Description

Cooking control method and device, cooking utensil, storage medium and electronic equipment
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of intelligent control, in particular to a cooking control method and device, a cooking appliance, a storage medium and electronic equipment.
Background
At present, when cooking and porridge cooking are carried out by using cooking appliances such as an electric cooker and the like, in order to ensure that better eating effects can be cooked under different food quantities, the rice quantities need to be judged in advance, then different cooking procedures are used according to rice quantity judgment results, and the situations of overflowing, bottom pasting, half-cooked rice and the like in the process of cooking and porridge cooking are avoided. In the prior art, an electric cooker usually utilizes the temperature detected by a temperature sensor arranged inside the electric cooker to judge the food quantity, and this method usually arranges a temperature sensing bulb at the top, for example, the heating time is counted from the beginning of cooking, when the top temperature of the electric cooker reaches a fixed temperature threshold, the heating stage is ended, the total duration of the stage is recorded, and the heating stage is exited. And judging the amount of the food according to the time of the heating stage. However, in practical applications, it is found that if the cooking initial conditions are changed, for example, the initial water temperature is high, misjudgment is likely to occur, and situations such as poor cooking effect and overflow are likely to occur. In the prior art, if the temperature sensing bulb of the cooking appliance is arranged at the bottom, the preset control program cannot be applied under the condition that the difference between the actual initial state in the cooking appliance and the default initial state of the preset control program is too large. For example, the preset water temperature during setting the program is about 25 ℃, and all subsequent programs are designed on the basis of the water temperature of about 25 ℃, but the actual water temperature is 60 ℃, which results in poor cooking effect. In addition, when the initial temperature and other states of different foods are different, and the amount of food and the power variation caused by different voltages are interlaced together, there is a difficulty in determining the amount of food, thereby causing difficulty in control.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples to explain how to apply the technical means to solve the technical problems and to achieve the technical effects. The embodiments and various features in the embodiments of the present application can be combined with each other without conflict, and the formed technical solutions are all within the scope of protection of the present application.
Example one
The invention provides a cooking control method, which is applied to a cooking appliance, wherein the cooking process of the cooking appliance comprises at least two stages, and referring to fig. 1, the method comprises the following steps:
step S110: and controlling the cooking appliance to heat according to a preset heating mode.
When the cooking appliance is controlled to heat according to a preset heating mode, control data of the current stage can be obtained firstly, the control data comprise a preset temperature range corresponding to the current stage and a preset total time length of the current stage, and then the cooking appliance is controlled to heat according to the preset temperature range and the preset total time length, so that the accumulated time length of the internal temperature of the cooking appliance in the preset temperature range corresponding to the current stage reaches the preset total time length.
For example, the preset temperature range included in the control data corresponding to the current stage may be [ T ]d,Td’]The preset total duration of the current stage is td. The cooking utensil is controlled to heat, so that the internal temperature of the cooking utensil can be kept at Td,Td’]Within the range and a temperature within the cooking appliance of [ Td,Td’]When the time is within the range, the time is counted until the accumulated time of the time reaches the preset total time t of the current stagedIt means that the cooking appliance completes the heating operation of the current stage. Specifically, the preset temperature range corresponding to the current stage may be [96 ℃, 100 ℃ C ] included in the control data]The preset total duration of the current stage is 90 seconds. And starting to control the cooking appliance to heat, wherein the internal temperature of the cooking appliance rises from 23 ℃ of room temperature in the heating process until the internal temperature of the cooking appliance reaches 96 ℃, then starting to time, stopping the time counting until the internal temperature of the cooking appliance exceeds 100 ℃, and simultaneously controlling the cooking appliance to stop heating. After the cooking appliance stops heating, the internal temperature of the cooking appliance may be maintained at more than 100 ℃ for a period of time before dropping. When the temperature drops and the temperature inside the cooking utensil is at [96 ℃, 100℃ ]]And when the temperature is within the range, continuing timing, and when the internal temperature of the cooking appliance is lower than 96 ℃ along with the continuous reduction of the temperature, stopping timing and continuing to control the cooking appliance to heat, so that the internal temperature of the cooking appliance can be maintained within a certain range by circularly heating, recording the accumulated time length when the internal temperature of the cooking appliance is within the preset range, and finishing the current heating of the cooking appliance until the accumulated time length reaches the preset total time length.
