conveying water in a cold water storage tank 5 to the inside of a water tank 10, monitoring the internal temperature of a reagent tube placing cylinder 13 in real time by a temperature sensor 43, cooling the water in the water tank 10 by a refrigerator 11, so that the internal temperature of the reagent tube placing cylinder 13 reaches the optimal temperature suitable for storing a gene sample stored in a reagent tube 26, and the mixed liquid in the reagent tube 26 is always in a slight oscillation state, so that the freezing is uniform, crystals are prevented from being separated out, the sample in the reagent tube 26 can be stored for a long time, and the transportation is convenient;
when the sample in the reagent tube 26 needs to be restored to the room temperature for detection, ice water in the water tank 10 is conveyed into the cold water storage tank 5, normal-temperature water in the hot water storage tank 6 is conveyed into the water tank 10, the temperature is raised through the heater 12, the temperature inside the reagent tube placing cylinder 13 is always at the room temperature, the mixed liquid inside the reagent tube 26 is always in a slight oscillation state, the heating is uniform, the local heating is avoided, the cell activity is damaged, and the sample in the reagent tube 26 can be thawed within a short time;
after the sample in the reagent tube 26 is thawed, the electric telescopic rod 19 stops moving, the box cover 27 is opened, the box cover 27 is closed after the reagent tube 26 is completely taken out, when the movable sleeve 32 is inserted into the second positioning hole 37, the circular pressing plate 41 is far away from the reagent tube placing barrel 13, the ultraviolet lamp 42 is started to sterilize the inside of the reagent tube placing barrel 13 and the surface of the sealing plate 20, after the sterilization is completed, the ultraviolet lamp 42 is closed, hot water in the water tank 10 is conveyed into the hot water storage tank 6, ice water in the cold water storage tank 5 is conveyed back into the water tank 10 again, and the device can be used again for storing gene samples.
