In this embodiment, the outer periphery of the valve sheet 55 is in spacing contact with the inner wall of the sleeve-shaped main body 59, so as to correspondingly block the ventilation opening when the valve sheet 55 is in a normal state.
In this embodiment, the valve plate 55 is made of an elastic material, so that the valve plate can deform itself to close or open the vent under the action of the pressure difference between the two sides. The elastic material constituting the valve sheet 55 may be: rubber, and the like.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, four slits 56 are arranged along the cross shape on the upper edge of the valve plate 55, and the center of the cross shape is overlapped with the center of the valve plate 55, so as to divide the valve plate 55 into four fan-shaped elastic portions 58; the four elastic parts 58 are directly connected together near the center of the valve plate 55, so that each elastic part 58 is directly formed by an integral elastic valve plate.
In the embodiment, the roller 2 is provided with air holes, the bracket 54 is correspondingly covered and assembled in the air holes, and the periphery of the bracket 54 is hermetically attached to the inner walls of the air holes; preferably, the outer ring support rib of the bracket 54 is correspondingly sealed and attached to the inner wall of the air hole; further preferably, two sides of the sleeve-shaped main body 59 of the bracket 54 are respectively provided with outward bent and radially extending flanges, and the flanges are correspondingly attached to the inner side and the outer side of the roller 2, so that the bracket 54 is tightly assembled on the roller 2.
Example two
The present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that:
as shown in fig. 7, the present embodiment describes a two-way vent valve, which includes a bracket 54, on which a valve plate 55 is mounted; the valve plate 55 is provided with a plurality of slits 56 extending to the periphery in the radial direction, and the slits 56 divide the valve plate 55 into a plurality of elastic parts 58; the elastic part 58 is fixedly connected with the bracket 54 at one side of the center of the valve plate 55, the elastic part 58 is arranged in a suspension manner at one side of the periphery of the valve plate 55, and the suspension side of each elastic part 58 can generate elastic bending deformation towards any direction of two sides of the valve plate 55 under the action of pressure difference at two sides of the valve plate 55.
In this embodiment, the sleeve-shaped body 59 has radially extending connecting ribs 512 at both ends thereof; a fixing column 510 extending along the axis is arranged inside the sleeve-shaped main body 59, and the fixing column 510 is respectively connected with connecting ribs 512 at two ends of the sleeve-shaped main body 59. The valve plate 55 is located in the middle of the sleeve-shaped main body 59, and is separated from the connecting ribs 512 on the two sides by a certain distance to provide clearance allowance in two directions for deformation of the valve plate 55, so that the valve plate 55 can be opened towards the two sides under the action of pressure difference in different directions, and the effect of controllable opening and closing of two-way airflow is achieved.
In this embodiment, the connecting ribs 512 disposed at two ends of the sleeve-shaped main body 59 extend along the radial direction, the connecting ribs 512 are uniformly arranged at equal intervals, and two ends of each connecting rib 512 are respectively connected to the inner periphery of the sleeve-shaped main body 59 and the outer periphery of the fixing column 510.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 3, 4, 8 and 9, in the present embodiment, a ventilation valve is described, which includes a bracket 54, a channel is disposed on the bracket 54, a valve plate 55 is installed in the channel, the valve plate 55 is connected to the bracket 54 through an elastic member 57, and the valve plate 55 can overcome the elastic force of the elastic member 57 to generate displacement and/or overcome the elasticity of its material to generate elastic deformation under the action of pressure difference between two sides.
The valve plate is connected with the bracket through the elastic piece, so that the elasticity connected with the valve plate can move and/or bend and deform under the action of pressure difference, and the use effect of controllable opening and closing of the ventilation opening under the action of the pressure difference is further achieved; in addition, through the arrangement, the valve plate can be fixedly assembled on the air vent of the roller, so that the fixed installation of the air vent valve plate is realized; meanwhile, due to the blocking effect of the support, the valve plate is prevented from being in direct contact with clothes and water flow in the drum, and the valve plate is prevented from being directly impacted to damage the valve plate.
In the present embodiment, the holder 54 includes a sleeve-like main body 59 in a sleeve shape, and the inside of the sleeve-like main body 59 constitutes a passage; at least one end of the sleeve-shaped body 59 has a central fixing post 510, the fixing post 510 extending along the axis of the sleeve-shaped body 59 towards the inside of the sleeve-shaped body 59; the valve plate 55 is positioned in the sleeve-shaped main body 59, and the center of the valve plate 55 is connected with the fixed column 510 through the elastic piece 57; preferably, the elastic member 57 extends axially along the sleeve-shaped main body 59 to provide an elastic supporting force to the valve sheet 55 in the axial direction, so that the valve sheet 55 is elastically displaced under the action of the pressure difference, thereby achieving the use effect of correspondingly opening or closing the ventilation opening.