The cooking process of the cooking appliance comprises at least two stages, and the control data of each stage can be different or the same. The total number of cooking stages and the control data of each stage included in the cooking process may be specifically set according to the type of food, for example, if the food is rice, the cooking process includes four processes, the first cooking process is a heating stage, the second cooking process is a heating stage, the third cooking process is a boiling stage, and the fourth cooking process is a stewing stage, wherein the first two cooking processes are the same process, and only the control data thereof may be the same. If the food is bone soup food such as spareribs, the cooking process can comprise four processes, wherein the first cooking process is a big fire heating stage, the second cooking process is a boiling stage, the third cooking process is a small fire heating stage, and the fourth cooking process is a boiling stage. It will be appreciated that the specific settings of the control data therein may be obtained as a result of a number of tests performed by a researcher on the cooking of different types of food.
In the above embodiment, each stage is correspondingly provided with different control data, the control data includes the preset temperature range corresponding to the current stage and the total duration of the current stage, and the cooking appliance is controlled to heat according to the control data, so that each stage of the cooking appliance can be controlled more accurately, and different heating processes can be realized by the cooking appliance in different stages.
Step S120: the method comprises the steps of obtaining the internal temperature of the cooking appliance, obtaining effective heating parameters of the cooking appliance when the cooking appliance finishes heating in the current stage according to the internal temperature of the cooking appliance, and obtaining a preset threshold corresponding to the effective heating parameters in the current stage.
In order to obtain the internal temperature of the cooking appliance, a temperature detection device, for example, a temperature sensor, a temperature sensing bulb, or other different devices may be provided inside the cooking appliance. In order to be able to react to the temperature state of the food in the cooking appliance, the amount of the food and the heating power of the cooking appliance, effective heating parameters when the cooking appliance completes the current stage heating can be obtained according to the temperature inside the cooking appliance.
When the effective heating parameters of the cooking appliance when the heating of the current stage is finished are obtained according to the internal temperature of the cooking appliance, the heating of the current stage can be finished according to a preset heating mode; and then when the internal temperature of the cooking appliance is within a preset temperature range corresponding to the current stage, obtaining effective heating parameters when the cooking appliance finishes the heating at the current stage.
In the above embodiment, when the internal temperature of the cooking appliance is within the preset temperature range corresponding to the current stage, the cooking appliance is still in the heating state, which is called effective heating, and therefore, a parameter that can reflect that the internal temperature of the cooking appliance is within the preset temperature range corresponding to the current stage and the cooking appliance is in the heating state can be obtained as an effective heating parameter, so as to control the heating process.
In the above method, the following process may be adopted when obtaining the effective heating parameters of the cooking appliance when the current stage heating is completed: and acquiring the accumulated power consumption or the accumulated time of the cooking utensil in the heating state as the effective heating parameter. Understandably, the effective heating parameters can be selected according to actual requirements, for example, the effective heating parameters can be effective heating duration, after the current stage of cooking utensil completion, the total duration of the internal temperature of the cooking utensil in the preset temperature range and the cooking utensil in the heating state is counted, and the total duration is taken as effective heating duration, namely, the effective heating parameters. In addition, effective heating parameter also can be effectual power consumption, can accomplish the total power consumption that present stage was accomplished at cooking utensil, and statistics cooking utensil internal temperature is in presetting temperature range and cooking utensil is in the heating state to regard this total power consumption as effectual heating power consumption, effective heating parameter promptly.
Step S130: and comparing the effective heating parameters with the preset threshold value to obtain a comparison result.
The preset threshold corresponding to the obtained effective heating parameter at the current stage may be used to determine the heating condition of the cooking appliance at the current stage, for example, if the effective heating parameter is greater than the corresponding preset threshold, it may indicate that food in the cooking appliance is not easily heated, which may be caused by an excessive amount of food, or may be caused by a low initial temperature of the food before the heating at the current stage is started, or may be caused by a low heating power. If the effective heating parameter is less than or equal to the corresponding preset threshold, it may indicate that the food in the cooking appliance is relatively easy to heat, which may be caused by a small amount of food, or may be caused by a high initial temperature of the food before the food is heated at the current stage, or may be caused by an excessively high heating power. Therefore, the preset threshold corresponding to the effective heating parameter of the current stage can be compared with the effective heating parameter to obtain the comparison result.
