The working principle of the high-concentration wastewater treatment system with the odor treatment unit provided by the invention is as follows: the external sewage enters the interior of the homogenizing tank 1 through a sewage pipeline, the external controller controls the first motor 10 to work, the two gear discs 31 are driven to rotate reversely through gears, so that the rotary drum 32 and the rotary shaft 33 rotate reversely, the first stirring rod 34 and the second stirring rod 35 are matched to carry out homogenization treatment on the sewage in the homogenizing tank 1, the external controller controls the ozone generator 8 to work to introduce ozone into the interior of the homogenizing tank 1, so that odor in the sewage is decomposed, the external controller controls the draught fan 21 to work, the decomposed odor is introduced into the spray tower 22, the spray tower 22 carries out spray dust-fall purification on the odor, and then the odor enters the adsorption tower 23, the active carbon adsorbent and the zeolite molecular sieve in the adsorption frame plate 43 can adsorb and filter harmful substances in the odor, so that the gas reaches the emission standard, and the external controller controls the second motor 48 to work, the adsorption frame plate 43 symmetrically arranged at the upper end of the sleeve 45 is driven to rotate, when the hemispherical bulge 44 is contacted with the cylinder on the lower surface of the adsorption frame plate 43 at the lower end, the sleeve 45 moves upwards along the connecting rod 47, the spring 46 is stretched, when the hemispherical bulge 44 is dislocated with the cylinder on the lower surface of the adsorption frame plate 43 at the lower end, the spring 46 pulls the sleeve 45 to move downwards, so that the adsorption frame plate 43 vibrates upwards and downwards, the active carbon adsorbent and the zeolite molecular sieve in the adsorption frame plate 43 are fully combined and adsorbed with the odor, meanwhile, the first baffle plate 41 and the second baffle plate 42 can prolong the flowing time of the odor, so that the odor is more thoroughly adsorbed, the deodorized sewage enters the sedimentation tank 5 through an external circulating pump for sedimentation, the filter screen 9 can roughly filter the solid matters in the sewage, the settled sewage enters the disinfection tank 6 through the external circulating pump, and a certain proportion of disinfectant is added into the disinfection tank 6, disinfect sewage, get into the inside of filtering ponds 7 through external circulating pump at last, the inside biological filter screen of filtering ponds 7 filters sewage, makes sewage reach emission standard, uses the back, rotates lead screw 13 of gate 11 upper end, and the screw hole threaded connection that the upper end of lead screw 13 and 5 upper surface front sides of sedimentation tank set up in the middle part can lift gate 11, clears up the inside of sedimentation tank 5 through bar notch 12.
It is to be noted that the ozone generator 8, the first motor 10, the second motor 48 and the induced draft fan 21 disclosed in this embodiment can be freely configured according to actual application scenarios, the ozone generator 8 is suggested to be selected as an SOZ-YW-200G ozone generator, the first motor 10 and the second motor 48 are suggested to be selected as a 5IK150GU-CMF motor, the induced draft fan 21 is suggested to be selected as a 4-72-32A induced draft fan, and the external controller controls the ozone generator 8, the first motor 10, the second motor 48 and the induced draft fan 21 to operate by using methods commonly used in the prior art.

Claims (9)

1. A high concentration waste water treatment system with an odor treatment unit is characterized in that: comprises a homogenizing tank (1) and an odor treatment unit (2);
homogenization tank (1): a water outlet at the right side of the device is communicated with the interior of a sedimentation tank (5) through a first pipeline, a water outlet at the right end of the sedimentation tank (5) is communicated with the interior of a disinfection tank (6) through a second pipeline, a water outlet at the right end of the disinfection tank (6) is communicated with the interior of a filtering tank (7) through a third pipeline, and a homogenizing assembly (3) is arranged in a homogenizing tank (1);
odor treatment unit (2): the odor treatment unit (2) is positioned at the rear end of the homogenizing tank (1) and is communicated with an air outlet at the upper end of the homogenizing tank (1) through a pipeline, and an adsorption component (4) is arranged in the odor treatment unit (2);
wherein: the device is characterized by further comprising an ozone generator (8), wherein the ozone generator (8) is located at the front end of the homogenizing tank (1), the working end of the ozone generator (8) is located on the bottom surface of the inner portion of the homogenizing tank (1), and the input end of the ozone generator (8) is electrically connected with the output end of an external controller.

The high-consistency wastewater treatment system with an odor treatment unit as set forth in claim 1, wherein: odor treatment unit (2) are including draught fan (21), spray column (22) and adsorption tower (23), the rear end that is located homogeneity jar (1) of draught fan (21), the air inlet end of draught fan (21) communicates through the gas outlet of first tuber pipe with homogeneity jar (1) upper end, the air-out end of draught fan (21) communicates through the air inlet of second tuber pipe with spray column (22), the venthole of spray column (22) passes through the air inlet intercommunication of third tuber pipe with adsorption tower (23), the inside of adsorption tower (23) is provided with adsorption component (4), external control ware's output is connected to the input electricity of draught fan (21).

A high-consistency wastewater treatment system having an odor treatment unit as set forth in claim 2, wherein: the adsorption component (4) comprises an adsorption frame plate (43), a sleeve (45), a connecting rod (47) and a second motor (48), the second motor (48) is arranged at the center of the bottom surface of the adsorption tower (23), an output shaft of the second motor (48) is rotatably connected with a round hole in the lower surface of the adsorption tower (23) and is provided with the connecting rod (47) at the end, the upper end of the connecting rod (47) is slidably connected with the sleeve (45), the adsorption frame plate (43) is vertically and symmetrically arranged on the outer side surface of the sleeve (45), an activated carbon adsorbent is filled in the adsorption frame plate (43) at the lower end, a zeolite molecular sieve is filled in the adsorption frame plate (43) at the upper end, and the input end of the second motor (48) is electrically connected with the output end of an external controller.