In this embodiment, the center of the valve plate 55 is provided with a positioning sleeve 513 extending axially, the fixing column 510 is correspondingly inserted into the positioning sleeve 513, the fixing sleeve 513 is internally provided with an elastic element 57, and two ends of the elastic element 57 are respectively connected with the positioning sleeve 513 and the fixing column 510. When the elastic element 57 is in a normal state, at least a part of the fixing column 510 is still inserted into the positioning sleeve 513, so as to avoid the occurrence of the dropping-off of the valve sheet 55. Meanwhile, the positioning sleeve is arranged on the support of the ventilation valve to limit the valve block, so that the valve block is prevented from inclining due to acting force in the moving process, and the valve block is prevented from shifting and falling off in the moving process.
In this embodiment, the elastic member 57 may be any one or combination of the prior art that can provide an elastic force, such as: springs, pneumatic rods, hydraulic rods, etc.
In this embodiment, one end of the sleeve-shaped main body 59 is provided with a fixing column 510, and the other end is provided with a circle of annular blocking ribs 511 protruding radially in the axial direction, and the inner circumferential radial length of the annular blocking ribs 511 is smaller than the outer circumferential radial length of the valve sheet 55; the annular blocking ribs 511 and the valve plates 55 are arranged in a staggered manner; preferably, one side of the valve plate 55 is in contact with the annular rib 511. The valve sheet 55 is disposed circumferentially spaced from the inner circumferential wall of the sleeve-like body 59. Therefore, after the valve plate is separated from the annular blocking rib under the action of pressure difference, airflow can flow through a gap between the periphery of the valve plate and the inner wall of the sleeve-shaped support, and the effect of opening the ventilation opening is achieved; simultaneously, after the valve block resets, the valve block corresponds laminating contact annular fender muscle, and reaches the effect of closed ventilative mouthful.
In this embodiment, one end of the sleeve-shaped main body 59 is provided with a plurality of radially extending connection ribs 512, the connection ribs 512 are uniformly arranged at equal intervals, and two ends of each connection rib 512 are respectively connected with the inner periphery of the sleeve-shaped main body 59 and the outer periphery of the fixing column 510.
In this embodiment, in order to further ensure the controllable opening and closing of the valve plate 55 to the ventilation opening, the structural manner of the first or second embodiment may also be adopted:
as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the valve plate 55 has a plurality of slits 56 extending radially to the outer periphery, and the slits 56 divide the valve plate 55 into a plurality of elastic parts 58; one side of the elastic part 58, which is positioned at the center of the valve plate, is fixedly connected with the bracket 54, one side of the elastic part 58, which is positioned at the periphery of the valve plate, is arranged in a suspension manner, and the suspension side of each elastic part 58 can generate elastic bending deformation towards one side of the valve plate 55 under the action of pressure difference at two sides of the valve plate 55. The valve plate is bent and deformed under the action of the pressure difference, so that the use effect of opening and closing the air vent correspondingly is achieved.
After the above structure is adopted, in this embodiment, the valve plate 55 needs to be made of an elastic material; preferably, four slits 56 are arranged on the upper edge of the valve plate 55 in a cross shape, and the center of the cross shape is overlapped with the center of the valve plate 55.
Example four
The present embodiment is different from the third embodiment in that:
as shown in fig. 10, in the present embodiment, a bidirectional breather valve is described, which includes a bracket and a bracket 54, the bracket 54 is formed by a sleeve-shaped main body 59, a valve plate 55 is installed in the sleeve-shaped main body 59, the valve plate 55 is connected to the bracket 54 through an elastic member 57, and the valve plate 55 can be displaced against the elastic force of the elastic member and/or elastically deformed against the elasticity of its own material under the action of a pressure difference between two sides. The valve plate 55 is positioned in the middle of the sleeve-shaped main body 59, and the valve plate 55 and the two ends of the sleeve-shaped main body 59 are respectively spaced at intervals to reserve an activity space for deformation of the elastic part of the valve plate;
in this embodiment, two sides of the valve plate 55 are respectively connected to the first elastic element 514 and the second elastic element 515, two ends of the sleeve-shaped main body 59 are respectively provided with a fixed column, the first elastic element 514 is connected to the first fixed column, and the second elastic element 515 is connected to the second fixed column; preferably, the valve sheet 55 is located in the middle of the sleeve-shaped main body 59, and the valve sheet 55 and the two ends of the sleeve-shaped main body 59 are respectively spaced apart to leave an active space for deforming the elastic portion 58 of the valve sheet 55.