Step S140: and controlling the cooking appliance to enter the next stage or stop cooking according to the comparison result and the current stage.
According to the comparison result and the current stage, the subsequent cooking process of the cooking appliance can be determined, so that whether the cooking of the next stage is continued or stopped is selected. In the case of the same type of thing, different amounts of food, an appropriate cooking stage can be selected. For example, when the cooked food is rice, under the condition of small amount of rice or when the power is large due to high voltage, the temperature of the bottom temperature sensing bulb rises quickly, the temperature sensing bulb is easy to reach the upper temperature limit when the temperature interval is maintained for heating, so that the heating is stopped, and the effective heating time is short, the food amount and the temperature state in the pot can be judged by the method, so that the last stage can be directly entered by skipping one or more subsequent intermediate steps; and under the condition that the rice quantity is larger or the voltage is lower, the temperature of the bottom temperature sensing bulb rises slowly, the temperature sensing bulb slowly rises from the lower limit of the temperature interval to the upper limit of the temperature interval when the temperature interval is maintained for heating, the heating time is longer, the effective time is longer, and the food quantity in the pot is judged to be larger or the temperature is lower.
To sum up, the application provides a cooking control method, is applied to cooking utensil, and this cooking utensil's culinary art process includes two at least stages, the method is at first controlled cooking utensil and heats according to the preset heating methods, then obtains the effective heating parameter when cooking utensil accomplishes the heating of current stage according to the inside temperature of cooking utensil, and this effective heating parameter can synthesize the temperature state of food in the cooking utensil, the food volume in the cooking utensil and the condition of cooking utensil's heating power, consequently, can carry out effectual aassessment to the food state among the cooking utensil according to effective heating parameter. And meanwhile, a preset threshold corresponding to the effective heating parameter of the current stage is obtained, so that the subsequent cooking state of the cooking appliance is controlled according to the comparison result between the effective heating parameter and the preset threshold and the current stage, the subsequent cooking of the cooking appliance can be controlled according to the cooking condition in the cooking appliance at the current stage, the subsequent cooking can be controlled to be maintained in a proper temperature range, the risks of overflowing and sticking a pot are reduced, and the time used in the cooking process can be reasonably controlled. In addition, the control method has no limit on the number and the arrangement positions of the temperature sensing bags, and the cooking utensil using the control method can only arrange the temperature sensing bags at the bottom or the side part of the cooking utensil without double temperature sensing bags, thereby being beneficial to reducing the cost of the whole cooking utensil.
Example two
On the basis of the first embodiment, the present embodiment explains the method in the first embodiment through a specific implementation case.
In the above cooking control method, controlling the cooking appliance to enter the next stage or stop cooking according to the comparison result and the current stage specifically includes:
if the comparison result shows that the effective heating parameter is larger than the preset threshold value and the current stage is not the last stage, controlling the cooking appliance to enter a first target stage after the current stage, wherein the first target stage is adjacent to the current stage;
if the comparison result shows that the effective heating parameter is larger than the preset threshold value and the current stage is the last stage, controlling the cooking appliance to stop cooking;
if the comparison result shows that the effective heating parameter is less than or equal to the preset threshold and the current stage does not belong to the last two stages, controlling the cooking appliance to enter a second target stage after the current stage, wherein the second target stage is not adjacent to the current stage;
and if the comparison result shows that the effective heating parameter is less than or equal to the preset threshold value and the current stage is one of the last two stages, controlling the cooking appliance to stop cooking.
For example, the cooking process includes a total of four cooking stages, a first cooking stage, a second cooking stage, a third cooking stage, and a fourth cooking stage. Referring to fig. 2, when the first cooking stage is completed, the total time period for maintaining the temperature sensing bulb temperature at [ T1, T1 '] by the cooking appliance is T1, wherein the temperature in the cooking appliance is [ T1, T1' ] and the total effective heating time period for the cooking appliance to be in the heating state is tx1, then tx1 is the effective heating parameter. Tx1 is compared to a preset time txa to determine the next stage. If tx1 > txa, then the second cooking stage is entered, and if tx1 ≦ txa, then either the third or fourth cooking stage may be entered.
At the completion of the second cooking stage, the total time period for the cooking appliance to thermally maintain the bulb temperature at [ T2, T3 '] is T2, wherein the temperature in the cooking appliance is [ T2, T2' ] and the total time period for effective heating of the cooking appliance in the heating state is tx2, then tx2 is the effective heating parameter. Tx2 is compared to a preset time txb to decide the next phase. If tx2 > txb, then the third cooking stage is entered, and if tx2 ≦ txb, then the fourth cooking stage may be entered.
At the completion of the third cooking phase, the total time period for the cooking appliance to thermally maintain the bulb temperature at [ T3, T3 '] is T3, wherein the temperature in the cooking appliance is [ T3, T3' ] and the total time period for effective heating of the cooking appliance in the heating state is tx3, then tx3 is the effective heating parameter. Tx3 is compared to a preset time txc to determine the next phase. If tx3 is more than txc, the cooking stage is entered, and if tx3 is less than or equal to txc, the cooking can be stopped directly.
When the fourth cooking stage is completed, the total time duration for the cooking appliance to thermally maintain the bulb temperature at [ T4, T4 '] is T4, wherein the temperature in the cooking appliance is [ T4, T4' ] and the total time duration for effective heating when the cooking appliance is in a heating state is tx4, then tx4 is an effective heating parameter. Tx4 is compared to a preset time txd to determine the next stage. If tx4 > txd, cooking is stopped.
EXAMPLE III
On the basis of the first embodiment, the present embodiment explains the method in the first embodiment through a specific implementation case.
After controlling the cooking appliance to enter a first target stage after the current stage, the control data of the first target stage may be determined according to the effective heating parameter and the control data of the current stage, and then the cooking appliance is controlled to perform heating in the first target stage according to the control data and a preset heating mode.
When the control data of the first target stage is determined according to the effective heating parameter and the control data of the current stage, a preset parameter interval to which the effective heating parameter of the current stage belongs may be determined first, then a functional relationship corresponding to the preset parameter interval is obtained, and finally the control data of the first target stage is determined according to the control data of the current stage and the functional relationship.
For example, in the second embodiment, after the first cooking stage is completed, tx1 > txa is provided, and the next stage is determined to be the second cooking control stage, and at this time tx1 is determined to belong to the preset parameter interval, the first preset parameter interval is [ txa, (t txa X txa/(X txa + Y txa) -txa)/3], the second preset parameter interval is [ (t txa X txa/(X txa + Y txa) -txa) ], the third preset parameter interval is [ 2X txa/(X txa + Y txa) -txa) ], where X txa is the heating control, Y txa is the heating stop duration, and the internal cooking control duration is not considered, the rear cooking appliance stops heating for a period of Y1 to achieve cyclic heating, and the values of X1 and Y1 can be obtained by researchers through experiments. If tx1 belongs to the first predetermined parameter interval, the function relationships may be obtained as X2 ═ X1-3m, Y2 ═ Y1-3m, T2 ═ T1+ n, T2 ═ T1' + n, and T2 ═ T1+ o. If tx1 belongs to the second predetermined parameter interval, the function relationships may be obtained as X2 ═ X1-2m, Y2 ═ Y1-2m, T2 ═ T1+2n, T2 ═ T1' +2n, and T2 ═ T1+2 o. If tx1 belongs to the first predetermined parameter interval, the function relationships may be obtained as X2 ═ X1-m, Y2 ═ Y1-m, T2 ═ T1+3n, T2 ═ T1' +3n, and T2 ═ T1+3 o. Wherein m, n and o are coefficients. It is to be understood that the above functional relationships are only examples, and specific functional relationships can be obtained or determined according to specific situations. The control data of the first target phase is thus determined from the control data of the current phase and the functional relationship.
After the cooking appliance is controlled to enter a second target stage after the current stage, because the second target stage is a stage which is not adjacent to the current stage, preset control data corresponding to the second target stage can be acquired, and then the cooking appliance is controlled to heat the second target stage according to the preset control data and a preset heating mode.