EXAMPLE five
As shown in fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present invention, an air inlet which is used for communicating the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder with the interior of the drum 3 and forms a ventilation opening is arranged on one side of the drum opening 301 of the drum, and the air inlet can be arranged on the drum 3 or on the drum cover 17; preferably, in order to improve the uniform distribution of the intake air, an intake port is provided in the middle of the drum opening 301 side. The air inlet is provided with a first one-way vent valve 51 which can only make the air flow into the roller from the outer barrel by using the pressure difference between two sides, so that the air inlet can be opened only in one direction, and the air flow at the air inlet cavity 21 between the inner barrel and the outer barrel can flow into the roller 3. The first one-way vent valve 51 adopts the structure of the vent valve 5 in the first or third embodiment, and one end of the cylindrical main body of the support of the vent valve, which is provided with the annular limiting rib, is arranged towards the outside of the roller, so that the vent hole at the opening side of the roller is blocked by the annular limiting rib and can only be bent and deformed towards one side of the inside of the roller under the action of the first one-way vent valve, and the first one-way vent valve can only admit air into the roller.
In the embodiment of the invention, one side of the roller bottom 303 is provided with an air outlet which is communicated between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder and the inside of the roller 3 and forms a ventilation port, and the air outlet is arranged on the roller bottom 303; preferably, in order to improve the uniform distribution of the outlet air, an air outlet is arranged in the middle of the drum bottom 303. The air outlet of the drum bottom 303 is provided with a second one-way vent valve 52 which can only utilize the pressure difference between two sides to make the air flow out from the drum to the outer drum, so that the air outlet can only be opened in one way and the air in the drum 3 can flow out to the air outlet cavity 22 between the inner drum and the outer drum. The second one-way vent valve 52 adopts the vent valve structure of the first or third embodiment, and one end of the cylindrical main body of the support of the vent valve, which is provided with the annular limiting rib, is arranged towards the inside of the roller, so that the valve plate is blocked by the annular limiting rib and can only be bent and deformed towards one side of the outside of the roller under the action of the second one-way vent valve, and the second one-way vent valve can only vent air outwards from the roller.
EXAMPLE six
The present embodiment is different from the fifth embodiment in that:
as shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the air inlet provided at the drum opening 301 side and the air outlet provided at the drum bottom 303 side are both the two-way air vent valve 53, and the structure of the air vent valve 5 described in the second or fourth embodiment is adopted.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. The vent valve according to claim 2, wherein one end of the sleeve-shaped body is provided with a ring of annular blocking ribs which radially protrude towards the axial direction, and the radial length of the inner periphery of each annular blocking rib is smaller than that of the outer periphery of the valve plate; the annular blocking ribs and the valve plates are arranged in a staggered manner;
preferably, one side of the valve plate is in fit contact with the annular blocking rib.

The vent valve according to claim 3, wherein one end of the sleeve-shaped main body is provided with a plurality of radially extending connecting ribs, the connecting ribs are uniformly arranged at equal intervals and angles, and two ends of each connecting rib are respectively connected with the inner periphery of the sleeve-shaped main body and the outer periphery of the fixed column;
preferably, the connecting rib and the annular blocking rib are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the sleeve-shaped main body.
5. The ventilation valve of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the valve plate is located in the middle of the sleeve-shaped body, and the valve plate is spaced apart from the two ends of the sleeve-shaped body.
6. The ventilation valve of claim 5, wherein the periphery of the valve plate is in limited contact with the inner wall of the sleeve-shaped main body and correspondingly covers the corresponding section.
7. The ventilation valve of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the valve plate is made of an elastic material;
preferably, four cutting seams are arranged on the valve plate along the cross shape, and the center of the cross shape is superposed with the center of the valve plate.

A clothes treatment device comprises a roller which is arranged in a shell and forms a sealed water container when a washing machine is in a washing state; the method is characterized in that: at least one air vent is arranged on the roller, and the air vent valve of any one of the claims 1 to 7 is respectively arranged at each air vent.
9. The clothes treatment device according to claim 8, wherein a support of the breather valve is correspondingly covered and assembled in the breather hole, and the periphery of the support is in sealing fit with the inner wall of the breather hole;
preferably, the outer ring support rib of the bracket is correspondingly sealed and attached to the inner wall of the vent hole;
further preferably, at least one end of the sleeve-shaped main body of the support is provided with a flanging which is bent outwards, and the flanging is correspondingly attached to the roller, so that the support is tightly assembled on the roller.
10. A laundry treating apparatus according to claim 8 or 9, wherein opposite ends of the drum are respectively provided with at least one airing hole provided with said airing valve;
preferably, one side of the ventilation valve arranged at one end of the roller, which is provided with the connecting rib, is arranged towards the inner direction of the roller, and one side of the ventilation valve arranged at the other end, which is provided with the connecting rib, is arranged towards the outer direction of the roller.
